Great for the price. Attentive staff - good people. A lovely selection for breakfast. Amazing location too, 2 minute walk to registan. I wish everyone at Bahodir the very best
The guest house is super. Delicious breakfast, hearty, fed so that you can no longer eat) the staff is friendly, the location is wonderful, 5 minutes to the main Registan square.
Of the minuses - hard mattresses and a little shabby repair, but for $ 16 a night - very good (stayed alone in a double room at the end of September)
Great wifi, lots of things for breakfast. Friendly hosts, the opportunity to chat over breakfast with people from all over the world.
Of course, the furniture is old, but the linen is clean, with a smell of freshness.
A nice guest house, a good breakfast and an atmosphere inside.
Among the disadvantages, it is standard for many, poorly functioning plumbing and hard beds.
Otherwise, I liked it, a big plus is that there is a hair dryer.
We are staying here for the second time, in winter it was cool in the rooms, but in summer it is generally great, it is hot outside, and the rooms are comfortable) there is a washing machine, you can change rubles at a good rate. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts!
A hospitable place with a good-natured host. very convenient location, you go out and immediately get to the Registan. There is a nice courtyard inside, there is a shop nearby. The only thing was cool, but we were covered with warm blankets - and everything was fine + there was a weak water pressure in the shower and there was no curtain.
Ideal accommodation for a short period of time (there were two nights)
Of course, if you need service, white sheets and room cleaning, then this place is not suitable. It is more a type of home accommodation.
Not a bad hostel, in a very good location. Far from a luxury, but authentic enough, with a beautiful courtyard and polite hosts. Clean, tidy rooms without frills. It is located at the entrance to Registan Square. Mosques, where there is a light show in the evenings, are about a 3-4-minute walk away, and the market is 10-12 minutes away.
Stayed at the hotel 2 times. At first there was one week of rest. Arrived for the first time at night, met. Then, a week later, I stopped for a week to work online. The owners of the hotel are brothers. Very nice people. The younger generation, their children, also help.
In general, I managed to live in three rooms. The rooms are furnished with Soviet period furniture. Not new. It's even good. I felt at home. The rooms have their own bathroom, hot water. Two rooms had a mini bath, one room had a hole in the floor. There was a hairdryer in two rooms.
The owner Rahmon is very friendly, I learned a lot of useful things from him.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation. Breakfast is varied as much as possible. Every day breakfast includes: kefir, fruit, pancakes, sliced cheese, sausage, butter. This is accompanied by porridge, mashed potatoes, buckwheat, sausages, eggs. Plus tea, coffee. Everything is very tasty.
Tea and cookies are also always available.
The hotel is authentic, the windows of the rooms overlook the courtyard. There you can sit on the couch in the evening for a bowl of tea and chat.
The audibility is good. You can hear if someone is talking in the courtyard. But after 22h it's always quiet until morning.
I will also note that I worked from a laptop for a week, connected via local WiFi. The quality and speed of the Internet are good, as in Russia. You can work.
Very convenient location, 2 minutes from Registan.
For me, there is only one advantage here, which is close to the Registan. Everything else is cons. Although no, tea is really available at any time and is always worth it.
Minuses.Well, first of all, this is not a hotel, but a guest house. We got a dark room, the light did not penetrate even during the day. The door wouldn't close. It takes a lot of effort to be able to open it. Once the handle was in our hands and the door remained closed. The furniture is old and shabby. The impression that it was brought from the garbage. The beds are so much so that it is not possible to sleep. One bedside table with a broken bottom drawer, the second bed has a TV stand. There is a pipe in the bathroom from which there is such a gift that it seems that you are in the bath. There is no shelf by the mirror and all the accessories were stored on the toilet tank. The bathtub is not insulated from the walls and after taking a shower, all the water is on the floor. The curtain on the window weighs 2 studs. The room constantly smells of an old house or furniture.
If you take the money, respect the guests
I do not recommend this,,hotel,,
Great staff, clean rooms, delicious and lots of food, ideal location, large Parking, not expensive, quality is higher than the price, I advise you to visit
Of the cons: there is no TV and refrigerator in the room. But otherwise I liked everything. Convenient location, friendly hosts, a classic Uzbek house with two courtyards - this was how they used to divide the female and male half of the house. If you want to be inexpensive and with a local flavor, I recommend it.
A wonderful hotel. The hosts are very hospitable, they constantly treat you to tea. A very tasty variety of breakfasts. A cozy courtyard, clean rooms with all amenities. It is located within walking distance from Registan. Come and live here, you won't regret it)
The hotel is within walking distance from Registan. Good-natured hosts. The price is affordable. One of the disadvantages is a very steep staircase to the second floor, but tolerable.

A lovely cozy courtyard and house..
Good, friendly hosts and their loved ones, not annoying, delicate, even the breakfasts are beautifully decorated in an oriental way, and they are delicious!!
There are small drawbacks, but they are generously compensated by the atmosphere created by people...
A very hospitable host, it is worth crossing the threshold of the hotel to offer tea with oriental sweets for free. The most convenient location is right in the center. The courtyard is green, cages with birds that sing loudly weigh, and a variety of breakfasts are also served in this courtyard. As for the rooms, we were not very lucky with the room, but it was not possible to change it due to the large number of tourists. Our friends had a lovely room. But considering the cost per night and a very convenient location, you can close your eyes to a lot.
I don't understand why many people visit this place. For us who came down from the mountains, it was just a wonderful place where we had a great rest. Beds, wifi, shop, food were all nearby.
Excellent hospitality at any time of the day! The breakfasts are varied! The location is great! They will always give you tea, which is very saving in heat and cold! Thank you for the kindness and responsiveness of the hosts)
A disgusting hotel, there is no hint of service. I do not recommend it to anyone
Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that my room had been rented to someone else who arrived earlier and arranged on the spot.
As compensation, they offered to live with them in the back room, which was vacated that day after a laborer. there is dirt and unsanitary conditions all around. It was scary even to enter.
to the question - and for how much do you go to take it? they replied to me - well, at the same price at which you wanted to rent a room at the booking office.
they didn't even apologize to me, apparently this is the norm
I will not give stars to this hotel, but very nice people work and there is a square of 4 madrasahs (Registan) nearby.
Even my bike was "caressed" by them, not like me. I recommend it to anyone traveling alone. Inexpensive and good.
Perfect location, lovely courtyard, homely atmosphere. Tea will be brought in a teapot at any time of the day or night.
The rooms are extremely simple, with strong audibility. For a day or two is a great option.
Honestly, I missed you. I stayed with them for two years in a row. Not only tea, fruits and honey are always on the table. Home comfort, wonderful atmosphere! Registan is nearby. What else is needed?
The rooms are old and cool at night in early May. There was no hot water. But it'll do for one night. A very atmospheric indoor garden with trestles. The staff is kind and courteous. Excellent location, near Registan
