Very sincere, hospitable, the bar is together with the staff. Hoolies from there is just a beauty. We visited several times, rested in a good atmosphere. Well done❗️

An atmospheric place with panoramic views of Istanbul, with good service and delicious food!!! The staff does not speak or understand Russian, but if you know English, there will be no problems. In cool weather or in the evening, blankets are given in which you can wrap yourself up and sit. I liked it!!! The price tag is average!!! Mostly Turkish visitors or guests of the hotel where the Balkon Restaurant Cafe Bar is located
