The beach is sandy , you must definitely take masks to see the fish , corals and turtle) The room came across - something more like a hostel , separate beds and repairs of old years.. The food is varied and delicious

It's a lovely hotel, very green. The food is varied. There is animation, animators try to entertain vacationers with exercises, contests, and so on. But the hotel is not designed for German pennies. In the evenings, if you don't entertain yourself, you can only listen to very calm music. A big plus is that the turtles in the sea are more than 1 m.

We arrived at the hotel at a little after eleven .Initially, they tried to move us into a 3-storey building on the outskirts. The condition of the territory, building and rooms is terrible! I was convinced for a long time that there were no available rooms corresponding to my reservation, they would be resettled in a couple of days. I contacted the travel agent, informed the administrator about this, and miraculously the issue was resolved, we just have to wait for 14.00 hours. At 1 p.m. they gave me the key to room 249, the second floor of a two-story house. At the same time, they explained that they had upgraded to a "sea view".
The room is soooo tired. Fresh in the room, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning. Everything else is battered, including bed linen. The beds are high, with good mattresses of medium hardness, large blankets in duvet covers.
There are no small accessories in the bathroom, only two soap dispensers at the sink and in the shower.
The food at the hotel is good enough, but without frills.
There are a lot of dishes with chips. The situation is the same with glasses. There are also many questions about how glasses and glasses are washed, they are very often dirty, I constantly used alcohol wipes. There are not enough tables in the restaurant for everyone in the first hour of dinner, and after an hour not all dishes, desserts and fruits are available.
Alcohol is normal, they pour it heartily, you can safely come with your own alcohol.
The staff is generally positive, but poorly trained. On my birthday, due to the lack of tables, they tried twice to give us other hotel guests, on the second such attempt, my husband boiled over, and 30 minutes before the restaurant closed, we were simply asked to leave because the waiters had to clean up.
Waiters are happy to take tips, including in rubles.
The room cleaners bother even if there is a "do not disturb" sign, but after the second cleaning in 9 days, I demanded to thank him with a dollar or euro.
There are enough sun beds on the beach, they are partially refreshed with paint, and mattresses are being renewed. The tables on the umbrellas are all broken.
The animation is very weak. In the afternoon, more or less, in the evening, boredom, a performance by rural amateur performers.
The beach is normal, there is no reef (you can go to Menoville, there is).
Well, the cherry on the cake, tourists from Ukraine - of course, the flag (where everyone is drying their panties and bras, they have a flag), of course, negative statements about other guests, they have heard enough about Muscovites, and about Gans and about the Psheks. I had to contact the reception with a request to influence these guests. The only thing they have achieved is to tidy up their flag a bit. A company from Germany and a couple of Frenchmen complained about them together with us.
In general, the hotel is not that bad, but there is nothing to do in it for 14 days, especially if you like to relax and are not ready to entertain yourself. We were lucky enough to meet several wonderful couples from Germany and Russia, and we spent our evenings in great company.

Holidays from December 18 to 27, 2023. all inclusive, but not much is included here.
In general, it's fine, the sea is cool!
Pros: the sea is clean but cool, the beach is sandy with a good smooth approach, there are sun beds, umbrellas, towels are provided. it is necessary to occupy the sun beds from the very early morning. they are occupied for the whole day, regardless of whether a person is on the beach or not. the hotel has a large green and beautiful territory.
Minuses:
1) the staff does not know Russian.
2) the contingent is boring German pensioners, respectively, no evening traffic and discos, except for a simple show.
3) there is nothing interesting outside the hotel except for a few shops where no one goes. It's just that Safaga is some kind of backwater, where even taxis from Hurghada do not want to come and there is no local public transport. therefore, if you do not like to spend your entire vacation only in a hotel, then you do not need to come here.
4) no entertainment for children, they didn't even want to hold a children's disco until they expressed their dissatisfaction with this fact (well, what if there are 4 children, but they are there and they want attention!). as a result, in the evenings they began to hold a mini disco for 10 minutes.
5) there is food, but it is very scarce. French fries and pizza are not cooked (only for a fee). The fruits are green melons, oranges, grapefruits, dates and something like pears, but green and tough. you can only eat in the dining room (that's what I call it with their queues for pots of food) and only for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You don't eat in between.
6) from alcohol according to the all-inclusive system, only beer, white and red wine, whiskey, rum, gin, cola, sprite, tonic, yuppie juice. all alcohol is locally produced, but it doesn't seem to be bad. no cocktails are offered for free, but for a fee of $ 3. there are no normal juices, even from the boxes.
7) there is one outlet in the room. there is no place to dry things. a small pressure of warm water. a noisy refrigerator. everything is very old.
8) there is one swimming pool on the territory, the water in which is not heated in December, respectively, icy.

