And the bank itself turns a blind eye to all this! And even more interesting is that Teledoctor 24 LLC is a ghost organization, they do not terminate this service, do not call back, put the receiver on the client, do not name their legal address, do not name the full name and number of the head, the head of this organization does not get in touch!!! And they refused to say where the book of comments and appendices was located, said they didn't have it and hung up. Are these actions fraudulent???

It was the first time in this bank. Upon entering the bank, the question immediately arises: "What is going on here?".
There is no electronic queue. Until an employee or other customers tell you about it, you won't even know about it (to be honest, I didn't even think that in 2022 banks might not have a terminal).
There are only 2 small sofas for clients at the entrance, and in principle the waiting area is very small (if there are a lot of people, the situation begins to resemble a bus or some kind of clinic, and even there they give out at least some fucking coupons).
I am pleased with only 2 things:
1. Employees know their job.
2. Working hours.
If it wasn't for that, I would have given it 1 star.
But otherwise, unfortunately, the bank was upset.
The bank is not bad, but its location does not fit at all. In its place, the Marco Belvest Otik shoe store will look more, etc. but another more spacious place is needed for the bank
There is no electronic queue, you need to look for a free employee yourself. There seem to be a lot of cash registers, but often only one works. It doesn't work at all on weekends.
