I'll start with the pros... special thanks for the delicious cafe. As many people write, the serving is really fast, and the waitress girls are just super, especially Karina 🔥🔥🔥
The portions in the cafe are large, mostly everything is delicious, okroshka surprised, delicious porridges and breakfasts are generally good; meat, shish kebab were not very pleasant, khachapuri was not very pleasant, cocktails were also not very good😅
Initially, we ordered a regular room with amenities overlooking the mountains(waiting and really did not agree), arrived at night and we were told that that room was in poor condition and no one wanted to live in it at all, so they put a comfort room, we agreed and paid another 7k, without even looking at that room, as a result then we saw him and he didn't differ much from the number that we were given, supposedly better and cooler)))) Of course, this situation spoiled our impressions and we concluded that they wanted to deceive us as inexperienced tourists. Irina and Arthur seem polite, but I do not know how sincere it is)) there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms above the cafe, it's sad. There is a shop on site, with good prices and a selection. We bought a sunscreen for 350, in Pitsunda the same one cost 700, so the prices are good. The room was never cleaned and initially it was not very clean, it was also unpleasant. In general, everything is fine, but I wrote the cons)

During the day, the conder could not cope because of the intense heat, it felt like you were in a sauna, but in extreme heat this is understandable)
The food in the cafe is delicious, the prices are average for cafes. Everything was fine with us, if we come again, then again to them)

A wonderful cafe "Bambucho"! We had a rest at the Fish Factory, and Bambucho is the best cafe here! Convenient location in a quiet and cozy place, there are gazebos on the street, where it is very cool in the shade of trees on the riverbank, the hall is also beautiful, clean, pleasant atmosphere. I would like to note that I really liked the work of the waiters, the girls are well done, they try very hard, friendly, friendly👍
And most importantly, it's a very tasty meal, thanks a lot to the cook!!! The children really liked porridges for breakfast, soups. Khinkali, cutlets, khachapur are great! And also just delicious homemade wine, and compote from Feijoa, I liked the fact that you can pay not in cash, but by transfer, Wi-Fi works. Not a bad guest yard!
We lived in a 4-bed room with amenities (comfort).
The room had: 2 double beds, 1 double bed and a sofa that could be converted into a sleeping place. The sofa was not very comfortable for sleeping, because when you lay it out under the body, you get 3 pillows and, accordingly, joints. In order to sleep more comfortably, we removed the extra mattress from the single bed and put it on the sofa, it became normal.
The room also has its own shower room, with a shower, toilet and sink. A small closet, a small refrigerator, a coffee table and 1 bedside table.
There are chairs and a stool on the street next to the room.
The mattresses are old, but more or less normal!
There is a separate dedicated area for drying clothes.
The bed linen and towels are white!
There are rooms of different categories in this guest house, but of all the options, we liked our room the most!!
There is also a dining room on the territory, not expensive. There are 3 rooms where you can sit with the company.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea at a slow pace.
There is a difficulty with a refund, if you paid for the room and decided to leave earlier, you probably won't be able to return the money in full!

What did you like :
The territory is well maintained, green and clean. It's not far from the sea and the road near the river is normal.
I didn't like it: the lack of opportunity to cook. You can only heat it in the microwave and boil water in a kettle. As I understand it, this is saving gas and electricity and the "unobtrusive" compulsion to eat in the dining room, which was on the territory.
I asked in advance about the transfer from the border, as I arrived in the evening. The price was the same, then it became more than 2a times. Explanation - we thought that 2 people would arrive. It is unclear how they thought if the reservation was for one.
The room was equipped with amenities - shower, sink and toilet. Everything is in good condition, but due to the lack of ventilation and high humidity, it is still subtropical, in the toilet room itself, water droplets on the wall, on the shower curtain, on the floor have never dried out. Even the bed linen and clothes were damp.
And last of all, it's music from the dining room in the evenings. I was lucky that during this period there were almost no "cultural vacationers" there and the music was not very loud. Or they started doing it like that after complaints from last season. I don't know.

Everything that is required in principle, everything is given without problems. The refrigerator is in the room, the air conditioning works well. In our room, the shower head was leaking, they did it in an instant.

