This is a great place to walk. Everything is clean, there are many benches, and the park itself is beautiful with spreading trees where you can relax in the shade. There are cafes, restaurants and kiosks with drinks. There are plenty of activities for children, and adults can play big chess on the asphalt or ride a scooter. There is also a small train. There are public toilets in the park. I especially liked the collection of cacti. There are beautiful views of the city, pleasant music is playing. This is a great place to relax, where you can sit by the water.
Primorsky (Baku) Boulevard is a great place for both evening and daytime promenades, as well as for simple recreation. There is everything on the waterfront to have a good time : There is a shopping center, several restaurants, many benches and eateries. You can take something to eat and relax on a bench in the shade of trees, or walk to the edge of the embankment and admire the Caspian Sea and the general view of the embankment. The place is wonderful at any time of the day! I recommend it!
Not 5, but all 100!
I do not remember such a wonderful embankment as in Baku, although I have visited southern cities. Neither Barcelona, nor Genoa, nor Sevastopol, nor even my native St. Petersburg can compare with this wonderful place of rest by the sea. Even the absence of beaches does not spoil the impression at all. However, if they were, then such a kind of swarming bodies as in Adler, Gelendzhik or Yalta would only damage Baku Boulevard.
It is difficult to describe in words... You need to walk these 5-6 kilometers yourself, either the embankment, or the park, or the restaurant area, or the fountain. Everyone will mark something different. Will he eat at an open table, stand listening to the great singer at the monument to Magomayev, maybe play chess at a table with local luminaries. And when he gets tired of walking, he goes into the coolness of the "Australian" shopping center)
This seaside boulevard alone is enough to fall in love with Baku, Azerbaijan! You can walk here endlessly...
One day for inspection is quite enough. Be sure to visit the Ferris wheel in every city For the first time we rode a wheel directly over the sea. Well thought out. We also rode gondolas in Venice, reproduced in the 60s of the twentieth century. We also looked at the flame towers. We sat on the playground near the sea. There are a lot of local youth relaxing here in the evening . We also saw the old baobab.I recommend it!
A wide chic boulevard for a pleasant stay, where baobab and many types of cacti grow, olive trees, many flowers. All the pleasures at once, and the sea, and delicious tea in the cafe, and photo zones and views of the beauty of Baku. The embankment has become Baku's favorite place.
I really liked the embankment overlooking the Caspian Sea. There are shopping malls and beautiful manicured trees. But there are not enough benches for everyone. There are stalls with coffee and ice cream. It is a pity that there are not enough places to eat. Only in shopping malls. Therefore, it will not be possible to have a snack with an Azerbaijani Saj overlooking the Caspian Sea. And in the evening, when the lights are on, it's very beautiful. I recommend.
A great place for walking, relaxing, shopping! The view of the Caspian Sea, the sunset photo is just bombastic! It's true that you can't swim, but there are resorts with sandy beaches for this. There is also a carpet museum on the embankment, it is better to take a guide there. I love this promenade!
Primorsky Boulevard is the hallmark of Baku and a landmark, the length of the boulevard is 25 km. Events and celebrations are held here. There are many restaurants, cafes, eateries. The park is very green with lots of different plants. Rare cacti and other rare plants were also planted on the boulevard. There are many monuments, exhibitions of photographs. Lots of options. A great place to relax.
Beautiful park and excellent promenade. A place created for leisurely walks along the embankment. There are a lot of benches, sculptures, etc. People are walking with their families. There are children's attractions. The fair was opened for the new year.
Baku Seaside Boulevard is a wonderful place to relax. A beautiful park with tropical trees, many walking paths and bike paths, cafes, children's recreation areas. In the evening - gorgeous lighting
A wonderful place to walk! Clean and calm ) and ice cream and popcorn and coffee with you . It is less crowded during the day , and in the evening you can see many people walking with families or companies) they like to sit on the pier)
A great place to walk! Very beautiful! Unfortunately, we only managed to visit here in the evening, but SUPER! I definitely recommend it! I would like to come back here again in the warmer months!
The most beautiful place in the city! Primorsky Boulevard attracts everyone who comes to Baku with its alluring view of the sea, modern buildings of unusual architecture, spaciousness, and convenience of places to relax. Here you can sit by the fountains, take a boat ride along the canal, visit shopping malls, and have a delicious dinner. I definitely advise you to take the funicular and admire the boulevard from a height. In the evening, the boulevard is especially beautiful, the lighting makes the buildings and the surface of the sea magical, and the flaming towers with their fantastic effects are perfectly visible from here.
