My husband and I have pre-booked the time of the visit.
We were supposed to be picked up from the hotel at 11: 15, but we waited 40 minutes for the transfer.
He never came.
Here it was necessary to understand that the place would not bring anything good. But we were booked for another time, and we spent the whole day waiting and tense from the fact that the vacation day is disappearing!
Arriving at the hamam, our group was met by a manager who told us about the rules of visiting.
The main idea is that the free program includes a visit to the baths, a salt cave, a mask and 15 minutes of massage. Additionally, you can optionally buy a massage for 40, 60 or 150 euros. There is free water and, if desired, a bar for an additional fee.
In addition to us, there were several other elderly people in our group who were also not picked up from hotels on time.
The manager came up with excuses for everyone why we were not picked up at the appointed time, and offered free of charge. coffee peeling or chocolate wrapping.
We chose 2 massages for 60 euros, plus a bonus - a chocolate wrap.
Bracelets with a number and a route were attached to all of them.
After that, a complete mess began!
They brought us a tray with tea bags in plastic cups.
The tea was impossibly hot, no one could drink it and, without giving us 5 minutes, we were taken on a route to the spa.
The coordinators made inappropriate jokes towards the visitors, rudely answered the questions "where to go next".
Because of the large number of people, everything smelled damp.
Souls have a disgusting smell, broken soap holders.
The waterproofing fell off in the jacuzzi, and a slimy coating formed there, and the rest of the protruding elements were covered with lime stone.
In the aroma room, oils are added, from which the mucous surface of the eyes and nose burns. Everyone looks very tired.
The light is disgusting all over the spa!
Then we were taken to the second floor. Where they made face masks out of clay, all this happened in the corridor right by the elevator.
Then they invited me for a massage.
At the beginning, the manager said that in the massage room "there will be only your family" in fact, this is a secluded room in which only you and the masseur.
Unpleasant odors of wet towels and other people who disguise themselves with cologne, and throughout the massage you smell it all and you start to feel sick!
The masseur does not speak any languages other than Turkish, so after 15 minutes of free massage, unbuttoning the top of the swimsuit and leaving it in an open, defenseless position, he brings an outsider man who explains with technically memorized phrases that there are big problems with the body and only a massage for 150 euros can help, he responds to refusals every time more and more and more insistently, that there seem to be no options to refuse!
At the same time, I was lying half-naked surrounded by two men and the desire was to somehow end this conversation.
After manya was divorced for money, I received a regular general massage during which the masseur allowed himself to sit on me!
I believe that this is highly disrespectful, unprofessional and one might even say harassment!
Moreover, some strangers were constantly coming into the room, the door was open and the noise from the common rooms did not allow you to relax for a second!
When this horror ended, they told me that there would be no promised chocolate wrap and I could go downstairs, for some reason they took a towel right in the hallway and sent me to change into my clothes in oil.
In the locker room, I discovered that the whole white swimsuit was not only in coffee from peeling, but also in something blue (it never washed off).
At the checkout we met with my husband and he told me that the same thing happened to him.
We expressed our dissatisfaction with what they gave us a box of chocolates and offered to come again for free, but to visit this place = spoil the whole vacation.
Of course, the next day they no longer respond to messages!
The bottom line is the red price of this place is 30 euros for everything, the staff are professional scammers and scammers!
I hope that this institution will close soon and this review will help save money and nerves for other tourists.

