If you want to get nervous and stay without money, you are here!
The quality of the establishment absolutely does not match the prices!
The guide suggested a trip to the hamam. Is free. as a gift.
My husband and I have pre-booked the time of the visit.
We were supposed to be picked up from the hotel at 11: 15, but we waited 40 minutes for the transfer.
He never came.
Here it was necessary to understand that the place would not bring anything good. But we were booked for another time, and we spent the whole day waiting and tense from the fact that the vacation day is disappearing!
Arriving at the hamam, our group was met by a manager who told us about the rules of visiting.
The main idea is that the free program includes a visit to the baths, a salt cave, a mask and 15 minutes of massage. Additionally, you can optionally buy a massage for 40, 60 or 150 euros. There is free water and, if desired, a bar for an additional fee.
In addition to us, there were several other elderly people in our group who were also not picked up from hotels on time.
The manager came up with excuses for everyone why we were not picked up at the appointed time, and offered free of charge. coffee peeling or chocolate wrapping.
We chose 2 massages for 60 euros, plus a bonus - a chocolate wrap.
Bracelets with a number and a route were attached to all of them.
After that, a complete mess began!
They brought us a tray with tea bags in plastic cups.
The tea was impossibly hot, no one could drink it and, without giving us 5 minutes, we were taken on a route to the spa.
The coordinators made inappropriate jokes towards the visitors, rudely answered the questions "where to go next".
Because of the large number of people, everything smelled damp.
Souls have a disgusting smell, broken soap holders.
The waterproofing fell off in the jacuzzi, and a slimy coating formed there, and the rest of the protruding elements were covered with lime stone.
In the aroma room, oils are added, from which the mucous surface of the eyes and nose burns. Everyone looks very tired.
The light is disgusting all over the spa!
Then we were taken to the second floor. Where they made face masks out of clay, all this happened in the corridor right by the elevator.
Then they invited me for a massage.
At the beginning, the manager said that in the massage room "there will be only your family" in fact, this is a secluded room in which only you and the masseur.
Unpleasant odors of wet towels and other people who disguise themselves with cologne, and throughout the massage you smell it all and you start to feel sick!
The masseur does not speak any languages other than Turkish, so after 15 minutes of free massage, unbuttoning the top of the swimsuit and leaving it in an open, defenseless position, he brings an outsider man who explains with technically memorized phrases that there are big problems with the body and only a massage for 150 euros can help, he responds to refusals every time more and more and more insistently, that there seem to be no options to refuse!
At the same time, I was lying half-naked surrounded by two men and the desire was to somehow end this conversation.
After manya was divorced for money, I received a regular general massage during which the masseur allowed himself to sit on me!
I believe that this is highly disrespectful, unprofessional and one might even say harassment!
Moreover, some strangers were constantly coming into the room, the door was open and the noise from the common rooms did not allow you to relax for a second!
When this horror ended, they told me that there would be no promised chocolate wrap and I could go downstairs, for some reason they took a towel right in the hallway and sent me to change into my clothes in oil.
In the locker room, I discovered that the whole white swimsuit was not only in coffee from peeling, but also in something blue (it never washed off).
At the checkout we met with my husband and he told me that the same thing happened to him.
We expressed our dissatisfaction with what they gave us a box of chocolates and offered to come again for free, but to visit this place = spoil the whole vacation.
Of course, the next day they no longer respond to messages!
The bottom line is the red price of this place is 30 euros for everything, the staff are professional scammers and scammers!
I hope that this institution will close soon and this review will help save money and nerves for other tourists.
Babel palace by Babel pelas.
We got a visit to the Babel palace bathhouse for free from the Intourist company for the purchase of another tour from $ 50. As a result, the ratio of quality + free price was quite satisfactory to me. But for the money, there would already be questions.
The bathhouse has a huge number of visitors. Be prepared that you will have to wait in line upon arrival. Wellcom drink is not offered at the same time. If you take additional massages from $ 150, then you will go for individual VIP rates. Without a trail.
But my husband and I were lucky. We broke away from our group, so we were almost everywhere without a crowd.
When our turn finally came, we were first invited to the salt room. It's fun, of course, but after 5 minutes it gets boring. But the queue. That's why we sat there for quite a long time.
Next is the classic sauna. It's hotter and a little cooler. Here the group was divided into 2 parts. But it was still a little cramped.
Next is the Jacuzzi. Here we were alone with my son, as we left the sauna before everyone else. And then a crowd of 10 people was driven there.
Next is the Turkish bath. Where there's a lot of steam and you can't see anything. It was by the way with eucalyptus and it stung my eyes a little. The three of us were sitting there, my husband and son, like VIPs. And then the crowd came again and some even had nowhere to sit down. After the sauna, the hammam itself. And again, waiting in line. Again, the three of us were in the whole hammam, but one bath attendant washed me and my son at the same time and it seemed to me that he washed somehow very little. Well, okay, I didn't really want to.
There are no women bathers there!!! I was in two halls. There are only men there! So be prepared for that.
