In general, a good bank, but customer orientation suffers. The app works so-so. It is problematic to withdraw an amount from an ATM, there is always no money there. It feels like everything is being disassembled in the morning and / or the ATM is not being refilled. It is not realistic to order money by calling the manager. The managers themselves, consultants, and technical support communicate with you as if you were flawed. No, they are not openly rude, but they show by all their behavior that you are a little behind in development. And most importantly, such questions are asked - why did you come to the cashier, and not withdraw money through an ATM, and where is your card, and why do I withdraw it like that. If everything worked fine, would I go to the cashier? Dear bank, I'm sorry, but what do you care how and what I do with my money? Banking that does not work normally. Probably you need to change the phone (the first question of technical support is what model do you have and when you updated it) or something else, for example, the servicing bank can be changed, is outdated. The review is given for the service of legal entities. A reliable bank, but these barriers are so tiring. Convenience, speed, and intuitively dealing with all this is very difficult. Addition - I went to withdraw money from the cash register and you know what? A single cash register for both legal entities and individuals.
