The beautiful location of the hotel, everything is very convenient and thought out. The only thing they asked for was a kettle, the African-American employee at the reception is very defiant. He offered to sell hot water! In the morning he was replaced by a pleasant, supposedly polite man. They did not complain , but the impression was spoiled. Were