After washing, the relaxation room with a mask on the face. And they all smear with one brush from one large bowl. After us, everyone used it to smear others from this bowl. Moreover, he has a lot of clean brushes in his hands. But he smeared our family with one. I don't know about the others. Watch out if you're squeamish. And again, you will not be offered any coffee teas.
After the mask, massage. I had a girlfriend who was either Thai or Filipino. Massage is fine. I liked. My husband had a man and he said it was tough.
If you have time, I advise you to go outside. They have a pool and sun beds there. Tea and soft drinks are free at the bar. It all depends on your program. You can also take fun pictures there, there are beautiful locations.
Conclusion I've been in better hamams.
Service 1
Staff 1
Cleanliness and hygiene 1
Massage 1
Waiting time 1
70% of the time was spent waiting for procedures
We started with a sauna + a swimming pool. In the bathhouse, the hot stones are open and stand in such a way that they are very easy to touch and injure.
The pool has an unpleasant coating, it seems as if it is never washed, the showers are the same
Peeling is done quickly and on the conveyor belt, in fact, nothing pleasant. A certain Turk also harassed his wife. The peeling room is unsanitary, and the staff are hired workers from abroad who did not even think to try.
Waiting between procedures accounts for the vast majority of the time spent in this place
The massage was done backhand, without applying a single drop of conscientious attitude to the matter. He was very unpleasant and in fact useless.
They are actively trying to sell an additional one.services, the cost of which is huge. They will tell you that their services treat all diseases, that you will lose weight, rejuvenate, and so on. They will find out what problems you personally have and will definitely offer the service)))
Services are sold immediately, because then you frankly do not want to buy anything from them
The guide offered us to get there again for free. We are here, thank you!
Leaves much to be desired(((
It's a pity that I didn't read the reviews earlier (
Trusted the tour operators that the place is "super"
But, as we wrote earlier, everything happens according to the same scheme, you buy a tour and a hammam for free
Hamam, so order a "hamam probe", there is no other way to say (((
And then the most interesting thing begins at the massage, as we wrote earlier - an alleged translator comes (very persistent, who of course talks about the need for massage.
He insistently offers massage, of course, at this time, when you are lying half-naked on the table, you are very lost and even a little scary to refuse to be honest ((((there is a very strong pressure from him!
I ask the cost, he says 100, I tell him it's expensive and I need to talk to my husband and decide whether to do it or not, he goes into another room where my husband is lying on a massage and says that my husband gave the go-ahead and he doesn't mind ((of course I'm surprised that he doesn't mind, because the amount that's a big ((
Then I ask again (from the alleged translator manager) is my husband sure he doesn't mind??, Did you tell him the amount? To which he replied to me - "yes, he doesn't mind and he supposedly values his reputation and why would he lie at all!
In general, as it was in the end, he went to my husband and said the wife was doing a massage 100 and left, the husband did not have time to say anything and as it turned out later, he did not say anything clearly to my husband (((( and went to me and said that the husband allegedly did not mind and said that I would do a massage 🫤
Of course I was surprised, but I speak well!
ONE BIG PLUS is that the massage is really good! The truth is, I'm probably lucky with that at least. 😅
But the essence of my story is this!
That when I arrived at the hotel and told my husband that you really didn't mind my massage for 100 euros, he was of course shocked and we even had a fight (((since he says how could you think that I would agree to such an expensive massage and generally need to think (((
I completely agree with him, but you know, lying on the massage table, all steamed and warmed up and still inhaling menthol, you don't think at all ((((
So be careful and stricter with such staff, say strictly NO!
The tour operator offered us a "free" massage with foam, scrub and hammam. At the beginning of the visit, they begin to pair a paid massage with a VIP room for 180 euros, the interior leaves much to be desired, everything is old, the treatment rooms stink. Before the massage, my husband and I were taken to different rooms, apparently so that we could not agree. During the massage, the "manager" came in and started saying that I had huge back problems, which did not bother me, since I really have them. They immediately start giving me a massage for 350 euros, which will save me from all problems for 5 years!! After my refusal, the price began to be brought down to 70 euros, which is also very expensive. This unfinished "manager" came into the massage room 5 times and said that allegedly the husband agreed to a massage for 70 euros. During the procedure, the masseur hurt very much, almost broke his arm. A lymphatic drainage massage was also announced, but in fact they stroked my legs and that was it. Everything is prepared at the reception, you can pay at the hotel, in cash at the checkout and in rubles to a Russian card))) The exchange rate just killed them, 102 dollars per ruble (at the moment, the rate is 88 dollars per ruble. In general, we didn't like it very much.
