It was in the fall of 2023. The beach is across the street. The children are 5 years old, and the next day they were already running to the 7 Elleven (expanded with tables for food) across the street. We lived in four (2 adults and 2 children) in one room for 600 baht. A friendly hostess. I used her kitchen utensils.
The rooms are not 5 stars, but they are enough for a short stay. I will not say that it is very noisy, but it is satisfactory.

Plus- close to the sea, near fast food and seven eleven on both sides
Cons- there is no elevator (It is very high to climb. The room was on the 4th floor. You get tired of carrying suitcases , and it 's hard to get up several times a day ( A lot of ants

A good place and close to the sea. Shops, market. For 500 Baht is a freebie. Lived on the fourth floor and didn't bother.