Babel palace by Babel pelas.
We got a visit to the Babel palace bathhouse for free from the Intourist company for the purchase of another tour from $ 50. As a result, the ratio of quality + free price was quite satisfactory to me. But for the money, there would already be questions.
The bathhouse has a huge number of visitors. Be prepared that you will have to wait in line upon arrival. Wellcom drink is not offered at the same time. If you take additional massages from $ 150, then you will go for individual VIP rates. Without a trail.
But my husband and I were lucky. We broke away from our group, so we were almost everywhere without a crowd.
When our turn finally came, we were first invited to the salt room. It's fun, of course, but after 5 minutes it gets boring. But the queue. That's why we sat there for quite a long time.
Next is the classic sauna. It's hotter and a little cooler. Here the group was divided into 2 parts. But it was still a little cramped.
Next is the Jacuzzi. Here we were alone with my son, as we left the sauna before everyone else. And then a crowd of 10 people was driven there.
Next is the Turkish bath. Where there's a lot of steam and you can't see anything. It was by the way with eucalyptus and it stung my eyes a little. The three of us were sitting there, my husband and son, like VIPs. And then the crowd came again and some even had nowhere to sit down. After the sauna, the hammam itself. And again, waiting in line. Again, the three of us were in the whole hammam, but one bath attendant washed me and my son at the same time and it seemed to me that he washed somehow very little. Well, okay, I didn't really want to.
There are no women bathers there!!! I was in two halls. There are only men there! So be prepared for that.
After washing, the relaxation room with a mask on the face. And they all smear with one brush from one large bowl. After us, everyone used it to smear others from this bowl. Moreover, he has a lot of clean brushes in his hands. But he smeared our family with one. I don't know about the others. Watch out if you're squeamish. And again, you will not be offered any coffee teas.
After the mask, massage. I had a girlfriend who was either Thai or Filipino. Massage is fine. I liked. My husband had a man and he said it was tough.
If you have time, I advise you to go outside. They have a pool and sun beds there. Tea and soft drinks are free at the bar. It all depends on your program. You can also take fun pictures there, there are beautiful locations.
Conclusion I've been in better hamams.

We took a VIP program. At the entrance, they began to breed us for a miraculous lifting and drainage massage, thanks to which 7 to 10 kilograms are thrown off and, in principle, the whole body heals. And all these wonders are 180 euros for 40 minutes. They react aggressively to rejection.
Next, the VIP room. It's dirty! Very dirty! Apparently, the concept of sanitary standards is completely absent! My only thought was not to pick up anything!
After the "VIP", hammam and peeling, you are offered to make a face mask. They spread it all over with one brush.
And then, what everyone is writing about, during the last relaxation massage, which really resembles children's "sleeper rails", a translator bursts in and says that you have 1000 and 1 back problem and you can solve it here and now with a massage.
People, don't waste time and money on this horror! I've never seen a worse place! It's a pity that I read the reviews after we went…

The sauna and steam room with menthol are good, the Jacuzzi is really cold and you won't stay there for a long time. In the hamam itself, the stone on which they were lying did not have time to warm up (perhaps because they came early). The workers there were adequate, they made a coffee scrub and washed it with foam - I liked everything. I asked the man to be careful with his neck, because there are moles, he remembered this for exactly 5 minutes, after which he had to cover his hand so that he would not accidentally touch. Then they applied a mask with clay and almost immediately called for a massage, where they asked me to wash it off, i.e. I sat with the mask for no more than 3 minutes, the clay did not even freeze. An individual brush was used for each person. The massage itself was pleasant, but in the end they brought an interpreter to my mother and began to aggressively promote their therapeutic massage, after several refusals they fell behind. A lot of oil is poured on the body - wear clothes that you will not mind getting dirty on vacation (such as a beach tunic). Tea was offered only when we were already waiting for the car back. The garden is small, relatively beautiful and blooming, but the building materials scattered in the corners spoil the impression.

