We went to the restaurant because we were near the hotel and saw the previous evening that a lot of people were sitting there. It was a mistake not to read the reviews. The menu is in English and Turkish, there are no pictures, and the ingredients of the dishes are also not in the description. We ordered a salad first to see the quality of the dishes and then, if necessary, choose the main ones. They brought us water, silently poured it into glasses, then brought bread and olives in sauce, they said - a present. We did not like salads, the case when the price does not match the quality. The green salad (worth 1,100 for Russian money) turned out to be a salad of leaves, with no vegetables at all, and with shrimp (1,500 for our money), too, mostly grass and some small tasteless shrimp. They decided not to continue, asked for the bill. We waited for him for 20 minutes, despite the fact that there were a lot of waiters, and only 3 tables were occupied except for us. When they brought it, both the water and the "present" were in the bill. In total, around 3,700 for our money. It's certainly too much for any salads. They didn't bring the change for 20 minutes again, I had to remind them. I don't recommend it.
I came across a recommendation about this restaurant that it has the most delicious and freshest fish in all of Istanbul. The restaurant is very beautiful, cozy, hidden that you may not find. The fish is really great, I highly recommend it to everyone!!!
A very pleasant, atmospheric and delicious place. It is necessary to order meze and seasonal fish. If someone in the company speaks Turkish, seasonal fish are recognized faster. It's definitely better than tourist restaurants
It looks unremarkable, but a very decent place, we came here because we lived in a hotel nearby. The menu is not big, we tried about 5-7 items, it's delicious, the prices are adequate, the service is good.
We didn't really like it. Firstly, the portions are small. Secondly, it's not a wow effect from the taste of the food, but generally passable. Thirdly, it is quite expensive. Fourthly, ABSOLUTELY everything was included in the bill, even what we did not ask for (water, some snacks, and bread). One could say that it was not a gift from the institution.
In general, I had to beg for change. The waiter didn't forget about it, he just put it in his pocket, and only gave it back when we asked.
When we arrived, we were immediately offered water. It turns out it's not free, and it was included in the bill. Then, for some reason, they brought all the cold snacks on a tray at once, and began to persuade me what to take. We chose mussels with rice (a local dish), but they were in the form of pilaf (not on shells). There were few mussels, mostly rice. Lemon had to be ordered additionally (at a fish restaurant). We took a couple more hot snacks, but I wasn't impressed. They didn't take fish for 1000 lire a portion anymore. When the bill was paid twice, the waiter said that the service was not included in the price. A very expensive and not worth the money restaurant. They want to charge you as much as possible, everything else is not important.
They did not understand the place at all, the prices are high, they take money for everything: + 280 lira for table setting (bread, water and a small spread), and they take it all out without warning what will be in the receipt. All the food that was ordered was not delicious.
A great place🤤 the freshest fish and seafood, the atmosphere and service are 100 out of 10, great service, there are simply no disadvantages) we took Dorado, sebas and loofah, everything is insanely delicious!
The place is so-so. We waited a long time for the fish, and water and bread were included in the bill. Plus, the bank's terminal wasn't working. Well, the food is completely ordinary.
After reading the reviews, I can say that I agree with those who talk about the restrained communication of waiters :) sometimes they walk around looking like we owe them something :) but in general, everyone is nice (they probably get tired in the evening), there was also a review on Google maps that they charge money for everything, well, I wouldn't say that, they charged us exactly for what we ordered and 60 per person per serving (somehow we didn't get impoverished) :) but this is the freshest bread, meze, one, wet wipes, water. Who from Cyprus was outraged that they took money for the rest of the meze and bread, well, maybe there is free meze in Cyprus, but not in such portions, but here it's all on the menu with the price! Where did you get such thoughts that it should be free?? The fish is delicious, the snacks are too, I took off the asterisk solely for the fact that they always brought a comment at the end before, and then 2 days of a direct hint and we hear only promises and we are dynamited :)) attention is important, and even just 3 pieces of watermelon will already make the gatherings here more pleasant - they will give you the feeling that you are really welcome :) so get to work, guys :)
We were looking for an alternative to tourist kebab houses, not very successfully. The prices are reasonable, but the service and food are so-so. The waiters, to put it mildly, were restrained, they did not really listen to the order, they brought rings of squid, which we did not order, but we did not want to argue (in the end it turned out to be the most pleasant of our dishes). Their fish is probably fresh, lying on ice at the entrance, but it was cooked in such a way that you couldn't understand the taste: everything was fried in batter and / or burnt oil. The serving of dishes is also specific. We ordered a whole John Dory fish. The flesh of the fish was removed from the bones, cut into strips, baked in batter and, when serving, sprinkled on top of the fried bone. The shrimp were small and tasteless. Also be prepared for the kuver position in the receipt. Strictly speaking, this is not a tip, but you are charged 5% of the order amount for the table setting.
Whether it's the customers, the gentlemanliness of the waiters, the Jul-de-sac of the appetizers, the freshness of the fish, a clean, nice, decent place.
At least 4, but rather 4.5 stars.
The fish is fresh, the waiters are quite talkative if you talk to them. This is probably a small minus, if you are not active yourself, then the waiters will not take the initiative, but there are exceptions.
The restaurant is noisy, the price tag is high, and the food is average.
I won't go there a second time

The fish is delicious, there are many types and sizes. the prices for the center are reasonable. The choice of seafood is meager (squid, shrimp, mussels) and local. Hummus from snacks is not very good. To eat fish, snacks and a glass of wine $ 40 per person
The restaurant's service and dish left the worst impression! There is much better nearby! More hospitable and delicious! The restaurant was recommended by friends who were there before (((( now they are very surprised!
