The billiard room is average, the tables seem to be normal, the service is zero, especially the administrator (not well-mannered, rude) spoils the whole mood and desire to play and spend time in this institution. As for the kitchen: a solid three, since 70% of the menu has nothing and you can't take anything with you. The repair is old (USSR). Prices are inflated according to the situation, if you do not control them, they can easily wind up)))