Widely freely
Expensive and rich
Surprisingly thoughtful reconstruction of the embankment
I don't want to walk
Cacti
Museums
Carpets
Gondola riding
Strange children's attractions
The most valuable things are trees and plants
It is very beautiful stylish and well maintained
A lot of great photos can be taken
The beauty is extraordinary, clean, cozy, lots of delicious cafes! Fabulous cacti! Venice with boats! Many kind and friendly people! The people of Baku are very friendly, they helped us many times!
A charming place where you relax both body and soul, incredibly beautiful views of the city during the day and especially at night, a light sea breeze, clean air, tropical plants all fascinate
The best place to walk. Clean, lots of benches. A beautiful park, spreading trees, you can sit in the shade. Cafes, restaurants, just kiosks with drinks. There is a lot of entertainment for children. Adults can play big chess on the asphalt, ride scooters, and ride a steam train. I really liked the cacti. Beautiful views of the city, music is playing. A very nice place to relax. You can sit right by the water.
The embankment made a mixed impression on itself. It was done well on a grand scale, but half is paved with paving stones, and half with tiles, and it is clear that this is a national tradition to lay tiles and shift. Wherever the tiles are in poor condition, huge paved areas are not worn down and as a result, the tiles do not hold, they walk underfoot, broken, etc.
The water in the embankment is dirty, the piles of the embankment are creepy, if there is a backlight on the steps, then the ribbons hang down.
At 20 o'clock, the lights of the buildings go out and the fountain goes silent. I was particularly impressed by the government building, which looked like a ghost after 20, creepy.
In general, everything is beautiful from afar, up close as always.
It's worth a walk, there are a lot of benches, the backlight works in the evening, there are a lot of cameras, it seems safe.
See the photo....
A good place for walking and relaxing. There are several shopping malls and many small cafes and catering outlets on the boulevard itself. There is a bike path and plenty of space for walking or scootering. Among the attractions on the boulevard there is the museum of Azerbaijani carpet and little Venice. A cactus park and lots of greenery: palm trees, baobabs and coniferous trees. The statue of Muslim Magomayev.
A gorgeous promenade! There is an area for pedestrians and cyclists. There are many tea cafes. There are a huge number of children's attractions. And also, there is a little Venice where you can take a boat ride!)))
Very nice, clean and cozy. Lots of greenery, benches for relaxation, wonderful view, beautiful illumination in the evening. An ideal place for leisurely walks and relaxation
The Primorsky Boulevard in Baku became one of the most vivid and unforgettable impressions of our trip. This place is a real gem of the city, where the beauty of nature and architectural delights merge together, creating a unique atmosphere.
The first thing that struck us was the huge expanse of the embankment. It turned out to be incredibly spacious and cozy. Closer to the sea, there was a wide promenade with magnificent views of the sea and the city. Here you can walk for hours, enjoying the sea breeze and beautiful views.
There is a pine forest near the city, where mature pines grow. Their shadows create coolness, and the rustle of branches soothes and gives a feeling of peace. Locals say that green parrots have been living in Baku for about 10 years, and sometimes it seems that you are not in Baku, but somewhere in Barcelona. Colorful birdhouses can be seen in the crowns of the trees.
The embankment is decorated with beautiful fountains and exotic plants. Three baobabs, aged 50, 150 and 200 years old, are especially impressive! :)
Best regards, Apartments Crown39
We will be glad to see you among our guests!
A very beautiful cozy place with an excellent green promenade, it is always nice to walk along the Caspian Sea, I recommend an excellent transfer from the 4sisons hotel!
A very long embankment with a variety of buildings, attractions, catering establishments, etc. There is a long pier in the city center, which offers good views of the entire embankment and the city.
A great place for hiking. An interesting view of the city both in the afternoon and in the evening. There is a stand with historical photos of the city in the park! And a stand with all the nationalities of Azerbaijan.
You can come here every day, walking along naberzhnaya to discover places, two shopping centers Deniz mall and park boulevard, cafes, Ferris wheel, fantanes, Baku Venice, with a view of the flaming towers, all this turns into a beautiful cozy place in the evening.
When you come here, you feel inexplicably happy with everything around you.
What can you not see here!!!
The Caspian Sea, serene and majestic, seagulls and other birds that beg near the shore.
And even the green parrots fly like in the jungle!
Baobabs and a cactus park, chestnuts, manicured trees of local origin, benches, small cafes, etc.
A paradise, as well as Baku itself.