If you want to become a victim of an intrusive, unpleasant divorce, then this is the place for you. If not, I advise you to avoid it. So, how does it happen: you buy it yourself or you are given a trip to the hammam. At the entrance, they explain that there will be a basic program, the rest is for money. OK. You say you'll think about it, but for now you go inside. And then the fun begins. Everything is serious, everything is a bit pretentious. I don't care that the salt cave doesn't work without heating salt. And the Jacuzzi is cold. And no one really explains anything. The basic diagram is at the end. You've been drugged, drugged with menthol, washed with soap, scrubbed, you're all so happy lying down on the massage table. They rub you with oil, put you face down, you are happy and happy, and then the breeder comes. Like, the masseur doesn't understand anything in your language, I'll explain. You have problems, they say, you need an urgent mega massage, and here is a special one, now we will do everything very efficiently. The price is 50-100 euros. But you feel good, and you lie on your stomach, looking at the floor, you are persistently persuaded, you were treated for an hour, and you think, but it wasn't, because everything is so cool. And you agree. And after 20-40 minutes you realize that they do not know how to do massage. They can smear with oil, clay, soap, somehow soar, create a look, collect money. And they don't know how to do massage. And when you don't like something, you hear a completely different tone from these "wonderful" people. And you understand the divorce scheme. And all the cardboard of what is happening. And the most disgusting thing is that all these people speak your language, and they understand everything - you can read it in their eyes. I've never had such a nasty feeling about something that should bring happiness. Don't come here, don't spoil your vacation.
A disgusting place, the hammam got free of charge from the tour agency, they evaporated the massage for 180 €, practically hypnotized, after she refused, she did not stop there and even continued to steam on the massage chair, her wife began to have allergies from their super mask. The hygiene is terrible, the staff is disgusting, there is no customer orientation.
It was very cold, it felt so cold after the sauna, there was terrible hygiene in the bath itself, almost naked men (both men and women) washed.
In general, you should not go there unless you want to pick up something or get sick, or get a round sum
Good afternoon!
Please avoid this place!
If you have not bought additional services (massage or spa treatments), it is not known when you will be sent to the hotel.
We bought a ticket from the Intourist tour operator for $20 per person.
We were very sorry that we went…
Instead of the stated 1.30, there were 3 hours
Of these, 40 minutes were waiting for departure to the hotel
The reception staff is boorish!
Especially Natalia!
Instead of 20 minutes of massage, 10 are done…
In general, a nightmare…
We just got back from this hammam. The good reviews are surprising. Apparently, those who write them are not familiar with high-quality service and a real hammam.
We took a VIP program. At the entrance, they began to breed us for a miraculous lifting and drainage massage, thanks to which 7 to 10 kilograms are thrown off and, in principle, the whole body heals. And all these wonders are 180 euros for 40 minutes. They react aggressively to rejection.
Next, the VIP room. It's dirty! Very dirty! Apparently, the concept of sanitary standards is completely absent! My only thought was not to pick up anything!
After the "VIP", hammam and peeling, you are offered to make a face mask. They spread it all over with one brush.
And then, what everyone is writing about, during the last relaxation massage, which really resembles children's "sleeper rails", a translator bursts in and says that you have 1000 and 1 back problem and you can solve it here and now with a massage.
People, don't waste time and money on this horror! I've never seen a worse place! It's a pity that I read the reviews after we went…
I got what I needed. The massage therapist worked out all my problem areas perfectly..Pleasant atmosphere.Tea, swimming pool. The Jacuzzi.Beautiful floral area by the pool..There are other procedures. At your choice..
We visited this "wonderful" place on the recommendation of the hotel guide anex tour Vladimir, as a gift for the purchase of an excursion. There was a VIP transfer by Mercedes, after refusing additional miracle procedures (lymphatic drainage massage, thanks to which you can lose 180 euros)), we left in a sprinter
The hammam is public, hygiene is terrible, the employees who persuade for massages are more like gypsies, you are really afraid to catch some kind of infection. Time spent!!!! We do not recommend it! It's a pity that we, like many, read the reviews after visiting.
We bought an "average" package with my mother for $ 30 per person (prices 15/30/45/65 - VIP). On the advice of the hotel guide, we went there by 9 a.m. so that there would be fewer people. There were 2 other girls besides us, and in general we were the first visitors to the hamam that day (crowds of people came just as we were about to leave). The girl at the entrance is absolutely unfriendly and tactless, became even rougher when no one agreed to an additional. services. Without understanding which package each visitor purchased, she put on the same bracelets for everyone and sent them to the locker room. When they came to figure out why we were given a bracelet for a $15 package, she corrected the mistake with the words "You didn't tell me about it right away."
It was already better inside. Regarding hygiene, everything was in order, the workers were guided through the procedures and were polite. The sauna and steam room with menthol are good, the Jacuzzi is really cold and you won't stay there for a long time. In the hamam itself, the stone on which they were lying did not have time to warm up (perhaps because they came early). The workers there were adequate, they made a coffee scrub and washed it with foam - I liked everything. I asked the man to be careful with his neck, because there are moles, he remembered this for exactly 5 minutes, after which he had to cover his hand so that he would not accidentally touch. Then they applied a mask with clay and almost immediately called for a massage, where they asked me to wash it off, i.e. I sat with the mask for no more than 3 minutes, the clay did not even freeze. An individual brush was used for each person. The massage itself was pleasant, but in the end they brought an interpreter to my mother and began to aggressively promote their therapeutic massage, after several refusals they fell behind. A lot of oil is poured on the body - wear clothes that you will not mind getting dirty on vacation (such as a beach tunic). Tea was offered only when we were already waiting for the car back. The garden is small, relatively beautiful and blooming, but the building materials scattered in the corners spoil the impression.
