We visited this sanatorium for the New Year's holiday- (Gala dinner: incl.), which is what I want to share.We spent three days with my family. Everything was at a fairly good level, I liked the pool (children's, adult), saunas, all the festive events. Several dishes were offered at the gala dinner, but I think because they were probably pre-set, the dishes were a little cold. I would also like to note that everything was served in common dishes, I think it was possible to serve some hot dishes separately in portions. Also, the hall where the celebration was held, in my opinion, is not festively decorated enough, there is little sparkle, lights, light and celebration, as well as on the nearby territory and the building itself.Well, everything else was very good: singers, dancers, music, the main characters Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden, and gifts from Santa Claus. Many thanks to the girl who played the violin wonderfully all evening. It was also interesting to hold a New Year's matinee separately for children. Of course, on the whole, the holiday was a success! Many thanks to all the staff and staff of this institution for their efforts and desire to give the audience a Holiday!

We came to rest with our family on a voucher. There are all conditions for proper rest. There is even a lounge bar. The pool is warm for children and adults, sauna and hammam. All medical procedures for the lungs and against the cold. The rooms are cozy and the service is at the highest level. The dining room is open on schedule, the food is delicious, you can choose. I advise you to rest here, we were in November. If you find yourself here in the summer, you can also buy on the beach in Lake Balkhash. Thanks to the staff.

An excellent sanatorium, located on the shore of the picturesque bay of Lake Balkhash. A very good place for children to relax. The sanatorium itself has a sauna, a swimming pool, a bar, and a restaurant. Excellent food, comfortable rooms, excellent medical care.

The rooms are good, but the food for the sanatorium is weak, served cold, the assortment is weak. Leisure time is generally normal. Movies, sports. But the lake itself and its landscaping leaves much to be desired. You can say no to him. The water moved away from the shore by 25-30 meters. You walk in knee-deep water for 50 meters. Closer to the buoys. The organization of the reception also requires optimization. Management needs to compare similar services, or conduct staff training. Speaking of the staff of the cafe on the street, people are absolutely not prepared for the service.

We had a rest in July 2024.
For me, the biggest plus is an empty beach. No one bothers to sunbathe, there are enough sun beds and even stay, there is a place under the canopy. The entrance to the lake is gentle, the water is warm - a joy for children. The sand is fine with a shell and pebbles, which is not very pleasant, you have to walk in sneakers. I liked Lake Balkhash very much, the first days were calm, then the waves were like at sea.
On the shore there is a kiosk with ice cream and drinks, a cafe.
The air conditioning is not working well in the dining room.
The food is sanatorium-style, without frills. There are few fresh vegetables and fruits. Sickly sweet compotes and jelly.
We lived in a house, very comfortable. If it weren't for the bad mattress (I feel the springs) and the shower stall (leaking), I would have rated it 5 points.

For several years in a row, we have been staying with the whole family in this sanatorium on the way from Astana to the south, the distance to Priozersk does not bother. The hotel is comfortable, the price includes meals, a swimming pool, a sauna and seemingly treatments (I did not use this service). This year, due to repair work on the highway under construction, the entrance to the city was not immediately found at night.

My family has been vacationing in the sanatorium every August for 10 years. We stopped by for the first time in the second year of its existence. At that time, the sanatorium still belonged to the Department of Presidential Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The service was such that upon arriving at the porch of the sanatorium, employees immediately came out to us, took our luggage and delivered it to the room, although we had not even registered yet! Everything was still new. Gradually, the service decreased, there were reconstructions, etc. The sanatorium became one of the usual locks. But what pleased me now is the emphasis on the restorative medical practice of disabled children, people after a stroke, etc. The food is full and varied. But the most important thing is that the place "will not let itself be offended"! The purest Balkhash, sun and air. By the way, there are many places for wonderful fishing in the vicinity of the sanatorium! In short, for those who are not spoiled by the chic foreign service, I recommend it. The prices, of course, are not cheap...

We checked in for about two hours, while we were very slowly processed at the reception, we were no longer allowed to have lunch. We checked into the suite, there are no blankets in the room, asked the maid, said she would look for it, but apparently she did not find it.
There was a wind blowing from the balcony so I had to sleep in my clothes.
They were not the first to arrive for breakfast, so we had to settle for what was left. The check-in was on September 16, 2014.
Before that, we lived in 2021, everything was fine.

It's a terrible place to go if you pay for your money. It turns out that everyone here is resting for free according to quotas, if that's the case, of course. And there are much better options for your own. The food is terrible, in rooms over 95 thousand there is not even an elementary blanket, slippers, bathrobes. There was some kind of construction going on all night, so I didn't get enough sleep. The beach is dirty. Wasted time and money.