I thought that okay, you can survive, even though it's almost 5 sessions of 1.5 hour Thai massage in the Russian Federation. They made a discount, picked up a cheaper massage for me (it's strange that they didn't insist that I needed it too), so as not to wait just like that. Especially the VIP room, fruits, beauty. Cool massage in the hammam, facial peeling, Jacuzzi, sauna. And everything was fine. I went for a massage myself. The procedure is underway. And then a translator comes along. That my master therapist thinks I have a lot of problems. Muscle hypertrophy, scoliosis increases, soon I will be transferred, I will start to lose my sight, the muscles on my arms and legs will become numb. But they can fix everything. When asked how much, I was told only 250 euros (instead of 100). I did not give in to fright and asked to continue the ordered service. They immediately cut me 50 euros. But I was stoic. To which they continued to intimidate me that you can't interfere with the lymph often, and since they do, then you need to do everything at once. I just answered that there was no money. You can pay at the hotel. As a result, I have already agreed to some kind of supplement for 50 euros to get behind. I will make a reservation that the massage itself was very good. The impressions of this institution are disgusting. It's just a conveyor belt of people who don't have time to warm up in the sauna, the hammam is also cold, the massage is performed by Arab boys (who are proudly called doctors), but these strange convulsions / stroking cannot be called massage... In the middle of the massage, a man comes and begins to "offer" a therapeutic massage for only 250 euros. It is a therapeutic massage, because your back muscles are in such a terrible state that nothing in this world will help you anymore. Only their "doctors" and only their healing massage will help you survive ...))) and all this is imposed in a very aggressive form.
"employees" literally impose additional services and procedures. For example, they offer lymphatic drainage massage, which their master massage therapists do so well that just once is enough and the lymph will clear, the body will be saturated with magnesium to such an extent that varicose veins will pass and ... the cherry on the cake - like it or not, but you will definitely lose 5-7 kg of weight. And all this at one time, and all this for 100 euros)))) And for a massage course of 10 sessions, only.... Stupid people.
Chocolate wrap - You are standing, and you are smeared with something vaguely similar to cocoa slurry from a pot, which you will then be tormented to wash. Peeling with fish is a dirty aquarium in which 4 more people wet their feet at the same time .... phew ...
I want to mention the transfer separately. You will most likely be picked up from the hotel on time, then you will also drive around other hotels collecting tourists. And in the same way back, you just need to sit and wait for 30 minutes for the car to arrive.
Not a single positive impression, I always had a better opinion of the Turkish Hammam. But this place sucks by all accounts.

Fortunately, in the end we got this trip as a gift, but the cost was announced at $ 15 per person.
They lead you like a herd into a sauna (very small), then a shower, then into a water steam room where it is unclear how and where to sit or stand, my leg burned when steam suddenly turned on, then into an ice Jacuzzi (they do not warn that it is cold), then they lead to a washroom, the very hammam (wipe, do foam massage), then a mask for 10 minutes and after a mediocre massage in the middle of which they offer to do a "therapeutic" massage, when you refuse, they pour oil on you and send you to wait for the car to get to the hotel for another 20-30 minutes.
Curtain, be wise not to go there. By the way, at our hotel, they made it all much cooler.

If I may say so, they give "samples" of foam massage, oil massage, well, and drive you like a herd from a salt cave to a sauna, then to a Jacuzzi, then to a eucalyptus room (the only thing I liked there), then to the hammam, to the mask, and you won't relax, noise, din, everything is in turn! Massage is generally a separate topic - the manager really bursts in or whoever is there, begins to tell the learned text- diagnosis, and the masseur himself not only managed to hold it once on his back, but also did not really say anything to this "translator"! The little masseur got completely caught, climbed onto the massage table and already bent down, did a massage! It was not comfortable at all! There is something to compare it with. I don't recommend going there. It is better to pay extra and do it in your hotel, it will be more secluded, comfortable and of high quality!

Dishonest people work in this institution - in babel hamam Kemer. On the first day of our vacation on June 23, 2023, we went to the hammam after lunch. And it so happened that in the sauna, a cross fell from the chain between the planks of the sunbed. Local workers, led by a girl in a red T-shirt, said at first: wait, now people will come out and we will get it. We missed our bus and waited. Then they told us that they would get it after a working day and they would call you back (they wrote the phone number and the hotel with the room number) and transfer it to the hotel through a guide. We did not wait and asked the guide to find out. First, they asked us for a photo of the cross, because they allegedly found several. We sent the photo, but after that we said that there was no such cross. If not, it means that local workers who knew where the cross was located simply took it out and appropriated it, i.e. stole it. Maybe this is a normal situation for the locals, but for me it's unpleasant, and that's putting it mildly. But these people also have their own religion. Shame on you!!!!! A black residue on my soul remained from visiting THIS hammam.

The stated procedure takes 2 hours, as a result, consider for yourself - the bus picked up at 17:40, we were in Babel at 18:00, and returned back to the hotel only at 22:00 ... in short, if you want a hammam, take it at your hotel, save time, there will be no soulless conveyor, which-that's a showdown with aggressive and impulsive staff.

