The customer service here is terrible. They use a QR code menu for ordering, but the system is so slow that it takes forever to get your food. The waitstaff is unfriendly and acts as if they’re there against their will. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

my favorite place, I was in many branches and liked the service everywhere, always kind and pleasant employees, which is very pleasing. Each of the employees is remembered because they joke and tell something, advise on dishes , I really love their menu, starting from the first courses and up to desserts, and their teas are always fuck off, insanely delicious , I highly recommend trying their new fruit tartlets , I also very often receive compliments from the institution and all sorts of amenities, yesterday we received such beauty, you made my evening, thank you
