We stayed in July. Overall, everything is fine. What killed me was that when they asked for a corkscrew at the reception, the receptionist ran away with a positive attitude, but returned 5 minutes later and sternly said there was no corkscrew, despite the fact that the hotel has 2 restaurants and 2 bars. It also happens!
