Later, I took an installment plan for the turtle, + 13 rubles were added to the installment amount every month for card maintenance! that's the installment plan!) this is already a loan with interest) in total, we paid the installment plan and in 9 months another 117rub to the bank! now everything is paid, I no longer use the card (and I'm not going to), but still I get billed 13 rubles every month! for servicing a card that I don't use! to close the card, you need to go to the bank (I can already imagine how much time I will spend there), they can't block it on the phone.
I applied to this bank. When servicing clients, the amount of the transaction with the client is not taken into account. Sit in the general queue, even if you have half a lamb on your hands. Other banks even provided a meeting room. The unpleasant moment is the lack of a restroom for customers...At least that's what the administrator said.

I made an installment payment through this bank. I have already contributed 5! payments, but the amount in the application has not changed. It turns out that it changes only on the payment date. Isn't that crazy?!
In addition, payments on erip can take 4! days. If the payment was sent on Friday, the bank will see it only on Monday in the late afternoon. Because of this, a fine was imposed on the last installment plan, since the last payment day was on Friday. According to the logic of the bank, I had to go to another city (there is no branch in mine) to make a payment. All normal banks see payments instantly, but this is the last century.
