The only wish of course is that it's summer now - and it's sooo stuffy in the waiting room, even though the windows are open, but the hall is so stuffy that while I was waiting for my turn, I could faint. Visually, the air conditioner is on, but it is clearly not turned on. We kindly ask you not to save money on customers, and on employees - I can't imagine how they spend the whole day in this mess
They sell currency with "spots". If you suddenly have to exchange- they will not accept you back. I wonder how such a bill gets on sale to them if they have all the tools to check. I can't imagine how a client can check bills for "spots" when everything is visually in order. The only excuse is that the client himself ruined it (the bill)...
