The fish market in Fethiye is located in the Old Town. It is quite easy to find it, my wife and I walked from Chalysh and at the same time took a walk in a beautiful park built right on the shore. The market is very clean, you can find any seafood. Since my wife and I lived in an apartment and had the opportunity to cook ourselves, we bought dorado, shrimp and squid. We had everything cleaned up right away. Well, yes, it's expensive, of course, the prices bite. But, on the other hand, you can't eat such fresh and delicious seafood in Moscow. Therefore, we did not regret spending at all. There is also a fish restaurant on the market for those who wish.

A beautiful, cozy place. The area is all strewn with restaurants and seafood stalls in the center. There is almost everything that is supposed to be seafood.
When choosing, BE sure to count in pieces per person, not in kg.)). Most prices are per kg., but nothing prevents you from taking 30 mussels (for example) and 10 king prawns for two. We can bargain a little) they often start first themselves.
Sellers like to talk and you ask them for what and how much). English will help a lot)
There are many tables around, but all with different tablecloths and different colors. These are all different restaurants. And the prices in them are different.
Ask how much it will cost to cook what you bought (this is separate additional money).
For example, we had seafood for 460 liras and in the restaurant a check for 360 liras (for cooking and service) for a total of 920 liras (almost 2,900 rubles) for lunch for two / three) + alcohol separately.
It's worth a visit. Authentic, beautiful, and memorable.
4 stars due to the obsession of the sellers. I don't really like it, but that's the very atmosphere of the market.

We were with friends from Germany 2 years ago, the prices were more decent then. This year we had a rest at the end of May, I decided to write right away. The first time we came, we tempered 3 kg of shrimp, cooked well, but it seemed that somehow they gave less. We decided another time to order individually, who wants how much, it turned out to be 30 pieces each, one 25 pieces.. There are 145 pieces in total. At first, the seller did not understand what we wanted at all, he only insisted on the weight. As a result of the debate, they counted, weighed, and got a little more than 3 kg. When it was cooked, they brought me a portion in a frying pan - I counted it!!!!- in general, 16 pieces. The other has 21 pieces, etc. We were not informed of a total of 27!!!!!!! pieces. (this is about 800 grams.) The mood was spoiled. We found out-we found out - they all have "no problems"). And they charged 850 lire for a salad with 2 bottles of Cola. We decided to write reviews and no longer go to brazen sellers... Or everyone will individually take a bag of shrimp personally and give it to the cook... Well, that's how it turns out. Therefore, the advice is to keep a close eye... although they were watching, there is no sense.

I would call this place an outdoor restaurant specializing in freshly caught fish. Although you can just buy seafood that will be cleaned, chopped, and so on.
We did not eat on the spot, bought what we needed and cooked at home. The prices here are above average, but everything is fresh if you are not deterred by the fishy smell (for an amateur, specific). If you want to eat fish cheaply on the embankment in the place where the river (canal) flows in, you can do it for a very reasonable fee, but without a choice of dishes and cooking method. A bonus there will be a sunset dinner with the opportunity to admire the turtles that swim to this place to feed on algae brought by fresh water. I highly recommend it for visiting with children.
