I recommend. A small, cozy hotel with three rooms, a three-minute walk to Republic Square and the same distance to the Vernissage, where you can buy souvenirs. The owner of the hotel, Lucine, a sweet and friendly woman, arranged for us to transfer from/to the airport. Moreover, before our arrival, she booked tables for us in good restaurants for the duration of our stay, since there may not be enough places in them in the evening. The rooms are spacious, with good furniture and good linens, there is an additional radiator if it gets cold, slippers, bathrobes, and a TV safe. The bathroom has everything like at home, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap accessories, and a hairdryer. In the morning, in the dining room, you will be fed by the kind and sociable maid Diana. At any time of the day, you can make yourself tea or coffee and taste the sweets that are there for free. You can also cook your own food, if necessary, all the utensils are available. Don't count on a beautiful view from the windows (two rooms facing the street, one on a frozen construction site), and why would you want it if you came to take a walk in Yerevan? The subway? Yes, there is such a thing, it runs under the house, but there are only three cars there, so it flies by quickly, and at night it's quiet. The hostess does not speak Russian, but understands it, Armenian and English fluently. During our stay here, we felt at home.
Excellent location, cozy atmosphere, large rooms with high ceilings, plenty of air, delicious breakfasts, hospitable hostess and staff. I really liked it, I will always stay here if possible. I recommend
An excellent guest house. The very center of the city, but on a quiet street, a 5-minute walk from Republic Square, Vernissage, shops, cafes, restaurants for every taste and budget. The house is old, protected by the state, but inside there is a fresh modern renovation. The interiors are perfectly clean, cozy, lovingly and tastefully selected, spacious rooms with almost 4-meter ceilings, comfortable beds, an open kitchen with tea, coffee, sweets and magnificent local fruits around the clock. Delicious freshly prepared homemade breakfasts. I would also like to note the kindness and responsiveness of both the hostess and the housekeeper.
The hostess is chasing every penny, the guest house is old, they save on everything, shampoos and shower gel in old bottles with torn lids, the contents are cheap analogues, the blanket is small, the bed linen with holes, it's cold in the rooms. There is a construction site outside the window that will wake you up better than any alarm clock. The advantage was the location and the Nara, who cooked breakfast in the morning. I do not recommend the rest, the price is too high for what you get.
It's a great place. Every year, when we visit Yerevan, we stay in this wonderful place. Clean, neat, tasty, pleasant. Thank you for your service and attitude. We come back to you like home every time.
The most excellent guest house.
It is located right in the historical place of Yerevan.
Republic Square is 2 minutes away.
You can walk to all historical sites.
Excellent breakfasts.
Excellent service, including tea and coffee without restrictions.
Unfortunately, there is no free parking.
But this does not mean a minus...
If you go to Yerevan, then only there!
And yes, this is one of the houses that survived before the earthquake.
A very cozy place, the location is not better to find, three minutes to the square, the market, the very center, excellent breakfasts, round-the-clock tea, coffee, delicious pastries from the owners. There are few rooms, book in advance.
