I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this bank. My son took out a loan to buy a phone, made a mistake with the number when paying through banking and transferred the money to another account. Three days later, the bank called and indicated a delay. When contacting the bank about this situation, a receipt was presented, the money was transferred from the wrong account to the correct one. It would seem that everything is fine...but!!! Now my son has a bad credit history and you can't get a loan from any other bank! They refuse everywhere because of this delay. When communicating by phone at 5222111, the operator replied that he could not help in any way, advised him to take out many small loans from different banks in order to improve his credit history. This is the most absurd advice I've ever heard.... How can I take it if they don't give me any credit now? It turns out that those who really do not pay loans, and those who accidentally made a mechanical mistake WHEN PAYING for a loan, are equivalent persons. Therefore, if you are planning large purchases in the form of a car, housing construction, etc., avoid this bank in order not to get into a similar situation. The bank is not interested in the well-being of its customers from the word "absolutely".

I came to the bank from another city to update my passport data. It is worth noting that the entrance to the institution is from the courtyard (or from the side), but I quickly figured it out, although I was there for the first time. The queue management system in this bank is quite unusual, but I figured it out and my ticket was the first in the queue. To be fair, it's worth noting that I arrived on Friday afternoon/ The whole procedure took 3-4 minutes, and the specialist also presented a paper copy of my passport, it seems to be a trifle, but it's nice. Overall, the visit left a pleasant impression.

The worst bank is done, no one picks up the phone for an hour, music is playing, then a sluggish specialist who just mumbles to himself.I will never apply to this DVBRAB bank.I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.