We went to this spa on the recommendation of the hotel guide (Anex tour), bought a basic package for $ 20/person. For the first half hour, there was an advertisement for additional services - everything from massage to miracle scrub (prices correspond, an hour massage is $ 150). They didn't buy anything else, so they were the last ones everywhere. The whole program is a gallop through Europe. To the hammam for 5 minutes, to the pool for 5 minutes, etc. While waiting for the "wash", we froze (ideally, in a hammam, a person warms up and goes to wash with open pores, but not us). During the express massage, they tried to spin it on the clock again: "you have hypertension, your muscles are clogged, you really need a massage." We bought a trip to the "real Turkish hammam" on the advice of the hotel guide. They even took a vip. We thought everything would go smoothly and sweetly , but it wasn't there. A car picked up from the hotel and brought it to the hammam. The girls at the entrance behave impudently, arrogantly and disdainfully. At that moment, it seemed like a small thing. We were taken to the locker room and then to the room with the Finnish. sauna , hammam and Jacuzzi, drinks and fruits were served (I'm sorry I didn't eat all the fruits). As for the hammam, it was not preheated, it was heated almost in front of us. The Jacuzzi is cold, after it I wanted to immediately run to warm up. After half an hour, they took me for peeling, this is my first experience, but everything seemed to go well. There were masks after peeling, there's nothing to say here either. Next is the best, massage. It all seemed to start well, I thought, well, we'll finish and go to the hotel, like whatever. In the process, the masseuse suddenly comes out, and the translator's testament ( in other reviews it was also mentioned), and then they pour into your ears what huge problems you have all over your body, etc. and that only THEIR MASTER in all of Eurasia is able to cure you, and put you on your feet! This "translator" of theirs realized that I did not want their "massage of eternal youth and health" only from the 3rd time! And for the rest of the massage session, I wanted to get up and go out! And then, I was informed that my wife had agreed to this massage, and then I finally burst out of rage! All those "hard workers" out there are just trying to put pressure on you. I do not recommend this place, the divorce of clean water, a complete LIME tree for a real Turkish hammam, massage, etc! I hope this comment will save other tourists money!

We got the hammam for free as a gift for the tour bought from the guide. We steamed in the sauna, took a dip in the pool, then went to the Turkish sauna. Then we were sent to the hammam for peeling and foam massage. Then they sent me to a regular massage, where they also began to persuade me to an additional paid massage for 100 euros, referring to the poor condition of my back. During the negotiations, the price was reduced to 50 euros, but I refused. Then, in a conversation with the same vacationers, it turned out that everyone had back problems there, only the price for a massage was different and reached as much as 450 euros. It all ended with chocolate coating and fish on my feet. In general, it would be nothing, but the impression is spoiled by this divorce for money. Only 3 stars.

I wrote a big negative review to our guide (Loti). I do not recommend going to this "spa" center. Dirty, boorish attitude of the employees at the entrance, they sniff additional services, there are a lot of people in the hammam and sauna, everyone is being driven like a herd. We went with my child and my husband, I refused to go further than the hammam, we waited for my husband in the "rest" room, dirty towels on the floor, apparently they covered the leak. In general, we went to wash up, but in the end I wanted to wash up on arrival at the hotel😅

As we wrote below, a room is given for 30 minutes in which you go from a Finnish steam room to a steam room with menthol steam. We were promised that we would choose to whom we want "a man or a woman masseuse", as a result, they separated us on different sides and did not give us a choice. Massage sucks! I bought a lymphatic drainage massage in addition to the package for 180€ (I do it in Moscow, I really like it, I expected a better massage, BUT as it turned out my expectations were high). The VIP package includes a charcot shower, scrubbing, relaxation massage, (this is what did not happen)! My husband was given a massage not for an hour as promised, but for 20 minutes, I was given an hour (but this is not a lymphatic drainage from the word at all). They also gave you a chocolate wrap as a gift, they take you outside and a man from a barrel smears you with chocolate and says "go for a walk for 10 minutes", and then you go wash yourself on the street THE END ;) it's a pity that people come here to read reviews after visiting this place

