The minimum score is for not working on schedule. I also happened not to visit this store, even though we specially arrived for the opening + 1 hour.

I arrived on Sunday at 17:33, the opening time was until 18:00, and the store was already closed. There were no announcements about any technical reasons either. I think that it is absolutely unprofessional to close almost half an hour before the end of work
