We went from Baliturs 15.10.24 to Nusa Penida. The organization of the tour for 5+, everything is clear! In the morning, they were taken from the hotel to Ubud as if by a ticker. A very friendly young man, we communicated in English. We met everywhere, saw them off, kept in touch where anyone is on the way from / to the island. It turned out that only my wife and I were in the Russian group and the local guide who met us conducted an almost individual tour of the beautiful places of the island by car, took pictures of us, helped, waited, drove, showed, in general, full attention). The return trip was also well organized. The tour was remembered for its exceptionally pleasant impressions of nature and organization. I definitely recommend Baliturs!!!!)) Thanks!

The excursion to NASA Penida Island went great, it's a pity it didn't work out with the ramps, but I want to note a very clear organization - they took us from the hotel, brought us to the port - they bought us tickets there - took pictures of us - took us to the boat - everything was coordinated, without a single queue and delays, sailed - according to the photo, our escort met us on the pier We got into his car and drove through the most beautiful locations - there are no such places in Bali, it's just a Delight!!! After we were fed a delicious lunch and went snorkeling, we arrived a little earlier, but the girl quickly took us a boat- the two of us, and not with a thousand Chinese, went around three bays- beautiful reefs, turtle fish, but unfortunately we could not see the rays- the ocean was rolling in that area- it was dangerous- but the impressions are still the oceanThank you for the great organization!!!! We visited 4 excursions with you while we were in Bali and everything is 5 plus!

We took a diving lesson for two in Ameda. Because we do not have enough experience, we asked for a Russian instructor. Oleg, the instructor, picked us up by appointment on the appointed day. Before the dive, all the materials for viewing and an additional instructor's story with a detailed explanation were given. There were 2 dives with a break in between. I really enjoyed admiring the underwater world in the very fabulous place tulamben where the American ship sank. We express our great gratitude to the instructor Oleg with many years of experience. Everything was clear and it was easier to adapt underwater. We will definitely come back 👌

We took two excursions:
1. Nusa Penida Island (tour to the east). I liked that everything was clear - the driver met us at the hotel, took us to the port, and upon arrival on the island, the second driver was already waiting for us. Both speak English well, in general everything was clear.
According to the tour itself: it is very difficult to go down to one beach, almost vertically, holding on to a rope. We admired them from above. There are big steps to the second beach (on the other side of the road), it's a bit heavy, but it's worth it. It's very beautiful, the water is blue and clear, white sand!
In the end, they did not go to the tree house, it was very hot, and there was also a descent to it and then a rise for 15 minutes.
2. Ubud.
I definitely recommend it to everyone! Ayu's guide speaks Russian very well, we bombarded her with questions, she answered, and told us a lot about local traditions.
They took a lot of photos. The rice terraces are beautiful, girls can rent dresses with a long train for a photo shoot on a swing. I liked the monkey forest very much, the monkeys are not aggressive, they do not steal anything from visitors. But of course it's better to keep an eye out. One little one got on her hands and wanted to play with her glasses)
Additionally: all communication with the agency was conducted through WhatsApp, I wrote them questions even in the evening and received an answer almost immediately. Once, due to a bad weather forecast, the tour was postponed to another day without any problems.

Thanks! The tour was very eventful. The guys did well for 5! We managed to visit all the locations, it seems to me even more than planned. There were 4 locations at sea! Manta rays were seen, corals of all colors and sizes, huge dolphins and small fish. The food on the island was excellent. The driver drove well done everywhere. From the negative, of course it's traffic jams. But there's no place without it, and they're not that stressful. Otherwise, everything is fine!

I was on the Gili Islands, took a tour for 3 days/ 2 nights. The organization is excellent, all instructions are clear, the operator is always in touch, you could ask any question. The placement was a choice according to its financial capabilities. I had a great time. I recommend this tour if you want to see turtles, beautiful sunsets and ride a bike along the entire island)) There are no bikes or cars on the islands.

A terrible impression of this agency.
We decided to order an individual snorkeling on Nusa Penida.
It all started with the fact that the announced price differed from the one indicated on the site, allegedly they did not have time to change - the first bell.
It all continued with the fact that instead of the announced time of 8 a.m., the Indonesian driver picked us up at 7 a.m. and had to stupidly get ready in 10 minutes right out of bed.
Moreover, the jamb was for the agency, as the driver explained that otherwise we simply would not make it to the boat.
When I asked the agent how to understand this, they promised me to clarify in a minute why they left earlier, but decided to just turn on the ignore)))
No one apologized for this situation and the agency did not even deign to give any response.
After the question from me, the agency did not have the slightest message on this situation, and no one even asked us about the tour.
Avoid it and do not try to get involved.

I ordered rafting on the Telaga waja river, and this is my 4th trip, but the second with Bali-Tours. Everything is fine, there's probably nothing to complain about! Rafting is organized through BMW, they have a longer and longer route than another company (like BTW). I recommend it!

