Everything is fine, except for the "Soviet" corridors. The red carpet, the greasy brown walls, the nasty gloom. But a wonderful breakfast, perfect beds, a good room set and courteous staff.

I rested at this hotel many times, and I liked everything, but now I can't say the same, I was at the hotel from December 5th to December 7th, and it was an unforgettable vacation! I will miss the moments related to check-in and
accommodation, I will tell you the most interesting thing, how we were assigned a visit to the Garben complex, per person 38 €, the whole point is that we were in the SPA area, paid for all the procedures, and went to this complex stayed there for about an hour and left, no one at the Reception stopped us, did not warn and did not provide an invoice for payment, as a result, when we were evicted, we saw this amount, which was very surprised, we went with the bill to the SPA area, and the girls admitted their guilt, and said we would remove it from the bill, but when we returned to the reception, a certain OLEG BLINOV, sales director, came out By the way, my namesake by name, and then the horror began, he drove me to the crack, accused me of lying, that I should know the fact that the GARDEN is paid, and demanded to pay, and it was all at the reception desk, people listened to everything, and saw, even your girl intervened and in Latvian, she began to say something to him, as it turned out later, that he was wrong and did not have the right to behave like that, his arms were crossed over his chest, the dispute reached a dead end, as a result, after an hour he decided to remove this position from the account!

We were at the May holidays. The staff is polite, the entire infrastructure is conveniently organized, breakfast is wonderfully organized, nice rooms with a view of the bay. Thanks a lot to the owners and staff. We will be coming for a long time soon

They settled in the old building. The hotel, claiming compliance with the declared 5-star status, cannot simply forget to make repairs in the bathrooms. When cleaning for 10 days, the garbage left from the previous tenants was not removed from under the bed. Dirty curtains, lack of modern renovation in the bathrooms, not very fresh furniture and lack of wardrobes. All this is worth 3 honest stars and the cost is 2 times lower per night. What you see in the photo is a spa complex available for money. There is also a free swimming pool and sauna, but it looks like a Soviet sanatorium. The modern spa complex costs 34 euros for 2 hours. The sauna costs 40 euros for 2 hours. Taken together, this is not a place you want to go back to. The cost of a holiday is like in a normal European city, but Jurmala is not like that, no matter how much its residents would like it.
