One of the most luxurious hotels in the Canary Islands, but there are a few nuances.
There is a feeling of general scuffing and a certain fatigue of the interiors, some handles are loose, the air conditioner does not respond well to adjustment, the staff is not always clearly coordinated. The contingent consists of wealthy elderly Europeans and couples with children, which is not always comfortable.
The large and beautiful territory is almost completely occupied by people and sometimes there are not enough places by the pool.
Also, with great breakfasts, one of the restaurants served soup with not very fresh shrimp, which is unacceptable at this level.
The beach is not bad, but the gray sand does not look attractive, and on weekends there are a huge number of vacationers from different places and different levels.
My favorite hotel on the wonderful island of Tenerife! The staff speaks Russian, including in restaurants. The territory is fabulous, with different depths of pools. Lots of greenery. There is a pet- a black swan, a local landmark, will gladly share dinner with you in any restaurant))))
Nice rooms, especially liked the evening service when preparing the room for bedtime. I didn't like everything about the food, the sweet table suffers a little