We ordered an excursion to Singapore with my wife. There were a lot of questions related to this tour, because the idea came while still at home, a couple of days before departure to Bali, and all the nuances had to be solved while already there (obtaining visas, purchasing a/tickets, passing a PCR test right at the hotel, etc.). I want to say that these guys /the girls just did everything for 10 * out of 5 possible. We were always in touch, solved all issues with logistics, guides, drivers, transfers - we took care of 100% of the worries to maximize the pleasure of the tour. We ordered two individual excursions here, 1) The Royal Water Palace of Lem Puang, the Tirtoganga Water Park, a coffee plantation, a village of woodcarvers, a Temple of bats. I liked everything very much, especially the water palace and the park.
And 2 ) We visited the waterfalls of Kanto Lampo and Tegenungan, they are simply magnificent！ They are a must-see, I highly recommend the Tegalalang Rice terraces, well, a very impressive sightBesides, I rode on a swing over all this beauty, an unforgettable experience！And I was very impressed by the volcano and Lake Batur. Ijen Volcano, night ascent.
Of course, we were very tired and cold, but we had a lot of impressions.
Everything is organized clearly.
First, a long drive from oteoi Jimbaran to the ferry with a professional driver. An English-speaking guide met us at the port, and after 1 hour we are on the coast of Java, where a car is waiting. Another 1.5 hours and we are at the site at the foot of the volcano.
Well, it's very cold, take warm clothes and hats. It is necessary to have shoes with a good tread.
They gave out fanatics and masks, in addition, it is better to cover the face with a handkerchief, because there is dust in the air that you will inhale. The Chinese are wearing protective glasses, it is very important, when the wind gusts, sand from the ground flies into their eyes.
At 1 a.m. local time, it's hard to go up. We reached the top and began to descend into the crater towards the blue lights. You need to descend carefully, without hurrying, the guide is always near or ahead, not losing sight of us. We stop for rest as needed, no one is pushing us.
There is smoke and the smell of sulfur in the crater, protective masks do not help much because they do not fit, they were held by hand.
It was not possible to see bright large lights, it resembles the burning of a gas burner in the kitchen, but it was still worth going down for it. Gorenje
Again, a difficult climb up, the oncoming flow of tourists makes it difficult to walk, the Chinese manage to take pictures on the steep edge. Finally, we are upstairs and there is an icy piercing wind, there is no place to hide, and the rising sun does not warm us.
But there are great views all around.
The way back down is difficult, but going down is easier than going up.
After the descent, we go to a beautiful hotel with a normal breakfast, and on the way back with the same driver.

I would like to thank the organizers for the wonderful excursions (Kitamani, Ijen, waterfalls, Bedugul)! I climbed the Ijen volcano, thanks to the guide, who supported me physically and mentally during the ascent, amused me all the way, patiently took pictures)))) They underwent a purification ceremony in the temple,
which not even all locals know about, and visited waterfalls that take your breath away. The last tour, taking into account what we saw earlier, was redone to suit our desires and saw an abandoned hotel where evil spirits live, if you believe the locals))) We walked through the huge botanical garden and were lucky enough to hear a concert of unusual instruments. Thanks guys! You made my trip to Bali colorful, memorable and eventful)))

We took rafting on the Telaga river. We really enjoyed this exciting adventure.
Everything is perfectly organized. Before starting, the briefing is in English.
There were four of us in the boat + a local helmsman, the river is fast, it will not work for small children.
The helmsmen give instructions along the way. This allows you to arrange competitions with other boats, the team members joined the game, our boat came first.

I ordered an individual tour to the island. Java with a visit to Yogyakarta, Bromo and Ijen volcanoes. Everything was organized at the highest level: transfers, hotels and, of course, the excellent work of the guides. We must be prepared for the fact that the behavior of volcanoes is not predictable: activity may increase, and then there will be no opportunity to climb, for example, to the Bromo crater. The situation is the same on Ijen: visibility is not always perfect there. That was the case in my case. But we walked nearby, met the dawn on the mountain with a breathtaking view of Bromo and neighboring volcanoes.

Good day! We visited the Ubud Tour today. Must-see! A great sightseeing tour if you have never been to Bali before. The program included: a village of craftsmen (little impressed), a waterfall (cool!), a temple (Andi's guide told about religion on the island), a coffee plantation (we are delighted! They took a bunch of souvenirs with them! we tried the most expensive kind of coffee, and in general coffee lovers must see!), rice terraces (do not skimp, try to ride on a swing! the feeling is amazing!), the artists' trail (we replaced the forest of monkeys, but we didn't regret it! the sunset was just fabulous!). The only thing that was missing was a walk around Ubud itself, the city is very colorful. Special thanks to our guide Andi! Probably, we tormented him with questions about how they live on the island))) Thanks again for such impressions!

I am delighted with the excursion to Nusa Penida! Thanks to the guys for the excellent organization of the tour, my dream came true - I saw manta rays!!! I was able to swim a meter away from 3 large stingrays :) From Bali to Nusa Penida, I sailed on a high-speed boat, and traveled around the island in a comfortable minivan. The views are gorgeous, I recommend it to everyone!

We have been looking for a company to organize an excursion for a long time. We chose Bali tours. It turned out that they missed terribly. We had to drive along the beaches of Bukit. As if the manager was adequate and it seemed that everything was clearly agreed upon. They were supposed to pick us up at 8.30. The driver was almost two hours late. When we tried to contact the manager and find out what was going on, we were told that he was practically parking under the hotel. As a result, we also got into some kind of immovable hell along the way. Therefore, we looked at almost all the beaches in a hurry, it's good that we managed to take a couple of photos on Balangan beach and then in the evening. We went to dinner hungry and angry. The establishment was apparently chosen on the principle of "the most expensive, not the most delicious." It is impossible to make a spicy fish, even though they asked to make it not at all spicy. In general, choose your company carefully.