The transfer from the airport took two and a half hours, because to go to different hotels, my advice is to book a separate transfer, we were so exhausted. The beach is great, the entrance is polonium, it's great with the kids, but there are often tides, but you can swim, the food is modest, but there is chicken, fish, and beef, the side dish is also tolerable, there are a lot of sweets, but I didn't eat, fruits are extremely small, so as not to go crazy in this hotel, buy excursions but if they offer a seafood restaurant, I do not advise it, we did not even eat it, the smell is disgusting. The bed in the hotel is old, towels on the beach to hug and cry, there are no juices in the bar, I closed my eyes to everything, I was driving across the sea, I got it!

This is a very good four, but not a five. We swam alone in the pool, you rarely see a pool when you swim alone. The sea is warm and clean.

We returned from Paradise on September 17th. The impressions are the most pleasant. The food is excellent, the chefs are great. Senior Manager Aziz solves all problems in a very professional and friendly manner. The bungalow closest to the beach was provided free of charge. However, our guide of the travel agency Biblio-Globus Ali also participated in this. I have been flying with Biblik for more than ten years and every time the level is at an altitude. I stayed at this hotel in April 2024. The hotel is small. But that's what we wanted. I was satisfied with the rest, because I did not build illusions about the budget "four". I was looking for a gentle sandy approach and a beach. It's all there. Only the buoys are very close, personally I didn't have enough space to swim. And the sea is shallow here. A paradise for families with small children. We even got a good territory with a lot of greenery and a developed infrastructure. The hotel has excellent food, there is always meat, chicken, fish. Even the dry white wine was wonderful. There were a lot of fruits and sweets. I didn't really like the room itself, but we weren't there much. Excellent animation both during the day on the beach and in the evening. There is a pizzeria, ice cream and freshly squeezed juices (for separate money). There were no problems with cleaning or with water. But we always left "baksheesh" (tips). The hotel is located 50 km south of Hurghada, and therefore it is best to choose it for pure relaxation, and we wanted to sleep and buy up. If you are traveling with small children, do not be greedy and pay for an individual transfer. We took it too. Otherwise, the transfer bus from Biblio-Globus takes 1.5 hours to get here. In general, I really enjoyed my stay here. The Red Sea, as always, is beautiful, there were not even waves with us! The air temperature was +30, and the sea was +25, +26, which is significantly warmer than in Hurghada itself in April. I have been to Egypt for the 16th time and I will definitely go again!!!

We visited this hotel 14 years ago and decided to fly there this year. The staff is the same. Of course, the furniture in the rooms is already old. But the hotel is quiet, the bungalow is on the first line (you got out and you're on the beach). There were always a lot of free sunbeds. The sea is gorgeous!! Red is the most gorgeous! The entrance to the sea is sand. For little kids, that's the thing. Who needs animation, it is there, in the morning something like charging and in the evening all sorts of contests and music. This did not prevent a 4-year-old child from sleeping.

We had a rest in September 2023. This is a hotel for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Fans of the movement will be bored. But we were looking for peace of mind and it suited us perfectly. There is a lot of greenery that pleases the eye. I was upset by the very dead court, it is not possible to play on it (and for us it was important) the football field is also in a deplorable state. The rooms are "tired", especially in an old multi-storey building, but they have everything for living. The staff is friendly and helpful. We could easily communicate without knowledge of foreign languages. There is no variety in the food, but everything is fresh and quite tasty. There were plenty of sun beds on the beach. A huge plus is the sandy beach and smooth approach. Ideal for small children. During the week, I saw turtles 3 times, as well as stingrays and other marine fish. But it's a meter behind the buoys. There is an outdoor swimming pool and a small slide for children. For the pleasant price we paid, a very good vacation!

We just returned from Safaga yesterday, and we already want to go back! We rested from March 7 to March 14, 2024. Great hotel! The first coastline, an insanely clean sandy beach, magical water, if you move a little to the left or to the right you can swim and see both fish and corals. The first time in Egypt is a very tasty meal. There is a huge variety of different meats for dinner, during the week there was tongue, liver, chicken, beef, shawarma, belyashi, colmars - you can't remember everything. Delicious pancakes, chocolate pudding. Delicious coffee. Beer) Seasonal fruits.
I would like to pay special attention to cleanliness! For Egypt, it is very clean both on the territory of the hotel, in the restaurant, and in the rooms. The furniture in the room is old, BUT who is going why. Clean, you can walk barefoot in the room after cleaning. Excellent mattresses and hotel bed linen, towels are tired but clean, 1.5 liters of water are brought every day.
We went on excursions, they collected dry food for us, compared to other vacationers, from other hotels, it is royal.
And now, in my opinion, the most important thing! THE STAFF! This is some kind of miracle! Friendly, attentive, asks what drinks to bring, smiles heartily, and not because it's necessary. We didn't leave tips, we wanted to see if they would treat us differently- no. But they brought Alenka's chocolate and sunflower seeds with them - they were happy as children!People are good. The staff is very well chosen. Animators are my love! Sasha, Karim, Alexander, Tito! Many people write that animation is primitive and boring! Guys! They work with themselves! Karim -gives his best, people don't react themselves, everyone is busy with their own business! The guys are very cool -they have 10 stars!
Many vacationers are foreigners, most are Germans. In the early days, there were practically no Russians at all, and those who were were insanely pleasant people. It was the first time I plunged into such an atmosphere of friendliness and kindness.
Russian Russians. I love my country, my Russian people, but for the first time in my life I felt ashamed, on our last day of rest a lot of Russians came, and they showed themselves in all their glory. The quiet, measured life of the hotel has not changed for the better.

