If you do not manufacture the product, then at least you look at what you buy from the supplier. After paying the money, you want to get high-quality furniture. The back wall is not painted or treated. One of the kings is in this condition (photo). Although the parts were replaced the next day, but still the back wall did not come in white, as we would like. We bought a bunk bed made of solid pine "Heinrich" two and a half years ago. The beds were made of raw wood, which began to dry out during operation and creak terribly (with every movement of the child). Over time, the paint began to shine through and it turned out that all the wooden elements were in knots, including the lamellas. The first lamella broke during the assembly process. During the year, 4 more were replaced. Cracks appeared in the places where the elements were twisted, as the bed crumbled, creaked and wobbled, and it had to be twisted. The result: for 2.5 years of operation, constant twisting, creaking, spoiled appearance and, as a result, a crack on the main part of the bed in one day. The beds had to be thrown away. 2.5 years, in my opinion, is too short a service life and with such inconveniences.
In this regard, I categorically do not recommend the Heinrich bed.

They said they would call back, since there was no computer at hand, but they never called back.
We called another place, found it on Instagram, and consulted very well. We made an order right away.
You have chosen the category of buyers for mothers of small children. You need to be prepared for a lot of different and maybe, as it may seem, inappropriate questions. It's a pity that it happened like this. But after the call, your mood was ruined.

We ordered a Hit baby bed in this store, I do not recommend either the store or the bed.
At first, the delivery and assembly failed, because the lamellas were brought in the wrong size, they were delivered and installed only at 21.00 pm.After a couple of days, the slats began to fall, which was not very pleasant, because it was accompanied by a characteristic rumble, after measuring the width of the bed, it turned out that its width was not 90 cm as stated, but 92 cm, respectively, the mattress travels in width and the slats fly off.
I contacted the store with this problem, they promised to contact me, of course, the next day I had to remind myself again.They called from the factory (at least that's how they introduced themselves), promised to send new slats and a board so that the bed width would become 90 cm and the mattress would stop moving.
After 2 weeks, I had to remind myself again, the next day the lamellas were brought, which had to be installed themselves (they paid for the assembly service at the beginning), the promised board was not brought, the driver did not know at all.Well, a month has passed, the mattress is still moving in width, which is inconvenient, and the store is silent.

We ordered a bunk bed "Heinrich" in this store! After a week or two of use, the bed began to crack and crumble. The paint is cracked, there are cracks on the boards. And it's not the heating season yet! I wrote to the store via Viber, they just ignored me. I wrote a review on their website, the review was naturally not published, do not believe the reviews that they publish, they do not publish bad reviews! After writing the review, I was asked to call their number back, which I did. To which I received such an answer that this is the norm for their beds!!!!!!!!!! Take the wax, they told me, and cover up the cracks! Like, "what did you want, it's a tree." I really regret this purchase! The material from which the bed is made most likely has not been properly dried. And I think this is not the norm, although I do not know the current norms, I will not argue. Maybe now it's considered the norm. Then you need to warn about this before buying! I also didn't like the fact that after leaving a comment on Viber, no one answered me, only after a negative review, which, by the way, was never published. Why don't I understand if they think this is normal for their furniture! People need to know what they are buying!!! And not everyone will be satisfied with such quality! My grandmother had a wooden kitchen for years, and there was nothing like it anywhere near! So this is the kitchen, temperature changes and so on. If these cracks had appeared years later, I would not have said a word (heating, dry air, etc. can cause such consequences over time). But after a week of use, or maybe earlier, I just didn't pay attention... I think this is not the norm! It's scary to even imagine what this bed will look like after a while, if after two weeks of use it's all cracked! It is a pity that no one has left a real review about this company before. I would never get involved with them in my life. Although I was initially glad to buy, the bed looks beautiful! It's a shame, because the bed costs a lot of money for us, but it's still a disappointment.
PS. Three months have passed after using the bed and I want to add that yellow spots appeared on the bed in places where the knots are, it looks like the bed is dirty ((( and in places where children don't even use, the paint is peeling off. I don't know if it's visible in the photo, but in a live bed it looks like it's already 10 years old. In general, this bed is definitely not worth that kind of money! If you still buy such a bed, then only covered with natural varnish, so at least it is not so possible that all the disadvantages will be noticeable!
