The bank is not bad, in the sense of the service itself. But for non-residents, they have made high, if not extortionate, tariff plans, plus they ask for a certificate of no criminal record. That's why there are no queues and no flow of customers. As it is, the staff and security at the entrance are nice and ready to help. But with tariffs 20 times higher than for residents, you should do something.
