One star for the air conditioner. The bank's staff does not speak Russian, the ruble exchange rate is lower than in the exchangers, there is no parking near the bank.

Only 2 operators work with Russians. It takes at least 25 minutes for one person to issue a card. I also noticed that they can't properly arrange the KYC payment - everyone is sitting in the same queue, although the payment takes only 2 minutes.

Be prepared to spend a lot of time. I sat for two hours to confirm the account opening. Two out of twenty windows worked for this service
