If you want to get nervous and stay without money, you are here!
The quality of the establishment absolutely does not match the prices!
The guide suggested a trip to the hamam. Is free. as a gift.
My husband and I have pre-booked the time of the visit.
We were supposed to be picked up from the hotel at 11: 15, but we waited 40 minutes for the transfer.
He never came.
Here it was necessary to understand that the place would not bring anything good. But we were booked for another time, and we spent the whole day waiting and tense from the fact that the vacation day is disappearing!
Arriving at the hamam, our group was met by a manager who told us about the rules of visiting.
The main idea is that the free program includes a visit to the baths, a salt cave, a mask and 15 minutes of massage. Additionally, you can optionally buy a massage for 40, 60 or 150 euros. There is free water and, if desired, a bar for an additional fee.
In addition to us, there were several other elderly people in our group who were also not picked up from hotels on time.
The manager came up with excuses for everyone why we were not picked up at the appointed time, and offered free of charge. coffee peeling or chocolate wrapping.
We chose 2 massages for 60 euros, plus a bonus - a chocolate wrap.
Bracelets with a number and a route were attached to all of them.
After that, a complete mess began!
They brought us a tray with tea bags in plastic cups.
The tea was impossibly hot, no one could drink it and, without giving us 5 minutes, we were taken on a route to the spa.
The coordinators made inappropriate jokes towards the visitors, rudely answered the questions "where to go next".
Because of the large number of people, everything smelled damp.
Souls have a disgusting smell, broken soap holders.
The waterproofing fell off in the jacuzzi, and a slimy coating formed there, and the rest of the protruding elements were covered with lime stone.
In the aroma room, oils are added, from which the mucous surface of the eyes and nose burns. Everyone looks very tired.
The light is disgusting all over the spa!
Then we were taken to the second floor. Where they made face masks out of clay, all this happened in the corridor right by the elevator.
Then they invited me for a massage.
At the beginning, the manager said that in the massage room "there will be only your family" in fact, this is a secluded room in which only you and the masseur.
Unpleasant odors of wet towels and other people who disguise themselves with cologne, and throughout the massage you smell it all and you start to feel sick!
The masseur does not speak any languages other than Turkish, so after 15 minutes of free massage, unbuttoning the top of the swimsuit and leaving it in an open, defenseless position, he brings an outsider man who explains with technically memorized phrases that there are big problems with the body and only a massage for 150 euros can help, he responds to refusals every time more and more and more insistently, that there seem to be no options to refuse!
At the same time, I was lying half-naked surrounded by two men and the desire was to somehow end this conversation.
After manya was divorced for money, I received a regular general massage during which the masseur allowed himself to sit on me!
I believe that this is highly disrespectful, unprofessional and one might even say harassment!
Moreover, some strangers were constantly coming into the room, the door was open and the noise from the common rooms did not allow you to relax for a second!
When this horror ended, they told me that there would be no promised chocolate wrap and I could go downstairs, for some reason they took a towel right in the hallway and sent me to change into my clothes in oil.
In the locker room, I discovered that the whole white swimsuit was not only in coffee from peeling, but also in something blue (it never washed off).
At the checkout we met with my husband and he told me that the same thing happened to him.
We expressed our dissatisfaction with what they gave us a box of chocolates and offered to come again for free, but to visit this place = spoil the whole vacation.
Of course, the next day they no longer respond to messages!
The bottom line is the red price of this place is 30 euros for everything, the staff are professional scammers and scammers!
I hope that this institution will close soon and this review will help save money and nerves for other tourists.

Waiting time 1
70% of the time was spent waiting for procedures
We started with a sauna + a swimming pool. In the bathhouse, the hot stones are open and stand in such a way that they are very easy to touch and injure.
The pool has an unpleasant coating, it seems as if it is never washed, the showers are the same
Peeling is done quickly and on the conveyor belt, in fact, nothing pleasant. A certain Turk also harassed his wife. The peeling room is unsanitary, and the staff are hired workers from abroad who did not even think to try.
Waiting between procedures accounts for the vast majority of the time spent in this place
The massage was done backhand, without applying a single drop of conscientious attitude to the matter. He was very unpleasant and in fact useless.
They are actively trying to sell an additional one.services, the cost of which is huge. They will tell you that their services treat all diseases, that you will lose weight, rejuvenate, and so on. They will find out what problems you personally have and will definitely offer the service)))
Services are sold immediately, because then you frankly do not want to buy anything from them
The guide offered us to get there again for free. We are here, thank you!
The tour operator offered us a "free" massage with foam, scrub and hammam. At the beginning of the visit, they begin to pair a paid massage with a VIP room for 180 euros, the interior leaves much to be desired, everything is old, the treatment rooms stink. Before the massage, my husband and I were taken to different rooms, apparently so that we could not agree. During the massage, the "manager" came in and started saying that I had huge back problems, which did not bother me, since I really have them. They immediately start giving me a massage for 350 euros, which will save me from all problems for 5 years!! After my refusal, the price began to be brought down to 70 euros, which is also very expensive. This unfinished "manager" came into the massage room 5 times and said that allegedly the husband agreed to a massage for 70 euros. During the procedure, the masseur hurt very much, almost broke his arm. A lymphatic drainage massage was also announced, but in fact they stroked my legs and that was it. Everything is prepared at the reception, you can pay at the hotel, in cash at the checkout and in rubles to a Russian card))) The exchange rate just killed them, 102 dollars per ruble (at the moment, the rate is 88 dollars per ruble. In general, we didn't like it very much.
