I would not recommend this cafe to anyone.Failure. After advertising on social networks about the gastrofest, we decided to visit this place on January 1, called the cafe in advance, asked if there were places to relax, the guy on the phone said that there were places, and there was no need to book. Upon arrival, we stood at the main counter for 5 minutes, no one came up, then calling the waiter's girlfriend, she asked to place an order immediately and also asked to go to the terrace.We chose an empty seat, it was very cold on the terrace, you freeze quickly without outerwear, after 30 minutes of waiting (hot drinks were not even brought to us) a guy came up and asked to vacate the table because someone came, and as the only option he offered us a place at the bar (we ordered not coffee, but a full lunch,which is extremely inconvenient to eat at the bar)
They left such rudeness right away. You can't pick up a guest in any restaurant who has already been accommodated, or you should have immediately led them to the right table or noticed that we were sitting for 30 minutes at a "reserved" table without a sign. This attitude killed even the thought of returning here or advising friends and family.Thank you for your time.

That's what it means to visit an institution for the first time, be disappointed and never come back.
The staff's aversion. They dialed to find out about the reservation of the table, refused and offered to take the order with them after the fact. On the spot, the cooking time was announced as 40 minutes. After 50 minutes, when asked how long to expect an order, they said at least 20 more. As a result, they returned half of the order after another 20 minutes. When asked when to expect the rest, the answer was - all questions about the kitchen. There was a request to invite the administrator, he had to be expected, and when asked about the waiting time for the second part of the order, the answer was received - "And the second part, in principle, cannot be." There is also a possibility that the received part of the order was the order of a guest who refused it in front of us, due to the constant increase in waiting time. So after waiting an indefinite amount of time, you could get nothing at all, it's just absurd. The staff, to put it mildly, does not understand how to communicate with the client. There was not a single apology or suggestion of an alternative to resolve the current situation from the staff. Maintaining cleanliness in the hall and timely cleaning of tables is a separate topic. I highly do not recommend it. The cuisine is mediocre, the atmosphere is completely unfriendly.

It's become a terrible place. They're always messing up. Even through Yandex delivery, they always have problems. Sometimes you wait more than 20 minutes for the "chefs to get down to business", then they don't answer the phone, then they don't cook what they ordered at all. And it's just almost every time. In short, they just went bad in the end. When they worked at Oktyabrskaya, we were their regular customers, and everything was great! But now one disappointment! I didn't want to write this review, but once again we ordered food from them via Yandex delivery and it took more than 20 minutes, and they didn't even start cooking. I call them five times and no one answers. I write to the Yandex support service, they say they can't contact them either. I had to cancel the order. Breaking up once again. I appeal to the management. Change the staff. Everything is very bad there!!!

Polite staff, packed the leftovers with themselves and poured boiling water into the tea. Pleasant atmosphere with music. The bagel is delicious, the cutlet is juicy, there is enough sauce. The potatoes were pleasantly surprised. In the restroom, a warm-up for the eyes) I recommend it.

We came for breakfast at 10:10, the cafe was still empty. The waiter stood with his back to me and didn't even deign to say hello. We stood looking at the menu screen, trying to figure out what was what (we came for the first time), for clarity, we even opened an Instagram page with photos of dishes, and the waiter, seeing that we could not decide on a choice, did not even offer help. There are no cheesecakes at this time (on Sunday!). To the question: can I order only the dishes that are on the screen? (I saw a lot more dishes on Instagram) he replied: everything that is on the menu. I ask: where can I see the menu? He gives me a paper one. Only after my question!!!! The waiter behaved as unfriendly as possible, "not caring" and even wanted to have breakfast in this place for a good check, but after such an attitude they turned around and left. We will never go to this place again.

We've booked a table for the gastrofest. We come, there are a lot of people. The only thing we were immediately offered was a bar table. The question is, why? We booked in advance, we should have warned you if you were booking such a place. Then we were transferred to the flight deck. It was terribly cold, I couldn't feel my legs. They brought the set with the wrong sauce (barbecue was prescribed, ketchup was brought). Not only was the sauce wrong, but it was also brought in after a while, when all the food had cooled down.
Speaking of food, the potatoes were initially hard and cold to the point where you could break a tooth. The ribs were brought so that you can clean the bones there, no meat.
The service is at zero. Would you like to place an order? Go from the flight deck to the cash register. Do you want to pay at the terminal? Go to the checkout.
There is no interest in customers.
I do not recommend this establishment!!

We waited for our order for over an hour, and when it arrived, it was a complete disappointment: the order was incomplete! The waiters respond to my questions about missing dishes with indifference, as if they don't care about my problem at all.

Nice, cozy little coffee shop. The coffee is delicious, the pastries are excellent, fresh (there are my favorite cottage cheese rings)! I am also glad that there are not only sweets on the menu, but also breakfasts, unsweetened bagels. So far, everything I've tried - I liked it! True, bowls are far from my favorite in the city, but the price-quality ratio is quite OK :)

I recommend visiting this cafe: friendly staff, always delicious food and drinks. Fans of cheesecakes in particular recommend to come here. Omelet with salmon and cheese is also very tender and delicious, as well as poke. This place is an opening for me, it probably became my favorite place in Minsk from the first time!
The interior is beautiful and cozy, comfortable places to sit together or with friends, with panoramic windows on the avenue.
But the main thing is the bagels! We took it with chicken and were delighted: fresh herbs, lots of sauce and various other ingredients that only improve the taste.
We were also served by very nice girls, thank you!
P.s. even if you take a bagel, for example, a drink for 1 kopeck.

1.5 hours spent, frayed nerves of 4 visitors and 4 employees of the institution, and 1 set given out instead of the 2 sets paid and ordered.
Everything could have been solved much easier and much earlier by simply identifying the situation in the kitchen (in the establishment) and giving us the opportunity to either consciously wait an hour, two, three with the prospect of not receiving an order or picking up the money and having dinner elsewhere much faster and more calmly.

Very bad. I took a bagel with shrimp and cream cheese with me. I asked not to add rucolla, they said no problem. I pay - The price is + 1p from what is written in the menu - it turns out that if you take a bagel with you, you need to pay 1p for foil packaging (this is the first time I see this in my life)
After 15 minutes I opened a package at home. There's a double portion of rucolla and yesterday's dry bagel. Thanks, I'll never come back.

MARCH is crying for them - unfair advertising. They issued a certificate "Order any dish from the menu, present the certificate and get any coffee for 1 kopeck." I came, ordered, I ask for coffee, it turns out that "any coffee" means only 3 positions out of about 15 possible "our cash register only breaks through these 3 shares". And it was for another coffee that I went (and I took it for a fee), and not an American cappuccino. There are several other places nearby that I might have gone to initially, knowing that there would be such a deception on the promotion and I would still have to pay the full price for the drink. The food is normal. Gentlemen owners, take it seriously. Another similar jamb and such a message will go directly to MARCH, and not to reviews.
