We have been in lots of places in Uzbekistan, but we found this hidden gem in the middle of Chimgan mountains. We were so surprised about how beautiful the cottages are and the territory is so well maintained. The service is also at a high level and we were treated so nicely! Highly recommended

We had a vacation with three families, in winter. We rented a chalet with a sauna and a Jacuzzi... I liked everything - my own kitchen, barbecue in the yard. The house is warm, lots of dishes, clean.
In the morning we had breakfast (included) in a cafe near the main pool - a hearty European breakfast, eggs, pancakes, cheese, sausage, etc.
At lunch, we already ate for our own - fried fish (delicious).
In general, it's a five, but the price, like everywhere else in our mountains, bites... If I'm not mistaken, the house cost 6 lakhs per day...

A great place to relax, we lived in a penthouse with a gorgeous view!!! We used a barrel bath and a warm pool outside, after the wheelchair, that's the best thing! The service is great! Everything was delicious in the restaurant, and the food wasn't just for breakfast. We didn't even think to look for other places to eat! There were 10 of us, and everyone was thrilled. There were some shortcomings in the housing itself, but the infrastructure and maintenance made up for it all. I definitely recommend it!

A great place for a summer vacation. The houses are clean, cleaned, everything is observed. It is very pleasant to be in them.
The territory, although small, is gentrified, with the exception of a small number of shady places - you can't hide from the sun in the middle of the day. The general infinity pool is for an amateur (cold), but there is a children's pool nearby and the water is warm there.
There is a playground for children, but there is no children's food or anything like that on the menu. So I definitely do not recommend going here with small children.
The food is delicious, especially the specialties (for example, Balandda salad) - they can be brought directly to the room, to the gazebo - any way and anytime.
Of course, it is better to rent a chalet with a Jacuzzi, then you will fully feel the atmosphere of this place.

Everything would be great! And so in order, we made a 20% discount on others, thanks, everything is cool, we ordered dinner marble steak (sole from galoshes) dry, it feels like it has been warmed or dried more than once, bafolo wings are damp, meat from burgers from the chef is almost like steak, fries and garlics are delicious!somewhere at 23:30, the water was drained into the Jacuzzi without warning, but I wanted to sit at night, there is time between departure and arrival to drain and dial, and we had a check-in at 19:00, so we were left without a Jacuzzi for the night. In the morning, wash your face, and there is nothing to brush your teeth with, I called the reception, but they don't have such things, they say, fortunately there were kits from other hotels and airlines in the car! Breakfast, as they say on the premium website or something like that, is not very good at all, a buffet with porridges, butter, kaymak, and a couple of jams, pancakes are dry, sausage looks terrible, and a couple more cups of something not very good, I asked for an icing, fried it will bring, tea with lemon brought, but I had to go for sugar, they poured it into some kind of beaker in portions. In short, the breakfast is not premium, but a beach breakfast!the manager needs to stop by for breakfast at Radisson blu, and at least reproduce 5% of this at home! Even Avenue Park with its weak breakfast is much better! However, while staying at the pool, the manager probably came up, asked if she liked everything, told her about their dinner, complimented them with delicious tea, a couple of ice cream, and cakes. I kept thinking why they made a consonant name, like at a height, and the food is balanda! Bottom line, the staff is helpful! A huge minus for food (if you go only with food and cook in the chalet there is a kitchen with everything you need, a barbecue and a fireplace on the street) and of course it's not a problem to buy dental kits, towels, bathrobes, blankets, shampoo and gel are all there!

I've only been here 1 time. Basically a pleasant and atmospheric place. The cottages are conveniently located, no one bothers anyone. The views are simply mesmerizing. The price tag is of course slightly overstated, both for food and accommodation. Parking is not convenient. It's suitable for one time, for rest.

The place is simply magical, we rented a chalet with a sauna and a Jacuzzi with friends, the mountains are full of delight from all sides, the view is fascinating. Buffet, very caring and courteous staff. A place that will be remembered forever.

One of the few quiet places in the Chimgan mountains. However, the service leaves much to be desired, there are many young guys who apparently just graduated from school. There are a couple of hosters who often do not understand what they want, although they are very nice girls. There is a large swimming pool, there are several sofas, sun beds and a couple of tables around. Also in the complex there are cabins covered with a thick cloth with a glass roof in which I mostly stay and there are several triangular houses on the upper tier. There is a good selection of dishes, however, they are not willing to stop because the food is not good without floating the standard Menu, kebabs salads burgers potatoes beer set. The quality of the food back and forth is not to say super and not to say bad. I would say acceptable. But there is a stunning view of the Chimgan Mountains and the weather is not so hot thanks to the mountains. At above-average prices, I am generally satisfied with the place. It is suitable for a relaxing family vacation or small companies. There is a micro playground with a babysitter. Convenient parking on site. The prices are above average, perhaps you can find better for such a check, but I am satisfied with spending time there often.

We came here with the team to hold a team building. The video is beautiful, which they show of course, but in fact the Chalet has very steep stairs to the 2nd floor, the faucet in the toilet on the first floor is hanging out, karaoke of the worst quality. The WiFi network is terribly implemented, there are mesh routers, but the mesh is not configured and connected by wire, each place has its own network, and low speed, In the penthouse the door to the balcony does not open until you lift it, in general everything is so dead and not worth it. It's better to go to the country. The idea is good, but there is not enough competent manager and service.

