I understand perfectly well that dissatisfied people write bad reviews, and those who are lucky write good ones! I was unlucky. I applied to make a student's (student's) travel card. I visited this department 4 times. From the first time, they could not give a reasonable answer about what documents were needed. The second time they said that they needed a natarial translation of the child's birth certificate, clarified about the copy - they agreed. (because another original translation and notarization will cost about 60 lari). The third time I took a copy, but then finally they decided to read the document that the school had given. And it turned out that it lacks the child's ID, as it is registered at school. I was already walking 4 times in full confidence that my torment was over. That was not the case! They still demanded the original translation of the birth certificate. I spat and decided that we would do without this card. Unfortunately, not all operators can speak English well. On this 4 landmark occasion, there was a British citizen in the department. She also swore at them, threatened to give an interview to the BBC, and after an hour of torment asked to call medical help. That's the way it is. Alas, I am very angry and dissatisfied with the service
I opened the card in May 2022.
To be honest, I was pleased with the friendly staff, who understood Russian well.
The working hours are not quite correct, on Friday, when it says here that they work until 18:00, they worked until 19.00

I was supposed to be given a new personal card on Saturday, when I was already flying, but I came on Friday before closing, asked them to check, maybe I came, the consultant clarified and gave me ahead of the promised deadline. Like this bank directly.
If you open an account / card with this bank in May, there was such a procedure:
1. Come to the bank and pay GEL 50 for reviewing the application
2. On the website kyc.bog.ge fill out the form - you can specify a Russian number, but it is better to purchase a local one
3. I received an email that I can come for the card by e-mail, not by SMS, maybe I specified the RF number.
4. You can get a non-registered card from any bank. Open a personal account +3 working days and another 10 GEL
5. Card maintenance per month 5 GEL

1. In May, it was possible to withdraw only in Bank Express branches - these are such points of the same bank only with cash desks.