The owners of this guest house themselves are very friendly.
I liked everything except the bad Internet, but we discussed it and decided that this guest house was made for personal communication, not to sit on the phone)))

The price tag for accommodation is horse. We booked three months in advance, a room with all amenities for 2800, in fact a small room and a closet in mold. One bed and that's it, there's no more room. There's nowhere even to put things. Only on the bed. Or in a moldy cupboard. Naturally, they asked for another room, offered a wooden cottage for two for 5900!! But at least there was a small veranda. There is no kitchen, there is nothing to cook on, two kettles for the whole hotel. The food in the dining room is good, but expensive. For such a wild price tag, they could at least include breakfast. Wi-Fi access is turned off at about 12 a.m. Also, if your porch light is on after 12, you will receive a reprimand from the owner. There is a TV, but the broadcast is in Turkish. There are only two channels in Russian: TNT and Spas. The beach is about a kilometer away, while you are walking around complete ruin. The room has not been cleaned once in 9 days. There are two tortured waitress girls in the dining room, who all the time confuse and forget something in the order. Of the advantages: working air conditioning, the cottage is quite cozy (for such money it can not be otherwise), the territory itself is behind the fence, inside the gazebo, clean, palm trees in tubs, in the evening it is quite pleasant to sit on the veranda. In general, I do not recommend it - it is very, very expensive. For that kind of money, you can relax with meals, sea views and more friendly hosts.

We rested in Bambucho in June-July 2022 for 10 days, Our family: 6 people (2 students, a schoolgirl and a baby). We took two rooms: the first one with comfort on the 2nd floor (shower, toilet, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV). I liked the hotel very much, the owners are good-natured and friendly. The room is clean, smells pleasantly of wood, new furniture, modern design, bed linen and mattresses are perfectly clean.
The second room has no amenities, only beds. (they took it for student children). They had a shower and toilet outside, but it didn't bother them at all, they often hung out in our room.
Positive:
The kitchen is beyond praise! Sooo delicious, they cook quickly, with a soul, the portions are large, the staff is friendly. The hostess Irina helps in the kitchen. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there, tried to try everything: meat and fish dishes. Compote with Feihua- fire!
The territory is very beautiful, palm trees, bananas, lemons, cypresses, beautiful flowers in pots and flowerbeds grow. There are 3 exits from the territory (from the cafe, along the bridge and the main entrance). There is a bridge across a small river in the backyard, chickens and chickens are running (the children were happy to watch them).
It is possible to order room cleaning and laundry for an additional fee.the fee.
The hostess Irina provides a transfer service (very convenient). The driver, a young boy named Edward, met us late at night right on the border with Russia and took our large family in a large comfortable car to the place. But we also went on excursions with him.
For us, it was a plus that there were bicycles at the base, we rented them, rode to Pitsunda.
Another of the advantages: the hotel is quiet, peaceful, there is a disco for children in the cafe (but not until late, it does not bother anyone). There are comfortable gazebos on the territory and there are gazebos behind the cafe too (we sat there in the evenings so as not to disturb anyone).
It is not close to the sea, but also not far away, there is an opportunity to walk around the village surroundings of Ldzaa.
I also noticed that many guests are resting here for the first time. We met a family who were vacationing in a new place closer to the sea in Captain Black, and they came to visit Irina and Arthur anyway here in Bambucho (they say you can chat with pleasant hosts and eat tasty and inexpensive).
Of the cons: there is no way to cook yourself. My husband likes to cook meat, but there is no cooking area on the territory (there is only a kitchen with a microwave and dishes). We also got up early according to our time zone, the child wanted to eat, and the cafe was still closed, we had to get out.
But on the other hand, a person should not strain himself and relax to the fullest, excluding the possibility of standing at the stove.
In Abkhazia, lights and water are often turned off, but not for long, so it is tolerable (but this does not apply to the hotel). They have their own generator and a supply of water (you can wash in street showers as a last resort).
In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel, we recommend it to everyone. We give you 5 stars! Thanks to Irina and her family!

