The billiard room is average, the tables seem to be normal, the service is zero, especially the administrator (not well-mannered, rude) spoils the whole mood and desire to play and spend time in this institution. As for the kitchen: a solid three, since 70% of the menu has nothing and you can't take anything with you. The repair is old (USSR).