In general, we were satisfied, because we felt washed and the tan lay down beautifully, but the welcoming staff and aggressive sales disappointed (
There is no free hammam "as a gift" from a travel agency. When you're lying on the couch for a massage, naked under a towel, the manager bursts in and starts telling you how bad everything is with your body. Everything that is written below is just like a carbon copy. I was divorced for 60 euros (now everything is indicated in euros, it will be more expensive in dollars), to my husband, "well, let's do it for him, while they do it for you too." In general, I need an additional one.I liked the massage, my husband didn't. Then there's a garden where you swim and like drink tea - it's beautiful in the center, there are dried fountains around the edges, piles of building materials, a place where tea is poured - some kind of cardboard hut. In general, until the divorce began, everything was fine. At the checkout, it turns out that you cannot pay 60 in cash and 60 with a card, you need to do everything together in principle. In short, if all my muscles relaxed after the massage, then after talking at the checkout, they clamped down again from stress. And then, instead of a "shuttle service running every 15 minutes," according to the guide (Pegasus), you wait 40 minutes for a minibus to arrive. And the driver also asks you for a tip…
We received a trip to the hammam as a gift from the tour operator. That they will sell their extras.the services were understood and were warned by the tour operator.
They gathered at the appointed time and brought the group. After the intonation of the pronunciation from the greeter that everyone with standard gift bags had arrived, I no longer wanted to go to them, but okay. Advertising their massages, which is not done in Russia. And their lymphatic drainage massage alone is enough to take up to 10 kg and slow down varicose veins. She spoke confidently, and apparently a shadow of doubt was reflected on my face, because the whole group was sent, and my wife and I, like Stirlitz, were asked to stay. The massage cost 180 euros. I thought that okay, you can survive, even though it's almost 5 sessions of 1.5 hour Thai massage in the Russian Federation. They made a discount, picked up a cheaper massage for me (it's strange that they didn't insist that I needed it too), so as not to wait just like that. Especially the VIP room, fruits, beauty. Cool massage in the hammam, facial peeling, Jacuzzi, sauna. And everything was fine. I went for a massage myself. The procedure is underway. And then a translator comes along. That my master therapist thinks I have a lot of problems. Muscle hypertrophy, scoliosis increases, soon I will be transferred, I will start to lose my sight, the muscles on my arms and legs will become numb. But they can fix everything. When asked how much, I was told only 250 euros (instead of 100). I did not give in to fright and asked to continue the ordered service. They immediately cut me 50 euros. But I was stoic. To which they continued to intimidate me that you can't interfere with the lymph often, and since they do, then you need to do everything at once. I just answered that there was no money. You can pay at the hotel. As a result, I have already agreed to some kind of supplement for 50 euros to get behind. I will make a reservation that the massage itself was very good. But such aggressive sales are already in the process of providing a service for me beyond good and evil. Although we already agreed to not the cheapest massages. The wife was not so stable. As a result, 450 euros for my less than 2.5 hour treatments with sauna and hammam and its 3
I was in this place on 06/10/2023.
I must say right away that I did not like it:
-repeated imposition of additionalpaid massage , because it's like I'm having a bad time here and it's bad there. And only they will heal everything at once.
- a human conveyor and it is unclear how they in this nameless crowd guess who bought what program. It seems to me that even for $ 20, even for $ 30, they do everything the same.
- they didn't even give me tea once. A small portion would be enough, but the aftertaste is unpleasant. Like clear the room for the following clients.
Well, the pilling and massage are normal. I have nothing to compare it with, because it's the first time. But next time I'll do it at the hotel, because the price is the same. And there's no crowd at the hotel.
The impressions of this institution are disgusting. It's just a conveyor belt of people who don't have time to warm up in the sauna, the hammam is also cold, the massage is performed by Arab boys (who are proudly called doctors), but these strange convulsions / stroking cannot be called massage... In the middle of the massage, a man comes and begins to "offer" a therapeutic massage for only 250 euros. It is a therapeutic massage, because your back muscles are in such a terrible state that nothing in this world will help you anymore. Only their "doctors" and only their healing massage will help you survive ...))) and all this is imposed in a very aggressive form.
"employees" literally impose additional services and procedures. For example, they offer lymphatic drainage massage, which their master massage therapists do so well that just once is enough and the lymph will clear, the body will be saturated with magnesium to such an extent that varicose veins will pass and ... the cherry on the cake - like it or not, but you will definitely lose 5-7 kg of weight. And all this at one time, and all this for 100 euros)))) And for a massage course of 10 sessions, only.... Stupid people.
