The client of this bank has been for 7 years. At the level of individuals (employees), the bank has never disappointed. Everyone was always friendly and ready to help. So far, everything has been fine...
But when I had a non-standard problem that required flexibility in solutions and an individual approach to the client, the bank turned out to be completely insolvent and outdated in (not) trying to solve it.
It turned out that I, as an individual entrepreneur, missed the expiration of my salary card and transferred money from the individual entrepreneur's current account to it. As a result, this money was stuck without the ability to redirect it anywhere or use it in any way.
The service told me that you can withdraw them or transfer them to another card only by contacting the bank in person. But I live abroad and I don't have such an opportunity. I made an official appeal to the bank with a request to find a solution and help me unlock the money: if humanly speaking, I was just kicked off, they say, it was my fault that I missed the card's expiration date.
Firstly, from a technical point of view, this is a big nonsense: not to give access to the funds in the card account (so that I can transfer them to another card or somewhere else on my own, via Internet banking). Some other, more modern banks have implemented this feature long ago.
Secondly, is it really impossible to find any other way to give me access to this suspended money, other than "personal treatment"? Can't I write some kind of application and send it through arbitrary documents in Internet banking as an individual entrepreneur? Can't I send the same application by registered mail to the bank's address? How is this so different from the fact that I will come to the bank branch in person and fill out the same piece of paper?
I understand that this is probably some kind of bank policy that employees unquestioningly follow, but a modern bank that really cares about its customers is different in that it tries to help them, and does not "poke" its nose into this policy, saying, sorry, we can't help, we are to blame.
Moreover, in fact, it's not worth a damn: just accept my application in any form with a request to transfer the suspended money to another, my own card within the same bank - and implement it.
When the 21st century is in the yard, "personal appeal", and especially on such small issues, should be a relic of the past, as well as the inability to find an individual solution in such cases.
This public review is another attempt to reach out to the bank and get help. I will delete it if it works out, because, as I wrote above, I am more than satisfied with the work of the team, apart from this case. Otherwise, I think that people, potential customers of the bank, deserve to know that one day they may find themselves in a similar situation and will not receive any help - then, perhaps, it is worth choosing another, more reliable bank.

There are always excellent exchange rates for buying or selling currencies. The staff is very friendly and courteous. No matter how many times I stopped by, I never expected more than 5-10 minutes.
Excellent quality of service. Almost always, currency bonuses are among the best. Classes are closed from the hall, which is very convenient when you do not want to solve your financial issues in front of strangers, as it has become "fashionable" for some banks.

I took a car lease from this bank.
I'm paying ahead of schedule. I asked for a certificate to recalculate the loan and tell the remaining amount. The "lovely" bank employees asked for 10 rubles for this service. Hey, are you out of your mind there?!! For a piece of paper that other banks give you without problems, you need to make a bunch of requests, fill out incomprehensible forms, sacrifice a calf and pay more money.
