The gloomy ancient mosque of the 1570s does not quite fit into the architecture of the 19th century of the old European city center. Although, it may be interesting for someone in a historical sense. From 1717 to 1739 it was a Catholic church.

It is a pity that Belgrade is the only mosque.Of course, we would be proud, but Mr. Aliyev did the renovation. Could we not have restored it as the creator. Our only remaining signature there, they deleted everything. Unfortunately, the sidewalk in front of you smells like piss. Our label there could have been imposing and majestic.
The last mosque in Belgrade was built in 1575. In 1717-1739, during the Austrian occupation, it served as a Catholic church. The Orthodox have never been "stolen"
