I am a regular customer of your bank on Troitskaya. Your staff is wonderful, the service is fast and wonderful. The only wish of course is that it's summer now - and it's sooo stuffy in the waiting room, even though the windows are open, but the hall is so stuffy that while I was waiting for my turn, I could faint. Visually, the air conditioner is on, but it is clearly not turned on. We kindly ask you not to save money on customers, and on employees - I can't imagine how they spend the whole day in this mess
They sell currency with "spots". If you suddenly have to exchange- they will not accept you back. I wonder how such a bill gets on sale to them if they have all the tools to check. I can't imagine how a client can check bills for "spots" when everything is visually in order. The only excuse is that the client himself ruined it (the bill)...
Банк как банк. Нет претензий кроме одной. Запамятовал и отправил на свою карту РРБ деньги с другой карты другого банка. Только потом вспомнил, что если через Ерип отправлять в пятницу вечером, то увидишь их только в следующий банковский день. У Приора и Альфы такого бреда нет.
