It's not bad to look at the outside, but I wouldn't spend money to look at everything from the inside - it's pointless

I went up to the observation deck in the evening (ticket 2k tg), external lighting and internal lighting almost completely illuminate the view and it is impossible to see the evening city normally - as a result, you look through the glass, but you see yourself and visitors. The conclusion is that it is better to go to the examination room in the daytime.
