Very friendly staff and an involved manager!
We liked our order (ice Americano and ice tea fruits) very much, especially the coffee!

The staff has been coming for a very long time, no "Hello or goodbye" to you, but that's okay.
The ice Latte is just terrible, there is not enough coffee there, so much that the latte does not look like coffee, like just milk with water, coffee with coconut milk is the same, only coconut milk has already been mixed with water, ice and a gram of coffee itself have been added and this is for 56 thousand
Okay, go ahead, order pasta, and it turns out to be bland, there is no salt from the word at all, and no sauce (ordered vegetable), even if you add salt yourself, it will be bland and not tasty, just like noodles with salt and semi-raw vegetables.
We turn a blind eye to this too, so as not to spoil anyone's mood and order cheesecakes, which also taste mediocre.
The place is beautiful, yes, that's it.

An excellent chain of coffee shops, I know firsthand what delicious drinks and dishes are here. However, it is this branch that has sunk into the soul and that's why:
Always a pleasant attitude and communication from the staff, caring for the client, interest in his good mood at the highest level.
Fast service and kitchen operation, there has never been such a thing that the waiting time exceeded not only 15, even 7 minutes.
This is the only branch where they told us that they have a savings card and explained how it is registered and points are accumulated. I will definitely come here further, in the future I hope that this place will only get better and, if possible, it worked until 02.00!

Люблю эту сеть за постоянный вкус. Кофе здесь пить можно. Он не самый лучший в городе, но вполне сносный чтобы пить без сахара. Вкусные десерты во всех филиалах. Внимательный и отзывчивый персонал.
Большая проблема с кондиционером. Ощущение что его просто нет. Из-за этого внутри очень душно.
Туалета при заведении нет - он общий для нескольких заведений, которые здесь находятся (как в ТЦ). В целом туалеты чистые, но как правило, как в любом ТЦ - бумаги нет, мыла тоже. Так что берите с собой антисептик.
Паркинг. Все сложно. На улице вдоль дороги машину просто так не оставишь. Конечно есть паркинг подземный. Но и там места немного.
Атмосфера - приятная. Вечерами поют фонтаны и напротив скелеты строящихся зданий.

I often come here for coffee, definitely one of the best coffee shops in Tashkent , there is a very tasty sandwich here, and cool staff , the branch on Babki Irak Yili is very cozy

They don't cook here, they brought everything from the refrigerator. The food is seasoned with sauces so that it does not feel like it is not fresh. There is no place to wash your hands. Three-star service. Only the coffee is delicious.

Самая ближняя кофейня, возле работы, прям родная. Вкус кофе всегда на высоком уровне, персонал вежливый. Да вообще все филиалы отличные. Любимое место в городе

Сеть данных кафе очень хорошие, но именно данное заведение плохо предусмотрело работу вентиляции и кондиционеров (и кухня тоже как оказалось). Поставил бы 4-5 звезд, если бы не лютая духота внутри кафе, а снаружи сидеть можно только ближе к вечеру, так как днём опять таки адски жарко. Возможно, оно лучше себя покажет в условиях осень-весна (поэтому не 1 звезда), когда на улице прохладнее, но для летнего сезона данное заведение абсолютно не рекомендуется
Upd: кухня оказалась хуже, чем в других ресторанах сети. Принесли холодную яичницу и зеленый горошек был прокисши

Персонал хамит, обычную воду ждали 20 минут, долго и не вкусно готовят, сервис плохой, не убирают, впечатления остались плохие, сидели недавно с гостями из другой страны, жалко что так вышло….. 👎