Chocolate wrap - You are standing, and you are smeared with something vaguely similar to cocoa slurry from a pot, which you will then be tormented to wash. Peeling with fish is a dirty aquarium in which 4 more people wet their feet at the same time .... phew ...
I want to mention the transfer separately. You will most likely be picked up from the hotel on time, then you will also drive around other hotels collecting tourists. And in the same way back, you just need to sit and wait for 30 minutes for the car to arrive.
Not a single positive impression, I always had a better opinion of the Turkish Hammam. But this place sucks by all accounts.
It's disgusting, the girl who met us, not that she was not happy with us, it feels like she hates us in advance.
And after she saw our tickets, she said "standard" very coldly and seemed to just want to leave.
Further along the process, a representative of the tour operator suggested that we go there, advertised, as I do not know who, allegedly you will feel in seventh heaven after these procedures, yeah, yes, the sky turned out to be the underdark. Fortunately, in the end we got this trip as a gift, but the cost was announced at $ 15 per person.
They lead you like a herd into a sauna (very small), then a shower, then into a water steam room where it is unclear how and where to sit or stand, my leg burned when steam suddenly turned on, then into an ice Jacuzzi (they do not warn that it is cold), then they lead to a washroom, the very hammam (wipe, do foam massage), then a mask for 10 minutes and after a mediocre massage in the middle of which they offer to do a "therapeutic" massage, when you refuse, they pour oil on you and send you to wait for the car to get to the hotel for another 20-30 minutes.
Curtain, be wise not to go there. By the way, at our hotel, they made it all much cooler.
Behind the exterior gloss of the building and the interior decoration, there is a dilution for money, a conveyor belt of tourists and absolutely no quality. If I may say so, they give "samples" of foam massage, oil massage, well, and drive you like a herd from a salt cave to a sauna, then to a Jacuzzi, then to a eucalyptus room (the only thing I liked there), then to the hammam, to the mask, and you won't relax, noise, din, everything is in turn! Massage is generally a separate topic - the manager really bursts in or whoever is there, begins to tell the learned text- diagnosis, and the masseur himself not only managed to hold it once on his back, but also did not really say anything to this "translator"! The little masseur got completely caught, climbed onto the massage table and already bent down, did a massage! It was not comfortable at all! There is something to compare it with. I don't recommend going there. It is better to pay extra and do it in your hotel, it will be more secluded, comfortable and of high quality!
Dishonest people work in this institution - in babel hamam Kemer. On the first day of our vacation on June 23, 2023, we went to the hammam after lunch. And it so happened that in the sauna, a cross fell from the chain between the planks of the sunbed. Local workers, led by a girl in a red T-shirt, said at first: wait, now people will come out and we will get it. We missed our bus and waited. Then they told us that they would get it after a working day and they would call you back (they wrote the phone number and the hotel with the room number) and transfer it to the hotel through a guide. We did not wait and asked the guide to find out. First, they asked us for a photo of the cross, because they allegedly found several. We sent the photo, but after that we said that there was no such cross. If not, it means that local workers who knew where the cross was located simply took it out and appropriated it, i.e. stole it. Maybe this is a normal situation for the locals, but for me it's unpleasant, and that's putting it mildly. But these people also have their own religion. Shame on you!!!!! A black residue on my soul remained from visiting THIS hammam.
1. Beware of imposed services! When you will be massaged, the massage will be interrupted and an interpreter will allegedly be called, and they will begin to tell you that you have a serious illness and that your muscles are "warmed up" now you can try to fix everything - it's just the BOTTOM!
2. It was a strange situation, our whole group was driven into the washing department, we sat watching how they washed - for a minute, in general other people from another group - it was a very strange situation, well there was a cheerful company in our group and laughed at it, but it's very strange.
3. No stuffy conveyor!
4. Guides incorrectly voice what is included in the package of paid services, then you find out with the staff who said where and what was wrong, why the paid program includes less than they voiced - in short, the SUCKER is not a mammoth, it will not die out
5. We went there from Kilit Global - like for free, because we bought a tour there.
6. The stated procedure takes 2 hours, as a result, consider for yourself - the bus picked up at 17:40, we were in Babel at 18:00, and returned back to the hotel only at 22:00 ... in short, if you want a hammam, take it at your hotel, save time, there will be no soulless conveyor, which-that's a showdown with aggressive and impulsive staff.
We went to this spa on the recommendation of the hotel guide (Anex tour), bought a basic package for $ 20/person. For the first half hour, there was an advertisement for additional services - everything from massage to miracle scrub (prices correspond, an hour massage is $ 150). They didn't buy anything else, so they were the last ones everywhere. The whole program is a gallop through Europe. To the hammam for 5 minutes, to the pool for 5 minutes, etc. While waiting for the "wash", we froze (ideally, in a hammam, a person warms up and goes to wash with open pores, but not us). During the express massage, they tried to spin it on the clock again: "you have hypertension, your muscles are clogged, you really need a massage." Only a divorce for an additional fee. services, no attention.
One of the advantages is a nice green garden where you can have tea after the program.