this year we decided to visit Abkhazia, at the last moment (a week before departure) we found economy cabins on the territory of the guest house "Bambucho" 1800 days. I MUST SAY RIGHT AWAY, WE ARE YOUNG, WE WERE DRIVING TOGETHER, WE TOOK EVERYTHING WE HAD, WE FALL ASLEEP EVEN TO THE NOISE FROM THE TRAINS UNDER THE WINDOW. The houses are made of a material similar to chipboard, you can hear everything that happens in the yard, in cold weather they turned on the air conditioner for heating, the linen is old, we were traveling with our own, pillows are also made of lumps of cotton wool inside it is impossible to sleep on them, we also brought our own pillows. The room has shelves, double and single beds, mirror, air conditioning (no hangers, small towels are given out, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, we took a fumigator). Outside there are two showers, three toilets, three washbasins with cold water, three gazebos. There is practically no kitchen, there is only one kettle, a shared refrigerator and a microwave, there are always no dishes, someone takes them to their room (but we were with our own good, so we did not complain). The sea is 800-900 meters away, walking in a straight line without ascents and descents. There are a lot of stray dogs in Abkhazia, even more cows, the latter generally walk and sleep everywhere, on the asphalt, near cars, mines everywhere. But again, we don't care. PUT THE CARS FURTHER AWAY FROM THE SLOPES WITH GRASS, it happens that cows wipe themselves. THERE is NO parking on the territory of the guest house, so all cars are left on the street near it.
There is a good cafe Bambucho on the territory, we ate mainly there, the prices are normal, the food is delicious, on average from 2-3 thousand breakfast + lunch + dinner for two (I eat little, but I have a LOT of guy). There are a lot of children running all over the territory, they probably have fun + disco every evening until 11, for lovers of silence, of course, it's a problem, but it didn't cause any inconvenience to us.
In Pitsunda, the lights are often turned off for 10-30 minutes. It happens that 4-5 times a day (a paverbeng will not be superfluous).
To swim, you need to go to the right of the river, then the water will be cleaner and warmer. The sandy beach is only near the castle by the sea and then, there are pebbles there too, I do not recommend it, THE BEST BEACH IS 500 meters TO THE RIGHT OF THE RIVER!
!!!! Don't take rafting and horseback riding from these aunts on the streets, it's a complete deception. The duration includes the transfer time, and you will be told about it only after the fact! We took the most expensive horseback ride, it says the duration is 2.5 hours, as a result, we spent more time in the car than on horseback. 1.5 hours by car, and 50 minutes on horseback. That's how they cheat, with rafting the same ***!
In general, I liked everything, but for those who ride light and with children, there will be a lot of inconvenience in the economy.

Very greedy and unfriendly owners, the staff are treated like slaves, although people work honestly and conscientiously. As a result, they paid half of the agreed amount for working 16-18 hours a day. With this attitude, the impression is created about the whole of Abkhazia, they want to work, but they do not want to pay to make money in time for the season. I do not recommend this mini-hotel.

Vacationing in Abkhazia, August 2022.I want to leave a warning review for those people who want to relax and not ruin their vacation. Specifically for the Bambucho "hotel". I ordered a room with all amenities, that is, a shower, a bathroom. node, air conditioning, TV. I paid the deposit and made an agreement... everything seems to be fine, until the moment we visited this institution.The result of the visit. Upon arrival, of course, the whole family is hungry, to begin with we decided to have a snack in a cafe, in the "hotel". The child could not eat, the banal cutlet turned out to be bland and unpleasant to the taste, I'm not saying that even the fried eggs were bitter and burnt, they could not finish. Okay, little things, you can survive. Further more interesting, in the room, there is a sleeping place, a collapsed mattress and protruding springs... during the day, the lights are turned off every 15 minutes, as a result, no air conditioning, no light, no refrigerator, no TV. There are even more problems with water, there is no water in the room at all. And this is not only a problem in our room, I discussed it with the neighbors who were finishing their vacation there, this is the problem of the entire hotel. It was suggested to use a shared shower. Imagine an evening after the sea and a queue of 20 families in one shared shower? And they paid in full. The hostess Irina refused to go to the meeting and suggested that we leave the hotel on the same day, no matter that we are with a child and a paid deposit for three days. Her husband behaved aggressively, completely unashamed of the guests, almost attacked with his fists. Naturally, the deposit was not returned to us. But we refused to stay in such conditions.Fortunately, we were able to find, literally in a few streets away, a free room. I will not specify where and how much, because I am not engaged in advertising. But as a fact, there was both water and light, there were interruptions, but not like in Bambucho, and the attitude is much more loyal. Friends, to all those who are interested in real reviews, I write from the bottom of my heart, do not rent rooms at this hotel, or do not pay in advance, look first if you do not believe. The price for a room for a bamboo is 1000 rubles and not a penny more.

After reading good reviews about the cafe, we decided to walk from Pitsunda to this cafe.
I was surprised by the reviews I read, the feeling that people had not been to good places.
Minuses:
-the quality of the dishes (not tasty, not decorated). The feeling of being thrown on a plate like cattle
-the absence of many items from the menu
-impolite, dissatisfied waiters with a sour expression on their faces, and who still need to be run after so that they bring the menu, the bill, take the order, etc..
