A large, beautiful hotel on the waterfront, comfortable, very pleasant service, friendly staff, many Russian speakers, decent SPA, excellent swimming pool. The beauty salon has professional staff. Separately, I want to mention the stylist girl (unfortunately I did not remember her name), she made me the perfect styling for a photo shoot for long blonde hair in 20 minutes, and usually I am "tormented" for at least 1 hour-1.5 and not always with a good result ...)) Well done!!! Of the cons, the rooms are not very freshly renovated and the lighting is SOOO weak everywhere, it is possible that this is the way it is accepted. For me, the low lighting in the room was a problem, because it's not possible to do makeup ... The girls will understand me. The rooms themselves are not big.

A nice hotel with a small private park and a cool pool.
For breakfast: classic European breakfast. One of the pleasant features is fresh delicious pastries. Of the nuances: there is no coffee machine, you need to ask the waiters. Regular juices from a pack. There is always a small queue for scrambled eggs after 9. In general, breakfast is 4+.
Location: located in the White City- a new area, on the site of the former industrial zone. Now there is nothing to remind you of the past - everything has been rebuilt. There are empty sites around the hotel for future construction - it will be difficult to walk to the city. But for some it will be a plus - there is no fuss around and in summer there will be a pleasant breeze from the sea. Download the local Yandex taxi and go ahead)) . It is impossible to go down to the sea, and it is not necessary - it is polluted with petroleum products.
These are the main nuances of the hotel. In general, I will give the hotel 5- , we liked it.

Great hotel. Everything is super: the service, the rooms, and the breakfasts. A good fitness room and a swimming pool. It is located near the coast of the Caspian Sea.
The only, but very unpleasant incident, because of which I lowered the rating, is that part of our group was not checked into the hotel for a long time. There were no rooms available, although the rooms were booked and paid for long before arrival. At the same time, the staff at the reception did nothing to solve this problem. They were settled only after coming to their leadership and the threat of legal proceedings. But several comrades, after a tedious trip, also waited half the night for check-in.

I really liked the hotel , we lived on the 10th floor with a wonderful view of the sea and the city 🔥 the atmosphere , breakfasts , and the 5th floor with a lounge food court and a bar are just perfect 👌
The rooms were very well cleaned , the others were complimented in the form of a cake 👍🏻 the spa and pool are excellent

The hotel has its own 5 stars. The rooms are beautiful, clean. But unfortunately the sea is normally visible only from the suites. Everything is new, modern. The pool is decent. But there is only one sauna in the men's part and one in the women's. Also a hamam. The breakfasts are gorgeous - you don't even have time to try everything at once. But the problem is with coffee. Normal only for money. The biggest disadvantage of course is the location. The outskirts are an understatement. Construction site and embankment. There is nothing else nearby. In general, a cool hotel with a few "buts". If from the point of view of sightseeing Baku, but I do not recommend it. If on a business trip, then a good choice.

At the reception, they do not try to delve into the situation, they can be answered with scripts, the rumservice is long, it's easier to go to them myself, well, because it's a big maze, navigation by numbers is of course there, but it seems to me that you need to draw the path to the room on the card case :)) But the impressions of Baku are amazing, I recommend it to everyone)

The rooms are tired. It would be nice to refresh a little. There were no slippers. the handles of the cabinets are loose. Very poor lighting. People with poor eyesight are completely uncomfortable. We are used to dim lighting in hotels, but then there should be local lighting. For example, a floor lamp. I'm lowering the rating to three for the lighting. The savings should be reasonable, not at the expense of the comfort of the guests, they tried to order food in the room, no one picks up the phone.

Because we checked in a day earlier, we booked standard rooms for a day (ours were occupied). The rooms are in need of renovation, the view from the window would be amazing if the windows were washed. The breakfasts are ordinary. There were a lot of people from India, Pakistan and other countries in the hotel, so breakfast was held in some kind of chaos.
The next day we moved into our rooms with a terrace and access to the lounge. This is heaven and earth. The rooms are spacious, with terraces, you can sunbathe on the sun beds. And most importantly, we had breakfast separately in the lounge, where people were also from higher room categories. They had access to the lounge all day, and you can also have a snack there in the evening - everything was included in the room rate. I liked the pool and saunas, but there are few sun beds near the pool. The control system in the hotel was annoying: when entering the hotel, they search, even if they left for a couple of minutes. I didn't really like the food in the restaurant

Near the embankment, along which with beautiful views in 30 minutes you can walk to the center. Rooms with sea views outperform rooms with city views. Nice spa area, swimming pool. Excellent breakfasts. The room itself is somewhat shabby. But not critical. In general, a pleasant feeling from the stay. And the staff is very friendly.

Terrible hotel. I booked through Yandex, but the hotel charged another price because they don't work well with Yandex. Well, the money was on a foreign card, so they wouldn't have settled.
Dirty windows and a dustpan bathroom. Taxis at the hotel are bred for the money of visitors.
The hotel restaurant is also so-so, I was looking for a waiter for 10 minutes, the hedgehog is terrible.
The hotel is located on the waterfront but it is far from the center and inconvenient.

Oh, I disappointed the hotel, which I did not expect from such a network
Let's start in order:
1. At 20:00 we waited for check-in for more than 30 minutes, because, attention, 2 young men worked at the reception, the rest were unclear where
2. Our room was standard, normal, a separate joke view from the window - the unkempt roof of the hotel and the neighboring windows.
3. Breakfast is a crowd at any time. It takes a long time to find a landing, there is no help from the hotel.
Eggs need to be waited for 10-15 minutes in a queue
There is a choice, delicious pastries and fruits, cheese, but it's hard to find something hot
4. A separate minus: the pool is not large, it seems comfortable, but when at 22:00 you are hoping to swim in silence, and a crowd of Indian children comes, questions to the hotel why it is impossible to put a time limit with and without children.
And yet, you go to the pool in a bathrobe through the entire hotel, there is no descent to the spa
5. The cherry on the cake: you are constantly listening to the doors of other rooms slamming, voices from the hallway. Breakfast starts at 6 a.m., so it is no longer possible to sleep from this hour
6. Do not book a taxi through the hotel. We called and wrote and asked for a car to meet us at the airport. A dirty, old Chevrolet arrived, they took 50 manats (2,500 rubles), with a trip cost of 20. We would be happy to pay 50, but not for an old Economy Class car.
The overall impression of the hotel is 3 stars.
It's far from the sights, it's not tasty to have dinner in the main restaurant, the waiter is still very intrusive.
I would not recommend this hotel for accommodation
The comfort in it is very subjective, and the cost of living does not correspond to the level of 5 stars

- it is very problematic to order something for currency, they ate the whole brain, as a result, I could not eat
- the cost of everything, when ordering to the room, is 2-3 times higher than market prices
- the deposit can only be left in coins
- not everyone speaks Russian at the Reception, we have to call other employees
PS: I will never recommend it to friends and acquaintances. A very mediocre hotel for the night, but when you pay $ 200 for a room, you expect to get more than the lack of service infrastructure, territory and beach.

Once there was a great hotel. Today the rooms are all in need of repair, the carpets on the floors are dirty. We had to change the room twice, because first they gave us a smoky one, and in the second, water suddenly began to pour from the ceiling in the shower from the room above. In the restaurant, the waiters carry coffee for 30 minutes, referring to the workload, although 80% of the tables are always empty.