Very cool hamam, I recommend it!! The staff is very friendly, polite, many speak Russian, the employees are smiling. The massage is really amazing! Of the minuses – waiting for the bus after the procedure was about 30 minutes, but it's more the fault of the travel agency
We bought a trip to the "real Turkish hammam" on the advice of the hotel guide. They even took a vip. We thought everything would go smoothly and sweetly , but it wasn't there. A car picked up from the hotel and brought it to the hammam. The girls at the entrance behave impudently, arrogantly and disdainfully. At that moment, it seemed like a small thing. We were taken to the locker room and then to the room with the Finnish. sauna , hammam and Jacuzzi, drinks and fruits were served (I'm sorry I didn't eat all the fruits). As for the hammam, it was not preheated, it was heated almost in front of us. The Jacuzzi is cold, after it I wanted to immediately run to warm up. After half an hour, they took me for peeling, this is my first experience, but everything seemed to go well. There were masks after peeling, there's nothing to say here either. Next is the best, massage. It all seemed to start well, I thought, well, we'll finish and go to the hotel, like whatever. In the process, the masseuse suddenly comes out, and the translator's testament ( in other reviews it was also mentioned), and then they pour into your ears what huge problems you have all over your body, etc. and that only THEIR MASTER in all of Eurasia is able to cure you, and put you on your feet! This "translator" of theirs realized that I did not want their "massage of eternal youth and health" only from the 3rd time! And for the rest of the massage session, I wanted to get up and go out! And then, I was informed that my wife had agreed to this massage, and then I finally burst out of rage! All those "hard workers" out there are just trying to put pressure on you. I do not recommend this place, the divorce of clean water, a complete LIME tree for a real Turkish hammam, massage, etc! I hope this comment will save other tourists money!
We got the hammam for free as a gift for the tour bought from the guide. We steamed in the sauna, took a dip in the pool, then went to the Turkish sauna. Then we were sent to the hammam for peeling and foam massage. Then they sent me to a regular massage, where they also began to persuade me to an additional paid massage for 100 euros, referring to the poor condition of my back. During the negotiations, the price was reduced to 50 euros, but I refused. Then, in a conversation with the same vacationers, it turned out that everyone had back problems there, only the price for a massage was different and reached as much as 450 euros. It all ended with chocolate coating and fish on my feet. In general, it would be nothing, but the impression is spoiled by this divorce for money. Only 3 stars.
I wrote a big negative review to our guide (Loti). I do not recommend going to this "spa" center. Dirty, boorish attitude of the employees at the entrance, they sniff additional services, there are a lot of people in the hammam and sauna, everyone is being driven like a herd. We went with my child and my husband, I refused to go further than the hammam, we waited for my husband in the "rest" room, dirty towels on the floor, apparently they covered the leak. In general, we went to wash up, but in the end I wanted to wash up on arrival at the hotel😅
It's not much of a place....steam rooms are not working and they are trying to impose massages at cloud prices.and even when they were doing a massage, they said they had some kind of problems and tried to impose another one for $ 100.in general, they play for money.do not forget to be there from the hotel for free...There's no point in going there at all!
It's time to write a review about this hammam!!!!! Terrible hamam - dirty , just a conveyor belt of people .
And yes , how they breed people for 100 euros 💶 massage is one argument : it will help immediately and cure everything .
It 's terrible not to go there , think 100,000 times !!!!!
A divorce with money from a tour operator, in my case pegasus. We bought a VIP package for $ 138 for two, VIP is only in the name! As we wrote below, a room is given for 30 minutes in which you go from a Finnish steam room to a steam room with menthol steam. Then they "wash" you, they do peeling with a washcloth, then you go to a PUBLIC mask (clay) with your things, you just sit on the couch in the corridor, they apply this clay to you and after 10 minutes they tell you to go wash it off. We were promised that we would choose to whom we want "a man or a woman masseuse", as a result, they separated us on different sides and did not give us a choice. Massage sucks! I bought a lymphatic drainage massage in addition to the package for 180€ (I do it in Moscow, I really like it, I expected a better massage, BUT as it turned out my expectations were high). The VIP package includes a charcot shower, scrubbing, relaxation massage, (this is what did not happen)! My husband was given a massage not for an hour as promised, but for 20 minutes, I was given an hour (but this is not a lymphatic drainage from the word at all). They also gave you a chocolate wrap as a gift, they take you outside and a man from a barrel smears you with chocolate and says "go for a walk for 10 minutes", and then you go wash yourself on the street THE END ;) it's a pity that people come here to read reviews after visiting this place
