I really like this coffee shop. But they forget about the quality of service. The guys are very polite and very literate. But they lack a spark.
The last time I was there, I ordered an Americano, but they brought me a cappuccino (it's okay). The waiter squirmed 2 times. The second time he came up, I said, don't think about it, it's OK. But I got an answer: Well, I don't think about it at all. I'm not accusing the kid of anything. It's just that the management needs to organize a place for classes on the service.
And by the way, a classic English breakfast is served with beans in tomato juice (baked beans) not green peas. Why am I saying this? Because in the morning the main guests are foreigners and of course they may underestimate this) because they read the reviews first...
