I am a regular customer of your bank on Troitskaya. Your staff is wonderful, the service is fast and wonderful. The only wish of course is that it's summer now - and it's sooo stuffy in the waiting room, even though the windows are open, but the hall is so stuffy that while I was waiting for my turn, I could faint. Visually, the air conditioner is on, but it is clearly not turned on. We kindly ask you not to save money on customers, and on employees - I can't imagine how they spend the whole day in this mess

There are never any new dollar bills in the TSUM branch. If you buy old ones, you hand them over to the same branch after 2 days, they are not accepted.