The guide from Pegasus Tourist advised you to "take a Turkish bath," as they say. I bought a tour, a trip to the sauna cost $ 20 at a discount, although I heard that someone was a little more lucky, they took someone for 10, someone for 15. It's not the point, although it seems like a trifle, but it's already unpleasant. They were taken to this public institution, initially there was a basic program where the whole crowd was washed, a group was sent to one pool (it is unknown how many groups have already been there). Then the massage itself. They stretch you a little, relax you. And then, according to the worked-out scheme, the name of a Russian-speaking translator is called, who speaks 10 times more words than the super doctor told him before. The song is the same: back problems, one session is enough for 5 years. The price is 150 euros. To be honest, I still don't understand why I immediately agreed, I've read about mind-numbing oils in previous reviews. In principle, according to my condition, I honestly didn't care. It seems to me that if they had announced the cost of 300, I would have agreed too. Not the point. They gave me a massage. The usual massage. I will not say that he was distinguished by his individual technique, by some peculiarities, as they sing initially. Absolutely nothing special. I paid. She left. I arrived at the hotel and realized how much I had paid. I'm freaking out. I talked with other vacationers, it turns out that someone bargained for 50, someone was lucky for 60. What can I say, it bombed me the whole vacation. I turned to the tour operator. The problem was not solved in any way at all. Wait. Wait. I contacted the office. We are waiting and waiting. They answered in formal words. As a result, I freaked out, took a taxi and went to this poorhouse myself. It was possible to return the funds in full, they also offered to come to the session again for free, to another masseur - as an apology. But I honestly don't set foot there anymore. Fortunately, the director turned out to be quite understanding. I think he knows exactly how much people are being fooled there. The reaction of the tour operator was stunning. She said that she solved the problem herself. She was left in deep shock. The answer was: "you mean yourself? How is it yourself?" here I can confidently say that they obviously would not have done anything to resolve the situation peacefully. I believe that their fault is that they did not initially warn about such healing sessions. Their warning was only that the spa at the hotel was about nothing. Don't take it from them. So buy from us and you will be happy. In general, do not be fooled in any case, because you will lose not only money, but also the mood for the whole vacation. It's not a pleasant experience.
The impression is twofold. In general, I liked everything, but there was something to compare some services with, and it seemed to me that they were not performed exactly as needed) the massage is good, the staff is pleasant (almost everything)
A disgusting place, they offered a massage with shark fat. As a result, it seemed that instead of shark fat they rubbed finalgon, it burned unreal, the masseur nodded and said that this was how it should be. I tried to wash it off, it didn't help, I suffered for a couple of hours (To be honest, no massage, divorce and a spoiled mood are guaranteed, I would not have read the reviews. They work ***, do not repeat mistakes!
Well, everything is like everyone else. A pure water breeder.
First an advertisement for lymph, then an advertisement that you have a million diseases.
The guides from Pegasus pretend to hear negative reviews for the first time.
We received a trip to the hammam as a gift from the Pegasus tour operator when buying a jipping tour. We were first taken to the sauna, then to the Jacuzzi, then to the steam room to breathe menthol, then we were washed, then for a massage. Of course, everything was crumpled up because there were a lot of people. The massage is very fast. In general, about nothing. Washed only well 😏
A hammam is like a hammam. The peeling and foam massage itself are cool, they are standard, in general. The face mask is an ordinary clay one. I agreed to a massage afterward only because of the rubbing of oils. But you can't get me through "rubbing" about "health problems" after the words "I know, I have a personal masseur in Moscow", the translator didn't even talk to me)))
After all the standard procedures, the skin became very soft, the tan began to lie down well and smoothly - and this is the most the main reason for visiting the hammam)
I visited the complex, ordered a Balinese massage, and had a great rest.
I read a lot of negative reviews, perhaps from misunderstanding the features of the service in Turkey. In any case, the task of the business is to sell by offering as many options as possible. At the same time, the quality of services is good. Attitude too. There may also be a lot of negative feedback from the discrepancy between the expectation of the cost and the actual prices of the resort.
Terrible service, habalka girls. After the procedures, you ask the question why what is included in the VIP did not actually happen - they start hitting on you. The Jacuzzi was boiling hot, we didn't have time to take a dip. And when they asked if we could return to the VIP room (as promised), we were attacked that we had already gone through all the procedures and of course we would not return there. During the massage, they strongly urged me to buy a healing massage complex from them for $ 300, since the problems in my 22-year-old body were simply through the roof (and finally the amount was already $ 70) The translator, who was called by the masseur, was just an impudent salesman.
The aftertaste is terrible. The services are doing well but the service is just 0. We gave $ 250 for two for a VIP room (we traded 50), which is 15 thousand rubles. The feeling of money in the wind. If the staff had been friendlier, everything would have been fine.
We bought an excursion to the Turkish hammam from the hotel guide for $ 15. We decided that the tour purchased from the hotel guide would be safe. As a result, the hamam turned out to be a complete divorce. In the hammam, visitors (including us) were smeared with some suspicious relaxing oils, after which they divorced people for expensive massages (worth 100 euros). We are sure that in a normal state we would never have agreed to such a procedure, because before the massage, these procedures with their inflated cost seemed crazy to us. However, during the procedures, at some point we realized that we were in a deranged, drugged state (we are not at all sure that no substances were added to these aromatic oils), in which we absolutely cannot stand up for ourselves. Besides us, another very economical elderly woman fell for this bait with a massage for 100 euros, who was also in a deranged state with distracted attention after conducting this wonderful "massage". Because of this expensive massage, the husband stopped talking to the man.