The worst place, I wouldn't even give one star to the service. The service and rooms do not pull the money that they ask for the rooms.. First of all, I have been staying at the hotel for the second day in Chalet 1 there is no Internet. And they declare high-speed Internet in the price list. I asked to turn on the sauna, waited for 35 minutes, called the manager only after that they came.. Roestoran Canteen everything is dirty where the buffet food is located * horror!!! We came for breakfast, there is nothing to cut until I asked where the food is? There is no coffee machine in the hall. Coffee is only espresso and cappuccino.. There is no view of the mountains, all the windows are covered with film. There are some abandoned construction sites in the circle.. I do not recommend it. People don't buy into the beautifully taken photos on the site.

We were there 2 times, with a difference of 2 years. The first time, everything was great, except for the slightly polluted Jacuzzi. The second time, we were in the second chalet and it was cold enough, there was not enough heating, the air conditioner also did not really pull. Except for these disadvantages, everything is fine. It's very cold in the houses, it's better not to go with the children. The air conditioner can't handle it. Dubak at night. They got sick. There are no heaters. The service is very long. Breakfast is now served in a cafe, the products are old and sour. Be careful. Otherwise, you can get poisoned. The plumbing is old and leaking. There's no place to hang a towel in the bathroom. We had a rest at the weekend with a female company. Absolutely everyone was satisfied. I can't help but mention an extremely important detail for me, CLEANLINESS. Everything is clean. The service is at the highest level. All the staff is responsive. Breakfast is a buffet. The lunch and dinner menu is extensive, consisting of national and European cuisine. A great place to relax,,, rested with a male company,,, on the first day we rented apartments near the pool, on the second day we rented a chalet house with a sauna and a Jacuzzi. The staff is very polite,,, adequate,,, the rooms are clean and have everything for relaxation (barbecue,,, barbecue,,, skewers,,, cauldrons,,, gas stove,,, refrigerator), you can bring food and drinks with you, which is also very pleasant.
The only unpleasant moment was from the administration that they turned off the sauna in our house at 00:00 without warning, they turned off the machine somewhere and turned it on in the morning. I recommend it for family holidays and for relaxing with friends.

It's a great place, we didn't find any disadvantages. Mountain view, warm pool, chalet with its own Jacuzzi and sauna (some), barbecue area. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The chalet has an air conditioner that can warm at night and cool during the day. Delicious food, the most hospitable service. We were on a weekday, there weren't many people, we got high from the bottom of our hearts.

I can't say that I liked everything. The trouble with breakfast is, we waited 20 minutes for scrambled eggs.
By the pool, only two umbrellas were normal, the rest were broken, or crooked, or some kind of broken ones.
A maximum of 3 stars can be awarded for the service.
There was a terrible stink in the shower and they couldn't do anything about it or didn't want to 😁
They evicted us for a sooooo long time.

Fabulous location, beautiful view, large swimming pool.
Delicious cuisine, and the dishes themselves and the serving are excellent. Polite staff, it is possible to pay with a card. I was pleasantly surprised by the locker room with a sanitary unit - perfect cleanliness. Beautiful and cozy chalets with simply cosmic views from the large windows to the mountains…
On the downside, the water in the pool was cold. At the bar, the mojito cocktail was clearly not topped up with rum, although the price was like for a normal cocktail, so I recommend asking them to do it in front of you.
Overall, it is a very pleasant place, I will definitely come there again

We were in April, and the pool wasn't working, which no one told us about. The penthouse has a room in the center with no windows, like in a basement. There was no hot water! It was even impossible to wash up! A very weak water pressure - which was disappearing! We were very ashamed in front of our guests. Ants were crawling everywhere in the rooms. Construction was underway on the territory. The view was beautiful only at the mountains. I don't understand this cost-the prices are too high for this!

This is really the pearl of Chimgan! The perfect place to relax in the heat and just stop by with friends! Stunning mountain views and amazing service. The magnificent pool has 27 degrees of water. Tents and gazebos have been thought out, in which it is convenient to spend time with the company. Tents by the pool and there for 3-5 people. And gazebos on the top, in the barbecue area. There is a restaurant with adequate cuisine. The bar, of course. You can rent houses and apartments in general. A 3-bedroom apartment is just a dream! So I recommend you to visit in every possible way!!

We lived in the penthouse for 2 days (6 people). (I specifically chose this option because there are 3 separate rooms and the most expensive option of all)
Expectations were not fulfilled.
1. Air conditioners - There are no air conditioners in the rooms. In the rooms around the edges it is still tolerable because there are windows, but in the room in the middle it is just terrible because there are no windows there.
2. Jacuzzi - Upon arrival, we were confronted with the fact that the Jacuzzi in the penthouse had not yet been installed.... The sadness......
3. Summer kitchen - Sadness.... Because in Chalets that are cheaper, the summer kitchen is much more solid and beautiful.And to be precise, this summer kitchen simply does not exist in the penthouse.
4. Reception- If you need something from the reception, then be ready to call back and remind or wait for hours.
Result:
* The place itself is beautiful, clean, but I do not recommend taking a Penthouse! If you have a large company, it is better to take several Chalets than 1 Penthouse.
* If you have rented a Penthouse, I do not advise you to choose a room in the middle. On a hot day, you will die from the heat.

The penthouse where we lived is very spacious and sufficient for 6 people.
The staff does not feel trained yet, the service is for 4, Breakfast is for 4. The location in relation to the mountains is for 5+.
The air is simply crystal clear, the temperature differs from Tashkent by minus 6 degrees.
A fresh breeze, an area with umbrellas, VIP terraces along the pool - great.

We rested here with friends (we took a house with a Jacuzzi), I highly recommend it! A cozy small area with a wonderful barbecue area (you must have a barbecue yourself!), everything is clean in the house - a great option for 2 families. There is a nice large swimming pool, a bar and a cafe/restaurant on site. Very beautiful view of the mountains