And then, according to the worked-out scheme, the name of a Russian-speaking translator is called, who speaks 10 times more words than the super doctor told him before. The song is the same: back problems, one session is enough for 5 years. The price is 150 euros. To be honest, I still don't understand why I immediately agreed, I've read about mind-numbing oils in previous reviews. In principle, according to my condition, I honestly didn't care. It seems to me that if they had announced the cost of 300, I would have agreed too. Not the point. They gave me a massage. The usual massage. I will not say that he was distinguished by his individual technique, by some peculiarities, as they sing initially. Absolutely nothing special. I paid. She left. I arrived at the hotel and realized how much I had paid. I'm freaking out. I talked with other vacationers, it turns out that someone bargained for 50, someone was lucky for 60. What can I say, it bombed me the whole vacation. I turned to the tour operator. The problem was not solved in any way at all. Wait. Wait. I contacted the office. We are waiting and waiting. They answered in formal words. As a result, I freaked out, took a taxi and went to this poorhouse myself. It was possible to return the funds in full, they also offered to come to the session again for free, to another masseur - as an apology. But I honestly don't set foot there anymore. Fortunately, the director turned out to be quite understanding. I think he knows exactly how much people are being fooled there. The reaction of the tour operator was stunning. She said that she solved the problem herself. She was left in deep shock. The answer was: "you mean yourself? How is it yourself?" here I can confidently say that they obviously would not have done anything to resolve the situation peacefully. I believe that their fault is that they did not initially warn about such healing sessions. Their warning was only that the spa at the hotel was about nothing. Don't take it from them. So buy from us and you will be happy. In general, do not be fooled in any case, because you will lose not only money, but also the mood for the whole vacation. It's not a pleasant experience.

I agreed to a massage afterward only because of the rubbing of oils. The Jacuzzi was boiling hot, we didn't have time to take a dip. And when they asked if we could return to the VIP room (as promised), we were attacked that we had already gone through all the procedures and of course we would not return there. During the massage, they strongly urged me to buy a healing massage complex from them for $ 300, since the problems in my 22-year-old body were simply through the roof (and finally the amount was already $ 70) The translator, who was called by the masseur, was just an impudent salesman.
The aftertaste is terrible. The services are doing well but the service is just 0. We gave $ 250 for two for a VIP room (we traded 50), which is 15 thousand rubles. The feeling of money in the wind. If the staff had been friendlier, everything would have been fine.

We are sure that in a normal state we would never have agreed to such a procedure, because before the massage, these procedures with their inflated cost seemed crazy to us. However, during the procedures, at some point we realized that we were in a deranged, drugged state (we are not at all sure that no substances were added to these aromatic oils), in which we absolutely cannot stand up for ourselves. Besides us, another very economical elderly woman fell for this bait with a massage for 100 euros, who was also in a deranged state with distracted attention after conducting this wonderful "massage". Because of this expensive massage, the husband stopped talking to the man.
Because of this divorce trip, the vacation was ruined.
Don't come to this hamam for anything! And if you have already gone, then be sure to be on your guard and try not to separate from each other.

We visited this settlement only because the tour operator Killit Global "presented" this visit as a bonus for buying an excursion from them. The building is large and beautiful from afar, but if you look closely, you will see cheap and shabby finishes and furniture. At first, a Russian-speaking receptionist met us (and in the evening a seller at the market, yes, we saw her there) and told us about our free procedures, then there was a long story about paid ones. It seemed to me that it lasted forever. This woman knows how to pour beautifully into her ears, she has divorced some tourists for decent money. She argued that she has been doing massage for 15 years and has never seen a healthy back and that only in this institution can the back be treated. Procedures in order: dry sauna, Roman sauna (with menthol, which even hurts the eyes), swimming pool, hammam, mud mask on the face, massage, tea. From an interesting point of view, the actions in the hamami really look like scenes from the movie "The Perfumer" (poor Turkish teenage boys). The massage was disgusting, it was painful and not pleasant. 5 minutes after the massage started, a Russian-speaking receptionist came in and said he wanted to translate the words of my "cool massage therapist from Israel who does not understand English." In short: the back is terrible, you need a massage, buy it, otherwise you will die early. Bottom line: she left immediately. Terrible memories of this place. Please don't waste your time and money, don't go to this place!