I had to pay extra at the reception and settle in a bungalow, the room is very small, the shower is primitive, the hair dryer of the 60s. Cleaned daily, no complaints. I have just arrived from the hotel, I rested there from November 6 to November 20. Before the trip, I read reviews about the hotel, there were a lot of positive reviews, but there were also negative ones (they complained about poor furniture in the rooms, poor nutrition, the presence of mosquitoes and flies, etc.). I really liked the hotel, and, first of all, the quality of service, which was manifested in everything - a very respectful and professional attitude to guests at the reception when placing, when serving in restaurants and bars, when serving on the beach, when organizing excursions. I lived in room 118, this is a bungalow with a sea view (originally ordered), the room is equipped with everything you need, there is a TV, a refrigerator, normally working air conditioners (one in the room, the other in the shower), a table, armchairs, two bedside tables, a coffee table and a large wardrobe. The furniture is modern, new, made of very high quality (not cheap) wood. The room was cleaned very efficiently and every day, bed linen was changed several times, as well as towels. I have never seen mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room, a fly flew in a couple of times, which flew out by itself when I opened the door. I was carrying a mosquito and fly repellent in vain. The food here is like a buffet.To be honest, it was hard for me to understand people who didn't like the food. I have something to compare with, last year I was in the Emirates also in November. The opinion of my friends who rested there, and mine is unequivocal - the food can be firmly assessed at +5. I would like to express my gratitude to the management of catering both in the restaurant and in the bars, everything is organized at the highest level. The food in the restaurant was very varied and of high quality, there were a lot of vegetables both fresh and baked, meat and fish products fresh and deliciously cooked, a variety of fruits, there were always oranges, dates, guava, melon, etc. Water, juices, beer, wine, ice cream are all free in bars. I would like to say separately about the travel agency "Biblio Globus", whose representatives accompanied us during the entire tour to Egypt. I recently returned from this hotel. It's all good. There are some nuances, but it didn't bother me much. Initially, they settled in some kind of Barracks. Dirt, no balcony, view of an abandoned playground. We went with a neighbor (she also arrived alone) to the reception. For a very long time they wanted money, and said that there were no numbers. But in the end they offered us one big room instead of two. We agreed. It turned out to be a family room. 3 rooms,2 balconies. Wonderful!
We were completely satisfied with the food. Let it be monotonous somewhere, but everything is delicious. There is a very tasty curd cheese for breakfast. I recommend. It's like a bomb! There was fish for dinner every day. Beef is also constant. Vegetables are fresh and stewed and baked. We made salads. Fruits have always included an orange and a melon, once a watermelon, several times peaches, apples, grapes. The dates are often fresh! The first time I tried dates that were not dried.
Good beer. The wine is not delicious. But we took it to the room, added fruits and ice and it turned out very much!!!!
Well, and most importantly the sea!!!! It is incomparable here!!! No fish, no corals. It's all there if you swim farther away. And there is a beautiful smooth approach to the buoys . Water is like a tear! There were always enough sun beds.
Yes, I almost forgot. There is no animation. Designed for Arabs and maybe Germans. But Russians are being dragged into contests. Boring and lazy. But they constantly invite you to the club for money.

We rested here in June, 6 nights for two came out at 53,000 rubles. The animation is not in Russian, the food is for four, the rooms are already tired. The drinks are not very good. The beach is not cleaned, there are cigarette butts and garbage all around. But the worst thing is the Arabs. They're yelling and littering. Garbage is flying into the sea. It is useless to urge them not to litter. I watched the scene. Arabs eat on the beach (by the way, they drive incessantly) and throw garbage on the ground. Balina and Sol Y mar are one hotel. Living in Balina is a big building, a pleasure so-so. Half of the building, apparently, is not used at all. The view from the window to the stripped tennis court, the view from the corridor to the wasteland and the road. They gave me a room without a balcony, the area is large, and that's where the advantages end. The window didn't really close, there were cracks in the door, clouds of mosquitoes were flying, 2 fumigators didn't help at all. The windows in the corridor are not glazed, there was a wild draft on windy days, the noise was incredible, it was impossible to sleep. There is no elevator, but apparently the pot-bellied tvs have recently been replaced with modern ones, but they still don't really work, 9 channels with a pock-marked image, you need to bring a flash drive with the series. The food is decent, without frills, but chicken, beef, fish daily. Animation g*** oh, it would be better not to bother at all

Terrible hotel. Starting from the reception and ending with the vast territory, or rather the yachts that stand on both sides of the beach, from which there is a terrible smell of gasoline. The rooms and towels are creepy. This is not the first time in Egypt and only in 4*, but this hotel does not deserve more than 3*. Thanks to the Biblioglobus manager, who promptly moved us to another hotel at the same price, but with cool conditions and service. I do not recommend this hotel if you do not want to spoil your mood.
