Nice hotel. We were out of season. Good service and breakfast. The only disadvantage is in the ski area, away from the city, but this is also a plus.

Great hotel! A gorgeous bed! What was needed! We stopped by on the way to get some sleep! And we succeeded. Breakfast is a buffet. The staff is great! I recommend it!

A wonderful hotel. Very decent 3 stars. Fresh. The staff is trying very hard. They cook delicious. Wishes are taken into account. There is a shuttle service to the ski lift, we walked -300 meters. Very friendly attitude. They clean well, the beds are comfortable, the linen was changed every other day. We had a rest with children aged 6 and 9.

The hotel has its own 3 stars. But, at the same time, there is some kind of unrealistic price for the hotel itself and the service they provide. We booked through Booking.
There are many different technical malfunctions in the room (the shower cabin is leaking, the toilet is leaking and because of this, the water pump into the tank is constantly running noisily). It was not possible to turn on the installed lamp near the bed and charge the phone, because there were simply no sockets nearby.
The dinners (buffet) absolutely do not match the price and quality. It's like I ate in the dining room, but for the price of a decent restaurant. We had a price of $16 per person.
Among the advantages - a large room, water, kettle and tea in the room, transfer to the ski lift. The staff is trying, but this does not justify the set price in any way.

The hotel is not bad, but we had a number of problems, then there was no light in the room, then the cleaning was not carried out in a timely manner, but the staff solved all the problems promptly, thanks to Emrah, it seems to me that everything is holding on to him, helped to solve everything quickly, speaks Russian well! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

On the ski slope, everything matches the description. There is a spa. Breakfast is more Turkish, the staff is trying.