The only thing that hurt and caused extremely negative emotions was the ugly "singing" monument to Muslim Magomayev.
It's primitive, just like the idea of turning on Muslim Magomayev's songs like in a slot machine, and turning them off and on at any moment. The horror!!!
I hope that in the very near future it will be removed and another one will be installed, worthy of the memory of the Great Singer of a Great country.
Incredibly beautiful, clean, everything is done with a soul, I am very impressed and I will come again with great pleasure if possible! I definitely recommend it
A magnificent place that just makes you fall in love with yourself! It is very good to walk both in the afternoon and in the evening, there are cafes and restaurants, I really liked the monument to Magamaev, where you can turn on and listen to his hits. It was very clean, there were a lot of guards and police, tulips bloomed very beautifully, it's a pity we didn't find roses that hadn't bloomed yet, they were in April. We highly recommend staying closer to the Old Town, respectively, and the embankment is nearby.
A great place to walk! A very pleasant place: clean, comfortable, beautiful!
And, in general, I am delighted with Baku!
Come there, you won't regret it!
A great place for morning jogging and evening promenade. In the evening, the old men play chess. There are a lot of police, and schoolgirls smoking electronic cigarettes were detained in front of us. There are paid toilets. The biggest drawback is that there is no descent to the water of the Caspian Sea. This is understandable - the water in the bay is stained with oil, and there are thick deposits of oil on the coastal rocks. There are few animals, only parrots create liveliness, which are taken care of here - they hang houses.
A magnificent promenade with wonderful views of the sea and the city. The constant wind saves you from the heat. A great place to walk and relax. Shady alleys with lots of benches, fountains, cafes and shopping malls
A pleasant park . Little Venice is an interesting location for photos))) The gondolier is well done)) I took pictures professionally !
I bought a ticket for the whole boat , the guys planting visitors artificially create a queue .
It is very beautiful, and at different times of the day it is beautiful in its own way. There is a place to sit and take a walk. There are many shops. Everything is very conveniently done
A huge walking boulevard with many interesting places for photos, but the scooters get scurrying, however, as everywhere else. Pebbles for any purse, children's attractions. In the evening, there is a very beautiful illumination and a well-equipped embankment right by the sea, where you can sit with ice cream and admire the lights of the city.
The best boulevard in the world! I travel a lot, but only my beloved Baku has such a long and comfortable promenade along the sea. When I arrive, I immediately run there. Beautiful to the point of insanity.
it is beautiful and boring, it makes no sense to stop for a long time to walk along this view boulevard, there are more interesting places, I recommend this place to visit
It's a very atmospheric place. We walked there after lunch, we looked at everything both in the daytime and in the evening, when the lights were already on. I recommend taking a walk there.
A very pleasant place. There are many restaurants and cafes, the music sounds, a tram runs along the entire length for 5 manats both ways, only few people and I would like more illumination, it's a little gloomy.
A very beautiful new park, landscape designers are on top. An excellent combination of facilities, materials for paths, and plants. It's a pity that we wandered just before leaving. Probably the most favorite place of the city residents
Beautiful boulevard. And in general, the city of Baku is beautiful with picturesque places, historical streets and sights. That's the thing for tourists!
Beautiful very well maintained promenade. You can walk in the morning and in the evening. Clean, bright, cozy. Lots of greenery, beautiful view of the Fire Towers.
A very beautiful promenade. Lots of greenery. And everything is very well maintained. There is something to see and where to have fun. Everything is illuminated at night
A great place to walk at any time of the day. 16 km of the embankment equipped with various locations for photos and recreation is a gift to residents and guests of the city! It is better to tell a long story once and get a lot of emotions and impressions.
Baku is a city that does not leave anyone indifferent! He can't help but be charming! Primorsky Boulevard is a special beauty and pride of Baku residents and the admiration of numerous guests and tourists of the capital of Azerbaijan. You can endlessly admire the sea and the complex architectural structures around. Curved lines in modern buildings are very popular here. This is such a special style of Baku! The city is beautiful by day and beautiful in the style of lights!
A very beautiful promenade. The view from above of this beauty and the whole city is especially impressive. It's great to walk here, it's spacious! And there is also a shopping center here
There is a Small Venice with canals and bridges, and a completely unimaginable flora, including intricately trimmed trees and 150-year-old baobabs and 3-meter cacti in micro-climate aquariums arranged for them. After all, this is the embankment of the Caspian Sea, which is more than 30 meters wide and long... however, we couldn't complete it all!.. They left it for the next time))
