I don't like to write negative reviews, but I no longer have the patience not to write about this particular store, namely about the employees.The attitude towards customers is disgusting.I've noticed several times how sellers communicate with children, it's just terrible.And I've had to deal with it myself.They suck up expensive toys for children, claiming that the latest and coolest, take it!)))

We bought gifts there all the time. For very good money. Here we are again, but everything was canceled. I don't see any point in buying from them. It's a shame that all purchases before that are not taken into account. Next time I won't go, I'll look at the sellers, focusing on regular customers.

It was our favorite store until one situation. I bought a car for my child, I didn't like it, I didn't even want to play. The next day we went in the morning, asked the seller to change to another car, there was a receipt. And she was refused, so the car is without packaging (there is a norm in the law, we know this), referred to covid, etc. however, the seller was without a mask, the cars are in the window without boxes, a large number of children come and look, take in their hands. An exception could be made for regular customers. They don't appreciate regular customers!!!!! This was our last trip to this store.

For a 32" ball 62 cm high, we were told the cost of 10 rubles, we agreed, In the end they inflated the balloon with helium, but it did not take off, to which the seller replied you have a defective balloon pay 10 rubles, the balloon does not descend, but simply did not take off, they said yes, it happens we spent helium so pay But I'm sorry, I could have cheated at home, we gave them 10 rubles so as not to make a scandal, but it's not a very pleasant situation. In this case, if you undertake to inflate balloons from other stores and take money for it, be kind enough to warn people in advance that the balloon may not take off, so that people do not waste money in vain, as we did. The child is upset, there is no desire to go to this store anymore...

I bought a lot of toys there, all of good quality. But ... Once there was a man standing there, I wanted to buy a children's chair, there were prices of 9 and 12. What's the difference? In deliveries, this is the old price, this is the new one, I took what was cheaper, along with this there was a stroller, the last one took it too. As a result, she paid 24 rubles for a chair with a defect, which the male sales consultant did not mention, and a stroller in which the plastic grooves of the 2 front ones were not inserted, and from this, she arrived like a frog opening her mouth. Upset, I don't advise anyone else to go there. Cheaters. Oh, and by the way, I wanted to go there the other day, there was a technical break.
