The receptionist does not speak Russian, the numbers of the rooms speak Kazakh. Fortunately, we managed to understand what she means.
She gave 1 master key to open two rooms located in different places on the floor, and without the key in the slider, the light in the room went out.
We went down to the reception again with the question of how we would act, the girl took out a pile of keys and it turned out that we could be given an additional key.
The time is about 03:30, we are tired from the road, we run to the reception just to go to bed!
The rooms are spacious, but uncomfortable due to the fact that there is very little furniture, the distance from the bed to the switch (at the door) is huge.
The bed has one outlet and there is a choice - to charge the phone or turn on the lamp)
The toilet smells of cigarettes, icos and all sorts of nonsense, because the ventilation is not working well.
In the shower, the water changes pressure and temperature from time to time, you experience a lot of emotions, gels and shampoos are not added day after day
They went down to the reception for drinking water, because it had not been updated in the room.
Breakfast on Friday is incredibly meager, in the photo I put what I could choose for myself, rice porridge - water with rice and a drop of milk. From the choice - 1 fried egg, tasteless sausages and buckwheat (the cat cried), instant coffee, tea bags, cucumbers with tomatoes in one plate under the film and apples with oranges, sliced under the film.
There was no breakfast on Saturday - we go down to the reception with the question: where is breakfast? The receptionist: I don't know, the cook hasn't come yet.
Naturally, without hesitation, we leave this hotel far away, our heels are sparkling.
I ask everyone to read reviews before traveling to Aktobe and understand that they definitely do not need to go there)
By the way, there is no promised pool, although I understand that this is not the first year such information about the pool pops up))
A disgusting hotel, starting with the star. The girl at the reception is asleep, she hardly speaks Russian, she couldn't check us in and said that there were no keys, everyone was lost. Then she gave me one key for 2 rooms, but the lighting in the room without a key does not work, I had to go back to her. The rooms are large and not cozy, the stretch ceilings are noisy all night. Tomorrow is a separate topic for conversation, the first day there was nothing to eat, from the word at all. The next day, the restaurant did not open at all, to which the reception replied: but the cook did not come!!! When asked for a refund for breakfast, she replied: Well, I don't know! Choose any other hotel, this one doesn't care about the guests.
A good hotel. I really liked the huge panoramic windows in the room, as well as the room itself is huge. Everything you need is in the vicinity. The staff is polite and executive.
