A magnificent hotel.The rooms are large and clean.They are quiet because of the convenient location in the courtyard, away from the street and cafes.The breakfasts are great from 6.30 to 10.30.Everything is delicious and varied.Pools in the courtyard .There are two of them .There is a bar.7/11 row.There is always a snack in it.The people do not leave him.You can order coffee there and warm up food for mere pennies.Cafes for different budgets and levels are within walking distance, as well as pharmacies and ruins.If you do not have enough shopping, buses and tuk-tuks will reach Patong.The prices of fruits in the markets are about the same as for things.Branded only in the shopping center.All the hotels in Patong were on the stop, but Karon did not disappoint.

I have been staying at this hotel for almost 2 weeks.
I want to mention the magnificent location. The hotel is located in the center of Karon beach, so all important points are within walking distance: a street with cafes (1 min walk on the left), a night market on the temple grounds (15 min walk, on the right), and, of course, an incredible beach (1 min walk, opposite). By the way, we walked to Kata on foot - 35 minutes.
When leaving the hotel, there is a currency exchange point on the left, you can change rubles, including both cash and transfer to a Russian card (the instructions are simple and understandable), the WiFi exchanger distributes for free.
The hotel itself is a little tired, but this does not spoil the impression at all. Excellent mattress, pillows, excellent room cleaning.
I would like to mention the excellent breakfasts, there is everything for every taste.
I recommend the hotel, there will be an opportunity, I will definitely return 😃

The hotel is 3 stars, but not bad enough.
I'll start with the room, we got a standard room on the 2nd floor. A large room with a balcony, a large bathroom and a bathtub where to lie down. Cleaning is not particularly so there was no desire to lie down. The view is not on the sea, but we liked it) It was very cloudy for December, but not so hot.
They give you shower caps and toothbrushes. More liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel in shared bottles. In addition, there is a large umbrella, slates and bathrobes) 2 waters and a tea and coffee set are reported every day. There is even dry cream in the shower, the temperature is normal and the water pressure is high. It was worse in Orchid.
The saddest thing is the terrible uncomfortable mattress and disgusting pillows. The big ones seemed to be stuffed with balls of pressed cotton. The air conditioner does not blow directly on the bed, but we have suffered with it, it is either stuffy or cold. Getting enough sleep is not real. In addition, right in the middle of the room on the ceiling, a fire alarm flashes continuously for the entire room. There is still a bunch of small lights burning all over the room, I had to partially seal it with tapes that I took with me. Otherwise, it is unbearable to sleep.
Last night, the ceiling leaked in the bathroom, I don't know what happened, but I had to get up several times and put a towel on, otherwise it interfered with sleep.
The territory is small, we did not sit by the pool, it looks normal. The sun beds are constantly occupied. There are a lot of Russians, in general there are a lot of them in Phuket. Like in Anapa. So the hotel has a gym, it's cold and there's no one there.
Breakfast. Besides the fact that he is from 6.30 to 10.30, there is quite a lot of food. Scrambled eggs are prepared for you on request. Well, according to the mood of the cook. Russian russians try to explain something to him in Russian, then they send him in the ass and he gets sad.. The coffee is normal. You can always find something to eat.
Of the cons:
Very strange water with a smell. They pour it better in the room.
There are sweets, waffles and pancakes made by them, but they are not tasty. You can eat it especially with syrup, but without pleasure.
There are fruits too, but many are not as sweet as on the market + a small selection
For some reason, cheese and sausage and vegetables and fruits are in the same refrigerator. And it opens only from 1 side. That is, the other one will no longer open if someone is typing. There are always queues.
Location. Opposite is the road and the sea. But there is a puddle between the road and the sea. And on the left along the sea there is a drain for 500 meters. In general, it was bypassed, not a problem, but it is worth considering. There are a lot of things around. And cafes and shops and benches and exchangers and karaoke. But there are a lot of people and a big stink a couple of meters away. But breakfast with a view of the sea is delicious) true, birds or insects can devour your breakfast, you still have to fight if you sat down by the road 😁
The hotel does not have umbrellas on the beach, but on the beach 100 baht is all the fun for the whole day. We took smoothies on the beach — we didn't get poisoned.
A couple of streets down there is a large alley with restaurants. One pasha, it's not bad there, but the prices are Moscow. The second one is slightly deeper, on the left side, there is an interesting design. The red door stands in the middle) He's being held by a very nice woman. When we got poisoned, she went to a meeting and they cooked me a huge bowl of rice with chicken without spices. It cost about 600 rubles, but a portion of 3 times. And there are all such portions. In general, it is suitable for unassuming tourists, if the place, the sea, excursions are important, but with the back everything is more or less OK)
