We faced a problem as soon as we entered the department. It is a large room, but only one manager works. We have been sitting for more than 20 minutes, the queue has not moved for a single customer. The bank is 50 minutes away from closing, there are 3 more people before us. It is unknown whether the issue will be resolved.
