Disdainful attitude towards non-residents: they do not make a simple card, they offer an elite card with expensive service, they waste my time waiting. The manager behaves arrogantly. As a result, they are fed with promises that the card can be made up to 10 working days, and in the end, wait and wait.
One name is the bank. A beautiful sign and that's it. From card issuance to post-maintenance, operations are lame. The indifferent attitude in the branches, the crazy conditions of service that change under the "influx" of customers.
I withdraw all the money and transfer to another bank.
