As already mentioned above, this is a great option for Balkhash. The city center, close to shops and cafes. In principle, it is clean. There is Parking for 200 tenge and a serious security guard will look after the car. You can stop and pay for 12 hours, not 24 hours. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, table, air conditioning. There is a good mattress on the bed.
Of the cons: well, sooo weak wifi, which does not pull the number of guests and falls off. Tired repair (but it seems that they have started to fix it). The hot water is not very hot.
The staff is very friendly.

We were in Bakhyt Shildekhana, a very beautiful restaurant. The waiters there are very polite girls, the service is good, the restaurant is nice and pleasant.
