After receiving notification that the loan was approved, I came to the same branch on January 23, 2020, to issue money, after completing the documents, I decided to clarify once again the package of services from a bank employee, namely whether it is free (there is no word in the documents about the cost of the package, just: include a Useful package of services), but She said to get the money first, and then she would clarify everything. When receiving and recalculating money, exactly 299 rubles are missing, the answer to the question is where the rest is: you have paid for a "free package of services". After the proceedings with the employees, an application for a refund was written. Because they refused to return it immediately. If the refund is not made, a complaint will be written to the national bank, an appeal to the consumer protection society, and to the media so that more people will know what Dadrabyt Bank is. To get rich by deception is the height of arrogance!!! after reviewing the application, the review will be supplemented.
I needed to send money to Ukraine, this branch was on the way. The manager immediately offered to make a swift transfer to a Ukrainian card using the details. The whole procedure took about 10 minutes. The money was already on the recipient's card in half an hour. I was not forced to open any additional accounts in this bank. They just did their job. Now I plan to send money only through them in this way. No one had offered me such a transfer method before.