Because of this divorce trip, the vacation was ruined.
Don't come to this hamam for anything! And if you have already gone, then be sure to be on your guard and try not to separate from each other.
It's terrible! I've never seen anything like it anywhere! The inhumanity of the staff is simply horrifying!
They say that they have Israeli specialists, and lymphatic drainage massage after which the body is rejuvenated! But in fact, back stroking by a person with weekly massage therapist courses with a massage cost of 10,000 rubles. They are siphoning money from desperate people who have health problems! I'd like to go to jail for this.
We bought an anexture trip from a travel agent for $ 15 per person, on the spot we were offered different massages and we agreed to an lPG massage for $ 150 per person, we were given a VIP room it was nice until we found out that we can be in the VIP room for no more than half an hour then we take our things go to the hammam, to the mask and massage with things.
The most interesting thing started when the massage started. The masseur came out and brought a Russian who told me that I have very big problems and only this master can save me for at least 7 years, for only $ 350.
I laughed but agreed out of respect for perseverance.
Moreover, the travel agent who sold the entrance is to blame for this situation, but did not warn that they would breed so ugly.
And I really liked it, I took a basic package from an Intourist - $ 20. It fully corresponds in price to what it received. Yes, a group visit, yes, it is, in fact, a public bath, but it also costs a penny. And as for the divorce for additional services, it's just ridiculous, tell me, where is this not? If you don't want to, just sit quietly for 20 minutes. while the employee is chatting, look around at the beautiful design. I will separately note the inner garden with a swimming pool, a bar, palm trees, olive and tangerine trees, pine trees on the hill - beauty!
This is a divorce for money! I had a rest at the Armas Beach hotel in August 2021, on the advice of the hotel guide from Anex tur, I visited this complex with a friend. At first they offer a small price, arriving there they insist that you need to take a vip, and then the price increases with incredible speed. Everyone is told the same thing, everyone has the same problems, but the cost depends on how they can promote you. Services are worth three kopecks , but they want to charge as much as possible ! It's dirty everywhere! Many of the promised items (fish, chocolate wrap, bronze massage, etc.) were not provided. Because, as it turned out, we can't take a shower after this massage!
It's beautiful only in pictures.
In fact, a complete divorce of tourists for money, in which guides from tour operators participate. There is no desire to talk about this institution for a long time, but I will say only one thing: they have a lot of types of massage in their names, but in fact the massage therapists, if you can call them that, are the same and it does not matter which massage a tourist from a group of 10 people orders, they will all do the same. But the money will be taken from everyone in different ways. In order not to get into big money, just don't buy into the guides' offer. And your pocket and health will be safe, and your vacation will not be spoiled by chest and back pain, from which it is not even possible to swim.
I do not advise , they will be divorced for a lot of money, they provide so-so services, the interior 👎

Not the friendly staff that greets. The procedures last less than the planned time and their quality leaves much to be desired. They persistently persuade you to additional services and if you refuse, then the current ones do so-so. They constantly leave the room during the massage, thereby dragging their time. Procedures that were purchased in advance are changed to those that are convenient for them. We do not recommend visiting this institution.

It is beautiful only in the picture.
We visited this settlement only because the tour operator Killit Global "presented" this visit as a bonus for buying an excursion from them. The building is large and beautiful from afar, but if you look closely, you will see cheap and shabby finishes and furniture. At first, a Russian-speaking receptionist met us (and in the evening a seller at the market, yes, we saw her there) and told us about our free procedures, then there was a long story about paid ones. It seemed to me that it lasted forever. This woman knows how to pour beautifully into her ears, she has divorced some tourists for decent money. She argued that she has been doing massage for 15 years and has never seen a healthy back and that only in this institution can the back be treated. Procedures in order: dry sauna, Roman sauna (with menthol, which even hurts the eyes), swimming pool, hammam, mud mask on the face, massage, tea. From an interesting point of view, the actions in the hamami really look like scenes from the movie "The Perfumer" (poor Turkish teenage boys). The massage was disgusting, it was painful and not pleasant. 5 minutes after the massage started, a Russian-speaking receptionist came in and said he wanted to translate the words of my "cool massage therapist from Israel who does not understand English." In short: the back is terrible, you need a massage, buy it, otherwise you will die early. Bottom line: she left immediately. Terrible memories of this place. Please don't waste your time and money, don't go to this place!
DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. Worse than a hammam, I have not seen- a complete dilution!!! And as per the scenario, I have a serious problem and urgently need a therapeutic massage, my wife has the same thing in the next office - THEY did NOT DIVORCE. We arrived in a group of 10 people, everyone was disappointed.
Everything is as they say. Divorce for money, they try to sell additional services from the first minute. During the massage, a man bursts in, tells fairy tales that you still need to work out the whole body for $ 100. You will not get any relaxation in this place. The massage is terrible, the price is 500 rubles. And the cherry on that cake is faeces in the shower stall, the only one with soap.
