The managers are hiding there, and meanwhile there were no real queues on the top floor. The place should be served quickly so that there are no crowds, they hide anyway, there is no control of managers at all. It's a complete mess. The managers do not answer the questions at all, pretending that they do not hear. And for just a question, they play football with each other.
The service is the worst, from morning to afternoon I sat waiting for my turn. They serve for a long time for a very long time
