I came from the EU. I moved into an apartment nearby. You go to the exchange office, part-time shopping center, to buy food for yourself for the first time...
And then, bang! And it's closed, for technical reasons. Then you think, "Well, I was stupid, I need to look at the official website." And nowhere - neither on the bank's website, nor in Yandex maps, nor anywhere else is it written that it is temporarily closed.
It's good that in our difficult time I was able to pay by card. Otherwise, you would have to finish eating a well-known organ without salt.
