The owner, Alexandra, decided that it was possible to simply get money for a day's stay without providing services. When booking and paying in full, it was indicated that we were tourists and going to La Spezia from Verona, which we would be at about 19-20. The owner, having our phone number, decided that she could just write a message to us via booking, which comes in the form of an email. Of course, it's logical when you're abroad, roaming with a crazy price for the Internet, driving and reading mail, isn't it? So we didn't read her letter, where she asked where we were and that if we were after 20:30, it would be too late. We found out that they were not waiting for us and we had nowhere to live at about 20:15, when a booking employee called. It's a great feeling when you drive another 50 km along the highway, it's closer to night, but you have nowhere to live, and the money has already been paid for it when booking. We called her, we wanted to offer to leave the keys with the neighbors or under the rug, so everything is paid anyway, but the Owner Alexandra eventually decided not to answer the calls. And later, when requesting the cancellation of the fine for not appearing (noshow), she felt that she did not want to reimburse anything. Well, thank you, high level of service and attitude to customers!
