It is not necessary to say that “marriage” is accepted in any other exchanger. Because each bill is examined under a microscope, the exchange of a large amount will take longer than usual. Technical breaks happen quite often. PS the fact that there is an order from the chairman to accept perfect bills, I know, It's better to write, why do you need them in such quantity? And why don't you accept "marriage" when others do? Out of harmfulness?
